We left a note explaining that oil was leaking from the car and it was emitting smoke, emphasizing the urgency of the issue. When we arrived at the dealership the next morning, DANIEL at the service greeted us and seemed to mockingly inform us that none of their technicians were available to inspect the car. He also mentioned that the engine might be beyond repair due to the extensive oil leakage and casually offered to buy the car for a mere $4,500, almost jokingly. (Btw the car is dodge ram srt 10 with the viper engine) :))))))) Undeterred, we searched for a mechanic online and discovered Grease Monkey, which had received excellent reviews in Elko. Despite Daniel's discouragement, we decided to give Grease Monkey a chance. Fortunately, Brady from Grease Monkey went out of his way to come to the Dodge dealership to assess our vehicle. Following his inspection, we had our car towed to Grease Monkey, and we had an excellent experience with them. In stark contrast to our disappointing encounter at ELKO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, Grease Monkey delivered exceptional service. They prioritize quality service over profit, making them a highly recommended choice for car repairs. Finally, I really wanna mention this to Daniel, I hope one day you learn that you are not supposed to mock a costumer especially when they are need of your help by offering to buy their car for cheap because it broke down. And I hope the dealership owners can read this comment!!

When the purchase contract was brought out the sale price was not listed. Salesman told me some bullshit about the sale price only applied if financed thru them. This was not written anywhere on the tag or on the sales info sheet in truck window. Classic misinformation and bait and switch tactics. Low balled trade as well. Carfax and Kelly Blue book listed value 5K more than their low ball offer. Beware of this place. They did not honor the sales price and tried to make me pay to have them take my trade. Go somewhere else where you will be trusted with respect. Bought a better truck for less at the Truck Ra b ch in Twin Falls. Skip this place and go where you will be treated with respect.

This is a really bad place to do business with..I took my car in to get a NEW transmission put in…read moremy 2020 ford eco sport..They allowed my car to sit in the hot sun in their yard for about 8 months I was told they had received approval for a NEW transmission with an unlimited mileage warranty.. so then I waited another couple weeks and started calling..same thing different day..then ten months went by and I was told that they where in process of replacing it and would be done soon..couple weeks ago by and keep receiving empty promises of completion dates .NOTHING was getting done. Then my family went in and let them know 11 months was long enough and we where going to contact ASE and ford to make a complaint and go from there. Well they get the car done in four days, paid for a rental for time to finish the car and then called me to come get it. 8 weeks down the road the car is no longer accelerating as it should. I took it into another car dealership for a second opinion..well upon checking the transmission fluid the mechanic said it was extremely overfilled which can destroy the transmission and cause complete engine failure. And the fluid was black. The mechanic does not believe it was flushed properly or a new transmission was put in..they stopped work and suggested I take it back to ford. Once again Casey Gallagher, Casey the service manager, neither where available. They booked an appointment for the following Tuesday. I called Casey to let him know I was bringing it in and he informed me that even though the warranty was solely through ford, he refused to service my car. That right there tells me he knows he didn't do things right and failed to take responsibility for the poor work they did do. I contacted Ford and made a complaint and will continue until my car gets the work I paid for. Would not recommend this Ford car dealership to anyone... Horrible experience.

I have babied my Subaru Outback and was a little reluctant when I found out AJ works from his mobile mechanics van, but after we spoke, I trusted he would do a great job, and he did! He was very fair and trustworthy through the whole process. He met us at our hotel, and did the job right there. He communicated very well with us every step of the way. Our "AT OIL TEMP" light came on in my 2013 Subaru Outback. Which basically meant my transmission fluid was old or low. I didn't realize with Subaru, that you can't even check the transmission fluid, nor does the dealership check your transmission fluid for you unless you ask. Apparently you should flush and fill with new transmission fluid every 30-40k miles. This had NEVER been done on my 115,000 mile outback. The fluid that came out was black, and smelled really bad. I was actually pissed that the dealership had never told me this. I assumed they always checked transmission fluid with oil changes and servicing. AJ did his research and brought the correct transmission fluid for my fancy-ass subaru (ugh @ $13/qt). Basically AJ saved me from having major transmission damage, which would have cost huge amounts to get fixed. AJ and his wife Lisa are awesome. You are in good hands with them!

Luckily I live nearby so I walked over to pick the vehicle up and drive it back home. When I got the keys and the maintenance report it was recommended the rear shocks should also be replaced. I asked the representative at the front desk a few times if I could schedule this, but he didn't seem too interested in the effort. Then another representative said the supervisor would call first thing the next day. Never called. I realize these folks are busy, but seems like an easy task. I might take the vehicle back, but most likely will go to Les Schwab as I'm more familiar with their customer service.

(Even the Subaru dealer I talk to on the phone laughed at the price) Then a miracle happened 3rd visit worked, somehow someway 3rd time was the charm but not till they got me for THE additional 221.00 dollars. When we questioned them a week or so later the manager told us there is no warranty on that kind of work to bad so sad. This all happened over a few weeks' time. My question, why did it not get fixed on the first visit, makes you wonder. Best advice, stay clear of this business.
