My furniture was taken offsite, my clothing was placed in a pod in my driveway per my request and everything else was place in my 2 car garage. After 7 mos I finally return to my home and arrangements were made by Philana to bring my belongings from storage and unpack all my items from the garage. I informed her I will unpack my clothing, however the boxes will have to be removed from the Pod. She expected that because I said I will unpack my clothing, it meant I would remove the boxes from the pod myself. This company was paid a large amount of money by my insurance for work not completed. There was only 2 workers scheduled to return all my items and put together my entire home in 1 day. I became so frustrated and spoke with the SO CALL manager Sabrina Jeremy. Another day was added and 3 workers were sent. After putting my "Love Sac" sofa together and putting my bed and the large items back in place. I asked the guys to remove the boxes from the pod and put them in my home before leaving at end of day. The unpacking was not completed and Philana informed me that she would not be able to send the guys the following day. I felt as if I was begging for them to complete a job that they had already gotten payed for. I had so many unpacked items in boxes that was stored in my garage. I took several days off from work with lost wages so that I can return my home to some decency. I had to unpack every box that the company was paid to unpack. While unpacking there was 2 broken items, a floor vase and a hand blown 3 candle holder on an iron rack. After several back and forth emails, Sabrina Jeremy (Manager) finally agreed to pay the small amount of $250 for the item that cost so much more. I will never be able to replace the hand blown 3 candle holder. I am still waiting on the check that was to be sent out over 1 month ago. My insurance adjuster submitted a formal complaint and continue to send emails with no response. I guess I will never see the $250 that was agreed upon. I spoke to many of my neighbors who also had bad experienced with the company (Servpro). I hope I never have another water damage or any damage to my home, but if I do, I certainly would never use the company again. Everyone I encounter, will hear about my experience with this company.

We recently had a bad flood from an upstairs toilet that ran for several hours, and damaged our…read morekitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, hallway, and garage. We came home to find water running under the garage door. We called the insurance company that recommended Servpro. That was a HUGE mistake. They came quickly enough, and set up dryers, and marked areas of water damage. They set up 4 dryer units (basically plugged them in and taped up a wall to contain the area). They charged $613.13 for this. They also charged us an "emergency service call" fee of $229.33 even though they came during regular business hours. I had a plumber come out as requested by State Farm, and they recommended that I call another company to check the work already done, and give me a bid to replace Servpro. They spotted MANY missed moisture damaged areas, and just showed me the poor job that Servpro did. So, I replaced them on the spot. Servpro ended up charging insurance 2,943.26 and threatened me several times with attaching a lien to my property!! Like I had ANYTHING to do with the delays incurred by the insurance company and my mortgage company. I talked to Philana initially, requesting merely to take the bogus "emergency service call" charge off of the invoice. She was argumentative, threatening (with the lien attachment) and then she requested photos to prove my point, which I submitted to her to no avail. I then tried one more time by talking to her supervisor, Sabrina, who still refused to do anything to compensate me for such a poorly done job. So, this is the review that they get. I will NEVER even contemplate using such an unscrupulous company again. I urge anyone reading this to take the same advice. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
