I have a very friendly fairly large dog and they treat him like he's a little king. He hates bathing when I do it but he is excited to go see them.. Also I had a blind,deaf and diabetic baby who towards the end had some issues but they treated him with respect and never rushed him let him do his thing and when he was done always looked amazing. My old lady dog was in need of a spa day! And Rubber Doggies delivered! We just moved into the area and she came out so sparkly white, so clean and looking amazing! Came in with my two dogs Nox (doberman 6mnth pup) & loki my American Bully XL (2yr). Overall yes wash wise good job they dont smell "which is to be expected". However Nox my doberman pup they 'forgot' to so her nails & tried to do them while i was in there but she was to stressed + i had loki waiting in my Truck. Again this was my dobbermans 1st groom so didnt expect a whole lot. For loki his nails were done but they were real sloppy & petco does a better job in my opinion. Dogs were not spritz or given a 'lucky doggo bandana'. Cost told over phone was 160$ total both dogs ended up at cashier to 197$ & with tip 226$ (i tip no matter the situation) unless dogs are injured. For 200$ dogs should be lookin emaculate. Good thing is dogs look well taken care of and basic wash wise was good. Your better off though for the money staying home doing it yourself or going to petco. read more

Brought my 1.5 yr Golden Retriever for the first time here! It was my dogs first time ever getting groomed! I was very happy on how comfortable he was with the groomers as soon as we got there! I dropped him off at 11:30am and he was ready at 4:15pm. They did the works for him and I added the deshedding service. They wash 3x!!! How awesome is that!? He looked so amazing when I picked him up and you could tell he was happy and comfortable with everyone there! Made me feel so much better and trusting towards the people there! Do not bring your dogs here!! Please!!! They abuse them!! If they act aggressive or annoy the employees while they are working with them, the employees will hit them. Slap, punch, etc. I know this because I used to work here. I quit. I couldn't work at this place. And the cages they put your dogs in are stacked up in the bathroom. The owner doesn't care either. She treats her staff like shit as well. It's a family business, owned by a husband and wife. Now, I'm not saying all employees. The main groomer, yes. He's one of the worst, because hes the one doing the punching, and etc,The wife that runs the groomers, yes. I haven't been there in a long time to know anyone else. My dog used to go there. We noticed that she started to shake, lower her head, and have to get picked up to enter the place, because she wouldn't go in. Every time. Then once I started working there, I found out why. None of my dogs goes to a groomer anymore, we are that paranoid. I did go to the police, but they need more people to speak up. So if you have worked there, and have seen what I have seen?! Please, speak up!! Speak up for all of those who don't have a voice!! Job be damned!! I'm an animal lover now and forever!! Please!! Look closely at your dogs behavior. Think back to old appointments. Did something weird happen and you just shrugged it off, nah it's nothing? But what if it was something? This business is a horrible place!! Adam and Abby at Rubber Doggies went above and beyond for me. I called hoping to get my mom's 19-year-old fur baby, Dallas, groomed, and even though they didn't have any appointments available, they immediately offered to help me use their self-service wash. They were both amazing with Dallas. They were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. It meant so much to me, especially with Dallas being 19 years old. You can truly tell they care about the animals and the people who love them. I am so grateful for their help and their kindness. We will absolutely be back next month for her grooming appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember my dog's names and never fail to greet them when we come in. That really helps my boys feel at ease since they both hate baths. I always do the self-wash and love the big tubs. They make it easy to get my dogs clean without breaking my back or clogging the tub drain. They provide brushes, shampoo, towels, scrubbers, conditioner and use of a blow dryer, which my boys LOVE! They also have a points program where you get free washes. The prices are great to begin with but they are always running really great specials where you can buy one, get one half off, etc. read more

We have taken our Whoodle to Rubber Doggies since we got him a year ago. Personnel are always good, but this time was the best ever. He did not have that fuzz ball look that generally lasts three or four days; rather, his coat was curly or wavy. And, he loves going; his tail starts waggling as we pull into their parking lot.
