Horrible experience. We went in on Saturday 7/18/2026 and it was not busy. We were seated immediately. The server came over and I ordered for our table (2 for $26 - Chicken Fingers and Chicken Breast). Server put the order in and brought out our appetizer relatively quickly. Entrees came out in a reasonable amount of time, this is where the problems started. Server brought out hickory bourbon salmon instead of the chicken and then argued with me that I stated salmon instead of chicken. I corrected him and stated that we do not eat fish and when I ordered I stated chicken and even pointed to the chicken on the menu. Server stated that he would fix it. After another 30 minutes the chicken breast was brought out as the table was done eating. My husband ate his chicken breast and we asked for the check. Little to my surprise the bill was over $50 for one 2 for $26 and waters. I advised the server that I didn't think the bill was accurate and he said "oh yeah it is". I advised that he billed us separately for the chips at a total of $10.99 as that was part of the 2 for $26 deal. He said he was going to go "look at it and came back and gave us $5.00 off. I advised that the check was still not accurate and to send the manager over to address our concerns. After a few minutes the server came back and stating that his manager was "too busy in the kitchen" but they got it taken care of for me, acting that this was a courtesy they did to bill me correctly for my items I purchased. Finally I paid the bill $33.91 and collected my leftovers and went home knowing this was a horrible experience and we wouldn't be returning. I saw the parking lot and there was maybe 7 cars in it so I know the manager couldn't be "too busy" to come speak with us. The next day we heated up our leftovers and to our surprise there was 2 HAIRS in the food on the chicken tenders. Needless to say me and my husband are both bald and these long hairs are not ours! FOOD WENT STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH! This restaurant has gone down hill so much and it's truly a disappointment. Out of all of the Ruby Tuesday that have closed and this is the one that is left open. If they keep the same management in place it won't be long before this one shutters its doors too. read more

Ruby Relaxer & Tito's Lemonade are very good. My favorite is the loaded sal bar. The Triple Smash Burger is a disappointment. Never asked how we want it cooked. The three patties were overcooked & smaller than the bun. Fries good. Hope they can improve their burger servings. Cookie Skillet is okay. Smaller than the one at Chili's. Cookie a little too crispy in some areas. Ice cream melt in your mouth delicious. read more

My ribeye steak was as thin as paper far from medium rare. I could not even cut it. I then asked for the T bone steak, which was overcooked and just as tough. DO NOT EAT STEAK HERE!!!! For a few bucks more you can get an outlaw ribeye, feeds 2 people at Longhorn. The waitress know the meal was bad and totally ignored us after bringing the T bone steak. I was only charged for ribeye but the meal should have comped. The food is generally overcooked. I think they it would be a wise investment to hire a cook. read more

Two servers spent most of their time playing on phones with two elderly women in the booth across from us, who had clearly finished their meal and had nothing better to do. Server stated, "they come in here all the time". So I guess that means we get ignored. Had to ask for silverware which was dirty. Had to get up to retrieve clean silverware. Servers standing around doing nothing, counting their tips, scrolling their phones, while the salad bar looks disgusting with slop spilled everywhere. My sister ordered a rib-eye - well let's just say a postage stamp is thicker. My burger was dry, unseasoned, cheese was not melted and the bun was cold. I was served, maybe, 12 tater tots. I will NEVER be back. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! And don't send me a discount card for my next visit. There will never be a next visit. Decided to try 8.99 smash burger, fries, salad bar. Friendly, did not wait more than a few minutes. Salad bar, fresh, plentiful, many choices. Smash burger was not huge, just what I would call a regular size. Fries were delicious. Plenty of food for a good meal. Manager spoke several times. Very friendly. Saw him bringing out food. Ambience was very good. All over will do this again. Burger was great. Recommend this to everyone. You can have a double burger for a dollar more. Meal was 8.99. Can't beat this. Less than McDonalds or other fast food and so much better. read more

The food was delicious, flavorful and hot! The salad bar was not well stocked and ingredients were laying around as if it had not been wiped or cleaned. The hostess was very rude and definitely not welcoming, however, the server made it all better. She was very attentive even though she was the only server in the restaurant for at least 30-45 minutes because everyone was late. I would go back for the food but they need to do a better job with stocking the bar and welcoming guests when they enter the establishment. read more

The bartender Karey was awesome!! Drinks were on point! I love the ambiance and it's laid back and chill.

