I've been here twice before in the past month with no complaints. But for a Sunday night past 6pm, this was not the best location to stop. Food was great. No problem there. Got seated in what I would consider the CHILLIEST place in the joint! Ordered our meals and drinks. We're ordered salads as sides. That usually comes out before the main meal. At least that was my experience the other two times I was here. Not this time. I barely saw the waiter from the time we sat down and ordered until the food came. The place was not super busy yet there were at least three tables that could have been bussed the entire time we were there. Not sure who the manager on duty was, but no one circulated the dining room to make sure we were getting good service. Thank goodness there was another couple seated in our area or who knows when we would've received our check. Took the keys to the car to get warmed up while my husband paid the bill. I'll give them another chance and hopefully this was a fluke but seriously guys, there's a Cracker Barrel a stone's throw away that doesn't need much convincing to get your business. read more

Food was fine (burger overcooked, for example, but seasoned decently), but our bartender- Annie S. - was incredibly rude. Gave us some shade when we let her know we were ready to order then proceeded to attend to the folks a few seats down. It doesn't help I was the only POC at the bar. read more

Came to visit a girlfriend at Bloomsburg and came here to have a lunch, as soon as we got inside we were seated and are waiter came over and got us drinks. We ordered burgers with the salad bar, let me just say I wouldn't say it was close to a salad bar.. The options were extremely limited and they barley had anything. Then it took forever to get our food, and then when we did get it they didn't come out at the same time and messed up one of the simplest orders. I can't believe you would ever call this a Ruby Tuesdays. A huge disappointment to me and my friends. The food was decent but wasn't anything special. Overall bad experience. I went in there around 5:30 sat down at the bar for dinner and a beer waited over 10 minutes and got up and left. I guess they don't want my money. I'll be here another week and I won't try to give them any business. read more

After a long day at the Knoebel's Amusement Park we decided to stop here for a late dinner. There was no wait and we were seated pretty quickly. The salad bar was fresh and clean although It did not have as much of a selection as other Ruby Tuesday's that I have eaten at. The server was decent and kept on top of my soda refills. read more

Every surface of this restaurant is sticky with grime. Service is poor. We've eaten here a few times, always expecting an improvement but as of yet disappointed. This last visit i decided to get a to go order. My husband went to pick it up. It seemed to take longer than it should have so I asked how things went. He said he went to the "to go" entry and stood there for quite some time with various employees passing by with no one acknowledging him. Finally after about 10 minutes standing there he was able to snag a passing employee and ask about our order. The employee said he had to go into the bar to get the order. Not surprisingly the woman at the bar responsible for the to go orders was one of the employees who had passed him by a couple of times earlier while he waited. So a 10 minute pick up turned into a total of 30 minutes wait. read more

Atrocious. The bar habitually is not cleaned by the bar staff. Expect to find dried food and/or drink residue on the bar. Of the numerous entrees and appetizers I've had here are mundane at best...occasionally...... prison food at worst.....more often than not. No pride in preparation. Staff tends to congregate around the bar chit-chatting and the bar staff don't acknowledge customers who may have taken a seat. The best thing I can say about them is the salad bar is passable.....as long as it is stocked. Don't waste your time...a dirty bar says more about how they treat their establishment and probably their customers. Go down the road .5 mile to Olive Garden. A bit more cost wise but you will get consistency in food and won't have t worry about a disgusting bar. read more

Dont eat here! Any place that has dirty spoons with food still on them, the "chef's" dont use gloves when preparing food, and they use a dirty rag over and over to wipe the plates when they come out of the pass thru should not be serving any food to the public! I can understand if you get a dirty spoon once in a while but over and over and then a dirty glass with a greasy film on it is unacceptable! The GM has no people skills and treats her employees like crap if she is even able to be found at all! read more

This restaurant continues to decline. The staff does not dress the slightest bit professional. The 'grilled' zucchini arrived as charcoal biscuits. I understand that it is a chain restaurant, but it has gotten worse over the years. Especially this location. read more
