Elden whom I spoke with would call another print shop who could handle the large dimensions I needed and call me back with the estimate. Cool. Elden does in fact call me back with the price of $90 !!! I promptly told him I was not interested. So much for keeping my business local. I used another business in Portsmouth for $20 total. I don't mind if local means a little bit more but this was a complete rip-off !

I called this business about a personal job that was, I'm sure, small on the grand scale of some…read moreof the jobs he does (two copies of a small [110 or so page] book for two sided printing for use in a three ring binder), and once I arrived with my flash drive carrying the file to be printed, he went right to work and sent it to the printer!! I thought that I was going to have to leave the flash drive, (as it was Saturday an hour prior to his closing for the weekend) and pick up the order on Monday or something!! This is a business that needs to be referred by it's customers to others so that he gets so busy there that I can work there too (lol). I can't say enough about my little 20 minute visit to Will's. He's got choice lots of colors of papers...suggests services that might be of need, tries extra hard to find a way to get it done...but that's probably why his name is 'Will'. ~grin~ He also does special jobs...just bring your creative idea to him! We are hosting our annual holiday party this weekend. We needed a narrow table 72x18 and found them…read moreonline. Most places showed cheaper but with a delivery range outside our need. In 12/7 Staples site showed a 12/8 delivery to the store and when we went to the register it was confirmed 12/8. Here we are 12/10 and no delivery. Customer service confirmed delivery at 12/19. A bit late and a lie. Bait and switch. I am so tired of big companies just doing what they can and though I am only one person not a blip on their radar. Never again. So disappointed!
