UPDATE: The gates and wall have been repaired. They left our sides gates in absolute shambles. They came to do warranty work on our new build and not only left without completing the job but damaged our walls and one of the gates. Will update review if the situation is remedied. read more

I worked for this company two years ago I wind up quitting after a couple months I worked in the shop at the power kept cutting off because there's so many welders going off at once there should be in OSHA violation or fire codes. The air inside is not real circulated there so it gets really hot in the shop. the manager of the shop aways in a bad mood he doesn't really organize his work orders always working on the next days outgoing HOT project that should be like weeks ahead we are weeks behind. don't recommend you go work for this company I left when I started opening my eye to this stuff and I heard many others are leaving too read more

Initial meeting with the estimator went well but there has been no communication since. It's been two weeks and as of this morning I was still waiting on an estimate for patio covers. I've spoken to the company three times and left a message for the estimator twice, with no follow up back. I called today to let them know I would be not using them because of the lack of communication from the estimator and the response back was "ok, I will let him know". Very disappointing. read more

When I first posted I was unhappy with the time it took for me to get an appointment to get somebody out here to take a look at my gutters... so this is a revised review. I am very pleased with Chad he called me back he explained the difficulty they were having due to Covid I get that it's been very stressful... we made the appointment Mike came out very professional, patient, COVID safe...fixed the problem and it wasn't a gutter problem but debris problem from leaves and birds... Right now I am very disappointed. This company installed my gutters. Now they all leak. The patio flooded just like it did when I didn't have gutters. The problem is I can't seem to get anyone to come out and fix them. I talked to office staff and left a msg for the Manager. Have not heard back. Hopefully today Chad will call me back. I will post again if things go better. But, right now...not trustworthy. read more

Definitely the worst gutter company in the valley, quite possibly the country. How does a gutter company not know how to install gutters that don't leak? They have been to my home 6 times, and I still have leaks on the inside corners. Negative 10 stars-DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

We needed some gutters and pergolas and received a couple of quotes before hearing about R&S from someone in our community. Randy came out from R&S and had a very no-nonsense approach - he measured and gave as a quote later and told us that was the amount we would pay. We agreed, as he easily beat the other companies, and a short time later our gutters were installed. We were having a pool built and we had rain delays that forced shotcrete to be postponed multiple times, which was a pre-requisite for the pergola installation. R&S was great in this regard in that they communicated with us, and when we finally had a time window, they managed to get the pergolas installed on fairly short notice. Overall, could not have had a better experience with a company, one that does what they say, for a reasonable price, and high quality of work. read more

They call ahead of time to tell you when they're going to show up. They show up when they say they're going to be there. They do the work right the first time. All with a smile on their face. THEY ARE AWESOME!! From Randy to Jamie to Evette of the office staff, for meetings & scheduling, then Brian & Brian, the actual builders,....all were pleasant, confident & completely knowledgable of our project & their task. We couldn't be more pleased about their attention to the patio cover project, there skills and customer service. Yes, we had a little difference of opinion from decifering the drawing in one area of the cover over a window, but without issue, Brian estimated lengths & said the materials will work fine & we'll do this....and the cover was completed to our satisfaction. The actual work was started & completed on time as specified. No mess or even extra dirt from the post holes was left behind. We now have R/S completing new seamless rain gutters on our home...knowing it will be done correctly, efficiently & timely. For TWO months we have been trying to get one of their cane shutters installed. First of all, no one came out to measure our window. After over a month of asking if someone will come to our house to measure the window, they tell my husband to measure the window. So the shutter was delivered within days and it was scratched and bent. Told them we wanted another shutter. We finally get another shutter and it comes scratched! So tired of excuses and not being able to speak to someone who is above the "salesman" who doesn't return calls right away. Every time we ask to speak to someone in charge, we get sent to the "salesman". I call this extremely poor customer service!!! So after two months, we have no window shutter.