Used to frequent Ruby, Tuesday all the time last couple months food has gone down. Service has gone down. I used to drive over an hour to see one specific person individually Victoria the bartender Management does not carry anymore. Every time I ask for certain foods they are out of that they're out of this same story different day . Victoria is not at the bar anymore. I'm not coming back until she's at the bar. She may come into Ruby, Tuesday a very excellent experience. It seems to be upon a new management the times that I've been in the manager is not friendly. He's not kind. He doesn't speak to you when he comes in. The food is not the same. I would recommend not going to move it to Tuesday on this new management. read more

We ordered to go order that I had to wait more than 20 minutes later than they said it would be ready. When we got home food was cold.My daughter ordered a medium rare steak that was bloody and tasted terrible.The fish and chips were small with no tartar sauce. The sliders were like hockey pucks, burnt and hard. We got an appetizer platter that was all thrown together, so the mozzarella sticks tasted like the buffalo wings. It was awful. read more

The food was just ok to me. It did come out very hot so I could tell they just cooked it. I think the reason I gave it a 3 star was cause the drinks were very weak. So I was a little disappointed. I was hoping for a stronger taste but was disappointed. The staff was very nIce and accommodating. The waiter was also on point. He kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Made sure our food was cooked like we wanted, and just a nice guy overall. The salad bar needed to be refreshed. I wasn't liking the choices. It looked like it had been picked over. So even though we got the salad bar I wanted it to have fuller. I will say once I started heading towards the door to leave a worker was at the salad bar replenishing the food but I was already leaving. I've given them three chances to be good. And they have miserably failed at every step. Visit one, ordered takeout consisting of the "deconstructed kabobs" and a burger with cheese-tots. Wife enjoyed the kabobs, so I'll give them 1 star for making her happy. Subtract a star for "cheese"...if you can call it that... that somehow managed to be gritty, lumpy, and thick as playdough all at the same time. It was inedible. Visit two, eat in. Horrible service. Wait staff was too busy having a social gathering with each other at the entrance than waiting on customers...you know...doing their job. Don't remember wife's order, but she liked it. Mine came out cold and very meager portion. Fries tasted very old. Waitress never came back for refills, never came back for check, had to flag someone down to finally get it. When we did the card reader crashed and it took quite a while for them to check us out. Last visit. I was practically invisible. Takeout order was nearly 20 minutes late coming out, and only one person spoke to me. However. They spoke to every person of color that waked in, by or through the area. Racist much? Ordered take out from there last night. Got cheeseburger topped with bacon and mushrooms. Also, got the five cheese philly sandwich. Sides were loaded baked potato and onion rings. It was all pretty tasty and still warm when we unwrapped it ten minutes after pickup. Only downer was the five cheeses being left off the philly and it only had the queso sauce on it. Our server was Tre alston. He was a phenomenal server and said he was new their. He constantly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back just for him. Wow. I believe in supporting food service workers. It takes a lot for me to only tip 15%. However, the service I just received was just sad. My server checked on me once and that was after most of my meal was finished. Once I was done , I sat with an empty glass and plate. She came out of the kitchen took another table's order then didn't even acknowledge me. So I sat some more and she finally came up to me . She didn't offer dessert or another beer which I was thinking of ordering half way through my meal but she was no where to be found. I won't assume that she was on her cell phone like the time I saw her before. Working in the food industry is hard but don't expect to get a good tip bc the credit card machine starts your option to tip 18%. When I worked as a server I treated each table the same whether it was a party of one or 10. That's a part of being a good server. read more

My wife and I went for our 36th anniversary. It was Tuesday around 4:30 and the place was not crowed at all. The staff are all very friendly and all of them made us feel right at home. My wife ordered the Ribeye Steak and the Salad. I ordered the deconstructed Kabob with Rice Pilaf. Both of our meals were amazing. The Salad bar is wonderful with all the choices and it was all so fresh. We left stuffed and can't wait to return. Great job to all of the staff. Thank You! read more

This is one of the few upscale fast food restaurants in the Loganville area. This is one of the few around that are usually are empty. The service has always been very good, and the food is always good. Draw back? Price. The price is a little higher for fast food. Yes it's not just normal fast food but it's still high for the burger and fries type place. read more

My husband and I ordered our dinner last night and it was a disaster! I ordered first an appetizer the stuffed mushrooms. Let's start there first. The mushrooms were so small I didn't think they were included. They were not individually proportioned in the plate and looked like a big ball of mush. We ordered the honey barbeque salmon with two sides and the salmon was very hard and over cooked and dry with a strange flavor that I haven't been able to understand. They had a new selection on the menu, so we decided to try it. It was the crab stuffed shrimp. OMG! the stuffing was not cooked or baked, and the shrimp were raw under the uncooked stuffing as well. It was as if they put everything raw in the plate and closed it up. We were shocked!!! My husband ordered the ribeye steak, CRISPY shrimp and ribs. The steak was not cooked "medium" as ordered and was really flimsy. The shrimp were not crispy but under cooked grilled. He had to put them in the microwave before he could eat them. This was the worst food I have ever ordered from Ruby Tuesday. They have just reopened with a new look, but they need a new cooking staff as well!! read more
