They have been consistently easy to work with, cheerful, extremely hard workers, efficient, and flexible. They were careful not to damage the property, and cleaned up any messes resulting from the work. One of the "extras" they did for us was to uninstall and remove the wall-to-wall carpet on our stairway, which would have been messy and difficult for us to do.
