This was very disappointing. We used to eat here a couple times a month. Now every couple of months, but after tonight we won't be back. Hostess assistant/busser was a complete airhead. My husband even asked her if she was ok. She dropped a menu on the floor in front of me and looked at me like aren't you going to pick that up? She then picked it up and set it on the table in front of me. The waiter/bartender was running. Nice guy Cole, but too busy to be attentive. He responded quickly when we flagged him down to ask for something. We needed beverage refills and got them after we were finished eating. The food... well, having been in the industry for 35 years, I'd have to say. Not good. It would not be served in ANY of my restaurants. The crab and artichoke appetizer was extremely bland. You couldn't see or taste any crab in it. It was served with over seasoned corn chips. I'm assuming to make up for the incredibly bland dip. I ordered a new item. 1/2 pound of snow crab with a 6 oz steak and baked potato. The seasoned butter was so salty I couldn't use it. When we asked for plain butter we were served I'm pretty sure "I can't believe it's not butter". It was cold and yet in liquid form. Cold non butter on crab? What are they thinking? I was not presented with a utensil for cracking the crab. I brought the crab home. I will crack it and eat it with warm REAL butter. The 6 oz. steak well it was cooked to temperature. That's the best I can say about it. I was curious, so I brought the fat home in my doggie bag. Cooked it was over 2 oz's of fat meaning it was probably 50% of my 6 oz steak uncooked. My baked potato was smaller than my fist. I'm an average sized woman with medium/small hands. The potato had a funny taste to it. I ordered it loaded and could not identify where the funk was coming from. The salad bar was messy but well stocked. My husband had the fish and chips which he said were good not great. No one even noticed that I was unhappy with my meal. No manager came by to check and see how things were. Standard practice in a sit down restaurant. Last but not least, the restroom. One toilet was leaking all over the floor. Someone had put some paper towels on it to stop it I guess. Don't look too closely. The corners and along the walls were gross. A few years have gone by since the last time I've eaten at Ruby Tuesday's. It had gotten to be pretty, pretty blah. Anyway...a little while ago, some friends of ours told us that they had a new menu and that they had completely redone the interior. So what else is there to do than go back and try it. I must say it is much better! The room was put together much better than it use to be and the menu update is soo much better than what I remember. We only got an app and salad bars, but even the salad bar seemed fresher. The fixings (even on a late Sunday afternoon) weren't all soggy from a day of siting out. One of the worst meals we have ever had. Ordered steaks medium and they were medium rare if that. Both were 6 oz. Steaks 3 oz of that was fat and gristle. The baked potatoes were cold. The potatoes went back but didn't send the steaks back because by the time we got the potatoes back it wasn't worth it. Had the buy one get one free coupon. If we had paid full price we would have sent them back. The server never refilled our tea. They were not that busy. We drive from Decatur to this Ruby Tuesday because all of our locations have closed. I wish they would open up again. We don't often dine at chain restaurants but we LOVE the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday. This one is a great, clean and well stocked location. We will continue to drive 40 minutes to this location. Ruby Tuesdays has really stepped up their game. The food selection is fantastic. Fresh healthy choices with an amazing new salad bar. Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero stars. That is exactly what this Ruby Tuesday's location deserves. The service is slow, and the wait for food is entirely too long. On one outing, I arrived with a party of six. Four were given their food before the other two. The other two had to wait 25 minutes to get their food. There was no apology from a manager, just a feeble excuse from the server that "the kitchen is slow." During my final visit to the restaurant, in addition to the poor service I received, I witnessed a couple leaving the restaurant, telling the hostess that they were leaving because they were not seen by a server. Another woman had to get up to ask the hostess to find her server because her table needed drink refills. This restaurant is a miserable representative of the Ruby Tuesdays chain. read more

We visited last night trying to catch a late dinner an hour before closing. Instead of feeling rushed, our service was friendly and welcoming. 15 minute wait to be seated when the restaurant was at less than 50% capacity, they are understaffed. The salad bar was not well maintained, the food and dressings were all mixed. The salad plates were dirty, had to go through 5 before finding a clean one. My drink glass was dirty as well. The food was not prepared well, some parts over cooked and some under cooked. The runner took my wife's meal to another table then back to the front again before brining it to our table as if it were something to show off to everyone. My husband and I arrived at approximately 1:00pm for lunch at the Loganville location of Ruby Tuesday. We sat at a booth in the bar area and the server made eye contact with me as we sat down. After 10-12 minutes she finally came to the table and acknowledged us and took our drink orders. We ordered the $5.00 lunch special at that time also. We had to ask twice for extra napkins before receiving any. She did bring my husband a drink refil without having to be asked. She brought the check while we were still eating. I certainly wish when training servers they were taught to wait until the meal is over to bring the check. The words spoken by the server were civil enough but a smile never once crossed her face. Maybe Ruby Tuesday should hire servers that like and are happy to have a job. read more

As always the salad bar is pretty good, nothing spectacular other than the croutons (those are delicious). We got the fried tempura green beans which were good. The grilled zucchini is delicious, and the burgers are ok. The service however, (and this is for every single ruby Tuesdays I've ever been to) is slooooooow! Took my father in law 20 min to get a single beer, and just forget about refills on any drink period. Why have I been to so many ruby Tuesdays if they aren't that great?? For a table a table of four, all of our food was delicious. My chicken pasta had a nice helping and the chicken was moist and delicious. The hospitality is at an all time low. Our waitress was not friendly and did not know the menu. She came back to the table countless times to clear our plates, ultimately making everyone feel rushed to finish the food, (we were no where near finished) and only managed to refill one out of four drinks, during her multiple trips. We also had to repeatedly ask for sauces she had forgotten to bring to the table. It took a long time for us to order our food and even longer for it to be served, after it was ordered. The restaurant barely had even 13 people in it, so the slow service is still unexplained. Overall, if you come to eat at this Ruby Tuesday's expect great food, but not a good time. read more
