Food was good but a coupon issue will make it so we don't return. Ordered a platter and was told my coupon didn't qualify because it was "such a good deal". Coupon did not outline this supposed restriction. After asking for an exception (on an issue we already disagreed with) none could be made so we won't be back. read more

We eat here a lot & I order the same thing most of the time. Lately though, the turkey avocado burger I order is messed up in some way. I feel like the last 5 times I've ordered one, there has never been pickles, which I've asked for & then was just told tonight it comes with pickles. Well when I got my burger tonight, surprise, no pickles. There wasn't even avocado on it & avocado is part of the name! A lot of times i order it, the gluten free bun is too hard to even eat. I can understand getting it wrong a time or two but it's getting to the point I am consistently disappointed & frustrated each time I order this favorite. read more

Went for dinner. Food was average. Service very poor. Didn't clear table. We did so much of our own busing we should have been paid. We had to ask for everything. Coffee, remove dirty dishes. Then she only took some. Gads. It seemed server were not trained very well. The hostess was rude. Menu changed and not for the better. O'well scratch this restaurant off my list. read more

For a chain restaurant, you have an expectation of having the same experience as in other restaurants in the chain. Not so with the Cadillac MI Ruby Tuesday! Beware! We are in Cadillac frequently and have always liked Ruby Tuesday. But this location has left us more disappointed than satisfied. We used to go here once or twice a month. About 8 months ago we had an experience with not getting our meal in a timely manner and the baked potatoes were ice cold. We did complain to the manager after the waitress never came back to see if everything was satisfactory. We decided to avoid it for awhile. We felt going there was a crap shoot as to whether you would have a good meal or a bad one. A week ago we tried it again. Maybe management had changed things? We were disappointed again. The quality of the steaks was not the same as the Mt. Pleasant MI Ruby Tuesday serves. The meat was overcooked. (We order it the same at all restaurants -Medium.) The portions were really undersized as compared to the Mt. Pleasant restaurant. My baked potato was ice cold and under cooked. My husband's loaded (stuffed) baked potato was cold and made wrong. They just dumped some cheese on top and some bacon crumbles. My husband said for paying AS MUCH AS WE DID, HE SHOULD NOT BE WALKING AWAY HUNGRY. The quality of food and service is very poor here. And no one seems to care. There never seems to be any comment cards or way to express to the corp. how bad this place is. In contrast, the Ruby Tuesday in Mt. Pleasant MI has highest quality food and service. We have never had a bad meal there-or left hungry! read more

The service was horrible, our waitress hardly said more than 20 words to us the whole hour and a half we sat at her table....when we got our appetizer, only 30 minutes after ordering it. She sat our appetizers on the table and left without plates. Right after that, we got our food and that's the last we saw our waitress. The manager sat at the bar the whole time without making rounds. Fairly upset with the service. I would not go there again. read more

I'll be straightforward and tell you that two and a half months ago we had really good food but it was all cold. And the rest of the story is known by you know. no waitress coming back , We are madder than hell because my friends wanted to go to a nice restaurant. I feel very bad that his bill was$ 94.?? four cold food, no waitress establishment. And just to add to the frustration that we all had everything hanging over our heads were Dusty, fingerprints on the walls, Windows ,,Doors ,everywhere. The wooden Shades they had need dusting so bad. Anyway to get on with it I have stopped there two times and asked them if they would like to do anything about this misbehavior on their restaurants part cold food indeed. Both managers took my name and number and of course I'm sure hit the first round file they got to. Someone told me yesterday that Ruby Tuesday's is made for people that just get off the highway and you're starving and they know Ruby Tuesdays are pretty good. But Ruby Tuesday's knows that they're not going to be stopping back there ever again so who cares? So I guess that people in Cadillac do not matter to the daytime managers or to their upper echelon. This place is dirty table was sticky light fixtures were very dusty and dirty, waitress was really good but I personally feel that all Ruby Tuesday's are over priced for what you get the only reason we went is because we had a gift card. There are a lot better places in Cadillac to eat this unfortunately is not one of them. read more

Food portions are super small compared to what they used to be, we finished up with our meal and gave a card that they said was declined ( had more than enough money on the card). I gave them a new card with more than enough money also and they said it was declined again. The manager came to the table and made an embarrassing scene about it. I had to leave my license there to go to an atm to get money for dinner (off of the same card that was "declined"). I will never go there again. We ordered takeout for 2 dinners last night which cost around $35 (hard to believe but true)! My boyfriend got the ribs and tenders and I got a chicken dinner. To be somewhat fair, the food was overall pretty good However....ribs were a little tough and very small portions and they forgot the salads which were 1 of the choices of 2 sides for each of us. After driving all the way back home and realizing it, my boyfriend called to complain and they said that they would at least deduct the salads off the check for us. So today he noticed that they credited him a whole whopping $4 (couldn't even make it 5? lol). I'm sorry but after paying that amount of money for takeout and still being hungry afterwards, we are still pissed. I feel like they should have done something more and that is why I'm writing this review and we will not return- not because they screwed up (it happens) or the food was bad (it wasn't) but they should have made that right... poor management is clearly to blame here. read more
