They said they could continue to diagnose the problem but it could be from $200 to $2000 for the diagnosis. I am a bit of a DIY,er and did some googling on my own. A common error code after inputting into google said it could have a bad ECM. Opening up the fusebox myself I found that 3 different relays were missing altogether. My logical reasoning tells me they don't even own the tool to take out the ECM and check it for corrosion. Which I just ordered myself on EBAY. Overall recommendation... anywhere but here. ;-)

I asked to also have the tire pressure checked and he said yes, but had the attitude of it was an inconvenience. If this is how the employees are gonna act at this location I'll go back to the South Ogden one where are the employees actually give a shit. Another thing I would like to also mention is it yesterday evening, Tuesday, September 24 the Layton location was also completely understaffed, which is why I went this morning.
