My daughter and I stopped in for dinner and had a really good experience. She ordered the cheeseburger and fries, and I had the smash burger with tater tots. Both burgers were cooked well, tasted fresh, and the portions were filling. The tots were crispy, and the fries were hot and seasoned just right. Our waitress, Ashley, was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The manager also came by our table to check on us, which was a nice touch and showed they care about their customers' experience. Overall, it was a solid meal with great service. read more

The food was nice.But the reason it is two stars is because the service was pretty bad.Right when we came in and asked for a table of six the employe told us we had to wait 10 minutes but it actually took about 20.Once we were seated it took another 10 minutes of waiting for them to take our drinks.Then it took another 10 minutes for our drinks.We sat there for a good 20 minutes for them to get our orders in.We waited 30 minutes for our food.Finally when we were getting the bill they made all the kids meals a adult so we had to pay extra.We pointed this out and they took another 20 minutes to make the change on the bill. I was there 10/11/25, our waitress was overbearing. I am a caregiver and tried to do what was right and best for the lady I care for . The waitress disrespected what I told her and took it upon herself to bring her a mixed drink. She lied about what she put in it. She was very rude the rest of the time we were there. She knew she was wrong and didn't want proof she went against me on the decision and didn't charge for the drink. How convenient? I will NEVER go back there. The food was great. We decided to get takeout from here since we were staying beside it and had a gift card we couldn't use for a while since the Ruby Tuesdays around us closed. After going here, it probably won't be long before this one should. Service was bitter and rude while I was waiting to pickup my order. The ambiance was not pleasant and the salad bar looked pitiful as I walked by. We ordered the new deconstructed kabobs and received a pitiful amount of food for the $14 it cost each and wasn't even very tasty. Have been using this as my go to during trips to Lexington, Southern Indiana, Indianapolis, etc, It has been about 2 years since we stopped and our experience October 19/2025 was very disappointing. First the chairs were ripped and I notice a few booths were in the same condition. When I asked to be moved to an area where my shoes did not stick to the floor, the reply was " It will not matter, most are like that. We have the rugs ( which were very gross) shampooed so often and these have just not dried completely and leave it sticky." I have shampooed carpets before and there was never a "sticky" feel to them and I walked around to another area (which I had requested to be move to earlier) and it was not sticky at all. Then we approached the salad bar, which is what Ruby Tuesday is known for, and it was so disheartening. My wife turned and said "Didn't there use to be more selection?" I nodded yes and said "You can even see where there is so much space on the bar." It use to be so crammed you could not put anything else on it. Also no one serviced the salad bar. It was in need of a wipe down, and when I went through we used the last of the remaining bacon bits (which was scarce to start with for this location). Went back to get some more salad about 15-20 minutes later and no one had touched a thing. As we left I heard other patrons commenting on the salad bar and the condition of the facilities. I think I will be looking for a new "go to" spot. I hate this because we love Ruby Tuesday and do not have on in our community. We will check out some in other areas and see if this was an issue at this location or if it is corporate wide. read more

