I love Ruby Beauty Center. Rosi is excellent. They have change their process since COVID-19 and I was pleasantly surprised that their technique is safe with gloves and masks and sanitizer. No more mouth in the thread, gloves were worn and masks. Chairs are 6 ft apart as well. The only time I removed my masks was for my upper lip when I got waxed which was quick and clean, using a different stick each time it was applied. They are open now Tues-Sun. Terrible place!!! Highly unorganized I took an appointment for a blow dry 4 days in advance. When I reach there they told me to wait for 5 mins. I was ok. I keep waiting and they took me after 25 mins waiting. What's the point of taking appointment if I had to wait. There was some old lady who did the blow dry and she did not even know how to hold a hair dryer. I told her specifically what I wanted and she did nothing. She was very rude and unprofessional. I've been going to this salon for a long while as a loyal customer. And raved about the patience and meticulousness with which Zeenat did all of my services. Today, I was thoroughly disappointed. There was another person helping while my arm and leg waxing was being done. And it was haphazard. Both my legs and then arms were getting waxed at the same time. The other leg/arm was getting wax rolled on, while the other one was getting waxed. It was impossible to keep up. Due to which several spots were getting missed. I've unfortunately noticed strips of hair even after returning home. What I received today was not the patient and attention to detail service that I have been used to. I went to get my eyebrows threaded at the Dunwoody location, but was a lil scared because of the corona virus. I must say after visiting the salon I was very impressed by the precautions they are taking to keep their customers safe. They have changed their threading technique for safety purposes. The salon was clean and chairs were sanitized between every customer. My brow tech sanitized her hands regularly. Great service!! Will definitely recommend to my friends. read more

i called to make the appointment and was told that i should get the diamond facial b/c of my wedding. i asked about the diamond facial but the lady couldn't explain the difference between the facials. i went ahead and made the appointment. i got there and immediately she did my eye brows (which are uneven) and upper lip. she told me to change into a smock but the smock looked dirty- with spots and the sheet covering the table had hair all over it. it was quite an unsanitary experience. i changed and she hastily smothered me with some cream - it was cold and drippy. i wish she explained what she was doing. she was rough and the process was NOT relaxing. it was cold and not pleasing at all. i had to get up and rinse off the mask. i have never had to do that for a facial that i was paying someone for. on top of that, she had asked for tip and i told her 3 dollars. she charged me 10 for tip. i had to explain to her that i needed 7 back and she had a hard time with that. it was a horrible experience. don't waste your time here. go to somewhere else it was dirty, unsanitary. read more

I went there yesterday and was recommended this facial, which rosy, the beautician there told me was better for my skin than the diamond facial which was more expensive. My skin feels smooth and so clear. I appreciate her honesty and feel better that I went to a place that was not trying to make a quick buck! I usually go hear for eyebrows. Its just a quick clean up, takes 5 mins. I went there today, when they had no clients. Still ended up waiting for more than 15 minutes as they were all having lunch. I am not against them taking time to have lunch, but if there is more than one person available then it is inexcusible to have a client wait so long. read more

Horrible place with worst people who needs customer behavior training. 1st of all they don't know how to talk to customers. If they don't do any additional steps in any service just say NO instead of that they criticize you by saying "Did you ever get this service done before in US". We are spending money to feel good NOT to get criticize by you. TIPS are given by satisfaction of service. Do not tell or demand customers by telling that others will give this much amount and you are giving less. Yes they might have got better service but I DID NOT. CAUTION...these workers talks bad about you in-front of you in different language thinking that you don't know their language. This type of behavior with customers shows their ethics, the way they are trained and brought up. Try to learn some manners on how to behave and satisfy your customers. That will automatically bring revenue and TIPS. If you continue like this then one day you just need to do service to your own employees as no one else will come. read more

This place is cheap as compared to other parlor in this area . But I would go for eyebrows only.They have a big services list but they don't have professioanls for some of services. Once I went for facial on weekend ,Already waiting area is full of customers still they took me. One lady was doing facial to 2-3 customers at the same time. I got my facial done in 20 minutes though they say its 30 mins service. So some of the steps were skipped . Once I asked about Hair spa and they said yes they provide this service. But there is not proper chair to wash my hair. I had to bend my head back 20 mins to get hair wash.It was so painful.If you don't have infrastructure then don't provide that service. This place is DISGUSTING. I came here for a brazillian wax and found this place through Groupon. They used one stick on me and double dipped it in the wax. I was bleeding a little so my blood went back into the wax. I did not realize this until it was over and I looked up and saw the lady threw away only one stick. I asked her how many sticks did she use on me, and she said only one. Then, she was BLOWING air with her mouth on the wax on my vagina to cool it down. I told her stop but to finish the wax... I wasn't gonna leave the place with wax glued to my vagina and underwear. Ladies, you know what I mean. And I'm not exaggerating. I am so disgusted and upset knowing that she did this to other people, meaning that the wax is contaminated with other people's blood, sweat, and hair. I'm so upset knowing that I could have an infection or potentially have a disease transmitted through other people's blood on my genitals.
