Once in line, there's no way to exit, so going inside to grab your order isn't an option. There are designated parking spots for mobile orders at the end of the drive-thru, and the staff could've easily asked the car ahead to pull into one to avoid holding up the line--but they didn't. Poor system design, lack of urgency, and based on other reviews, likely understaffing. Won't be returning.