Very Dissapointing experience. We ordered Pick up at the Elizabethtown KY location and too many things were wrong. The meat wasn't cooked as we asked. They did not include the side to my kids meal, meaning we got a grilled chicken only. They did not include utensils. This restaurant is on a main highway which means many travelers stop to eat there, so utensils are necessary. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up. We have been traveling all day and the last thing we needed was this disrehard for a decent dining experience. This makes us never want to dine at any of their locations ever again. I never write reviews or complain but we are tired and spent enough money tonight to not let this go and warn the next traveler that comes through this town. me and my dad were staying near Tuesday and thought we should eat there. (TERRIBLE MISTAKE) at first we thought it was closed no one was in there but it was open ( IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN) the hoist asked the waitress if they were ready they flat out said no then the hoist just severed us. We got the 2 for $25 I got chicken tenders and my father got a hamburger with just ketchup and mustard mozzarella sticks came with it. Price is about $13 for unlimited salad, should be about $10, especially with no bread served. However, was a better experience than expected after reading other reviews. It's been a while but I feel compelled to do this,I'm staying in town for the night and this was close. Was seated quickly as it was on 2:30. Looked over the menu for something to drink. Settled on a nonsugar drink and once it was delivered, I was no longer of interest to the server, who was also the bar tender. He was busy, but I was. Right there in eyeshot. Incredibly disappointed. Order coffee, water, Chicken carbonara with 2 meatballs. Took 10 mins to be greeted. Coffee took 20 mins to arrive (was never offered a refill). Never got water. After 30 mins I wondered over to the kitchen to check on my food with anyone that would acknowledge me. Another server checked with the kitchen, and then my cold, tiny meal was delivered two minutes later, minus the meatballs, and with no sign of silverware. The meal was underwhelming to say the least. The sever never came back to check how the good was (it was tasty but cold). Where to start... I've been to this particular RT a couple times and both times were decent; not stellar, but decent. This time was like something out of one of those shows where the boss goes undercover to see what goes on every day. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young hostess and we asked for a booth, if possible. She looked incredibly confused and we ended up at a table instead. She started she would bring us silverware (never did). The booth behind us and the table next to us were full of dishes. The server eventually made his way over to us with menus and to take our drink order. While we waited for our drinks, couldn't help but notice the hostess carrying on a long, animated conversation with one of the young men (if management is listening, the young man with blonde braids in his face) and playing on her phone for better than 15 minutes. I only wanted the salad bar, so I made my way up there. It was a mess (ummm, hostess... It's right next to your podium). I made my plate and went back to the table... sans silverware... Went back up to the hostess and interrupted her conversation to ask for silverware. Umm, she forgot she said. Gee, I wonder why, Chatty Cathy? When I sat down to eat, the hubs and I both noticed that the other three tables in our area had very visible frustration on all their faces... Upon asking them... They were waiting for drinks, bills, food, boxes, you name it. 20 minutes in some cases... And the place was NOT busy. Them, the hostess disappeared into the bathroom for at least 10 minutes and when one of the diners went in right after her, and said she was standing against the wall, texting. Not using the facilities. Big surprise. We all know restaurants are generally short of staff right now... Here, there are plenty of front of the house staff to take care of the diners... Instead they were standing around, chatting, texting, hiding. Not serving, cleaning, nothing. The only staff member who tried to make things right was the blue-haired lady from behind the bar. She came out to listen to all the tables, apologized and noted that the kitchen was understaffed. None of us had a problem with the kitchen we told her. It was the very obvious lack of service in front. She actually relieved the hostess and told her she was no longer needed right there and then. She also reduced everyone's bill and she was very professional. In all honesty, it would probably be better to close this RT for a little bit, deep clean it and properly train a couple of decent people to work there... Rather than have these lazy turds further damage the restaurant's reputation. read more

The service was so bad we walked out. My husband and I went there to eat 3/28/2023 around 4:15. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. My husband went to the bathroom and I waited for a table. I was completely ignored by all the staff for at least 5 minutes. Finally a waitress came and sat us. The salad bar looked like it was destroyed from lunch and no one bothered to clean it up. The waitress set our menus on the table, knocked the drink menu on the floor and set it right back on the table. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. Our food was good - we had it delivered and it arrived in time stated with a friendly driver and the food was hot and as expected.

I wish I had seen the health department score before I walked in, however it is on a table that you only notice when walking out. You wouldn't see it walking in because it isn't facing front. As soon as we walked in at 4:10pm I noticed the salad bar and the mess around it. I would have thought after the lunch crowd someone would have wiped it down and freshened it up. You could tell a lot of employees were just standing around waiting for dinner service to kick in. Our server was nice and attentive. The menu is standard fare-nothing impressive and I didn't see anything I think would stand out. I hadn't had mozzarella sticks in a long time so got those for an appetizer and they were OK. I got a Parmesan penne shrimp pasta that was spicier than I had expected it to be. It was OK. I couldn't help but notice how dirty the restaurant was and unorganized. I saw a rag sitting a top the end of one booth, the liquor bottles uneven around the bar, dirty floors and cobwebs. I would expect a disorganized bar and crumbs on the floor if it was the middle of dinner service, but it was 4pm and all the cleaning should have been done after the lunch rush. I noticed an employee eating behind the bar. I find it unprofessional for employees in uniform to eat on the floor. IDK if this person was eating on the clock or not. It seemed a lot of staff just standing around could have been cleaning. "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." As I walked out the door and noticed the 88 on the food inspection, my experience all made sense! Everything marked, many dealing with cleaning and potential contamination, was evident and still not being addressed. I hadn't eaten at a Ruby Tuesday since 1994 and that was in Florida. I was hoping to relive that bright and cool atmosphere and I felt like I was in an average Applebee's or something. The only reason why I am giving Ruby's 2 stars is because the food was good (chicken kabob dinner). Aside from that, the servers or my bartender barely said a word to me. They were too busy talking to each other. I order one double tall Bacardi & Diet soda. When I received my receipt, it showed two. For the drink, it was approx $6.50. For the extra shot of bacardi, it was $1.00. That price is about normal. But they listed it twice. When I asked the server to taketh other drink off, she said that that is the way management has told her to enter a double shot drink. I disagreed and asked for the manager. He was polite, but insisted that my receipt was correct, as that is the way Corp told them to do it. I disagreed, asking..."or is it a scam for tourists." He didn't answer and I left. I co-own a sports bar/restaurant in WI. I also have been to MANY restaurants around the country. I have seen overpriced drinks, but never have been charged twice for one drink. My advice?
