Update. Of course you would like me to notify you via guest services. If I were to do that others would not know that they were about to throw their hard earned money away. By using social media others have the opportunity to see how the burger that was ordered medium-well came out rare, both times and the second time wasn't even a new patty, it still had the bite out of it from the first go-round (isn't that against health code?) The salmon that was ordered, well they were out so I settled for the blackened Tilapia, it was dry! The drinks have more ice than liquid and on and on. Omg!!!! Had an awesome luncheon with my kiddo. Took my little on a mother, daughter date and boy let me tell you... They treated my little girl as if she was their child. Let me start by saying management was professional and swift in correcting an undesirable food order. This and the fact that our waitress was equally as professional is the reason for the third star or this could have easily been a single start experience. My husband and I rarely get out to enjoy a meal in another city with different choices in restaurants. We chose Ruby Tuesday's to "treat" ourselves. I was excited to see brussel sprouts on the menu especially since they were dressed up with parmesan or white cheddar dressing. I also enjoy seafood so i ordered the New Orleans platter with a salad bar and grilled brussel sprouts as my side. My husband enjoys a good burger so he had a bacon cheeseburger. When our waitress brought the food I instantly noticed that my shrimp and tilapia looked nothing like the picture and in fact looked more like it was put together in a cafeteria. The brussel sprouts though... The brussel sprouts looked amazing. Instead of be disappointed in the presentation of the shrimp and tilapia, I dug my fork right into the brussel sprouts... I eagerly anticipated the first bite to melt in my mouth annnnnnd *crunch* uncooked with little to no flavor was my brussel sprout I looked so forward to. So now I'm stuck... I'm hungry and I have to bank on the shrimp and tilapia to taste better than it looked. In goes the fork... Annnnnnd now the cafeteria is sounding really good. Okay, I'm not one to complain so i set the plate aside and head to the salad bar. Salad was good but needed to be stocked and cleaned. Your salad bar is the first thing people see and should always have curb side appeal. My husbands burger was average which is okay. Nothing to shout about but nothing to complain about either. The fries were cold but again nothing much to mention and he did at least eat. Our waitress immediately observed that I hadn't eaten and had the manager speak to us. The manager knew immediately when she looked at my plate what the problem was. She apologized and corrected our bill and we could hear her in the kitchen correcting the problem on that end. Very mediocre this used to be the go to place in St. Robert but now is it just a place for food which based on my experience wasn't that good. They took my burger off the bill, but after 50 minutes and two not-cooked burgers, I felt like a free round of drinks or some other compensation would have been appropriate. My husband and I went out for our one month anniversary, mostly just to get out of the house. We walked into the Tuesday's and waited for someone to seat us for about 3 minutes (there was only one couple there at this time). They finally sat us in the way back of the restaurant. They took our orders, and then left. No drinks were delivered, no anything. Finally someone walked by and asked if we had been served, we said yes but never got our drinks. They got it for us 5 minutes later. Around this time two mothers with screaming bloody murder children come in. They sit them right next to us. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY... but ok we dealt for a while. Finally our appetizer came out. That was the best than we eat that night, and there were only 6 of them. Our food was gross. The service terrible. Other than the one time with drinks that was it, no refills ever. After our food was given to us we never saw the waiter again. We waited a little over 15 minutes before someone else asked if we wanted our check. It was horrible, even with the military discount. We were treated badly and everyone around us was being treated the same. read more

This review is in regards to Kersten, the manager, in particular. I was watching my 3 grandsons and wanted to take them out to a special dinner. I let them choose anywhere they wanted to go because I wanted to make sure it was memorable for them. They are a military family and I don't see them often. They chose Ruby Tuesday and I was happy because they offer a wide variety. I wish I could remember our server's name because he was so helpful, patient, and very accommodating to the kids. However, I realized in the excitement of the grandkids rushing out of the house, I left my wallet at home. When it was time to pay, this was when I noticed my wallet missing. At first, I didn't know if I dropped it or someone stole it, but I was definitely panicking. Not only was I not going to be able to pay for our food, but I also wouldn't be able to get them back home through the gate to Fort Leonard Wood. This is where our kind waiter had to transfer me over to Kersten, the "manager". She was immediately rude to me and treated me like a fungus on the ground because I made this mistake. She wasn't helpful at all when trying to figure out a way to fix this situation. She left the table and went over to bad mouth me to her co-workers. So completely rude, unprofessional, and showing no managerial qualities. My daughter was on vacation in Hawaii so we called her and she was able to pay over the phone. Kersten was rude to her on the phone and made a statement declaring shock and surprise that it actually "went through"! Myself and my grand children were so embarrassed by this whole situation. I understand that protocol has to be taken and that people do scam restaurants, but have some empathy and don't treat people like dirt when these mistakes happen. You have no idea what that family is experiencing. My daughter was furious at the way I was treated in front of her children and the way she was treated on the phone. She called back after everything was worked out and the kids were safely home in bed. Kersten only treated her worse. She was argumentative, rude, and completely unapologetic. This is not someone who deserves a leadership/management position. This is a disgrace to the name of the customer service industry and a terrible decision on Ruby Tuesday's part for keeping someone like this in a management position. This is a place that we will never be revisiting and I'm so sad that my grandchildren have this as their memorable evening now rather than a special night out to dinner with their grandma. read more

Honestly, if i could give this place zero stars i would. I have never had worse service than i received at this restaurant. We were seated off away in the corner far away from everybody else (the few tables that they had) it took about 10-15 minutes for anybody to acknowledge us and then another 5 for them to actually get a server over just to take a drink orders. The server that finally asked if we had been taken care of sat a few tables over on her phone for 5-10 minutes before she noticed us. Then, every time something was brought to us it was by a different server. They all seemed completely clueless as to what they were doing. We ordered an appetizer (shrimp fondue) when one of the servers took our drink orders and it took 20 minutes for it to finally arrive. While the food we ordered wasn't awful, it wasn't the best but the service we (barely) received was terrible and the restaurant had maybe 5 tables at the most. One of the few resistants in town, I just wish the food was better prepared. I order the triple play with half rack, shrimp and chicken. Ribs were great but the chicken and shrimp were under cooked even though they looked ok. Don't eat the honey mustard sauce or cocktail sauce, you'll regret it. I will still give them another shot. Don't eat here. They cheat you. Went there one time to eat. My credit card was charged twice. First for $16.62 and then again for $18.62. My guess is the server did not like the tip and decided to help themselves. But forgot to void the first charge. Maybe not, but regardless I was double charge. Call to try to get it fixed, Kirsten the manager stated she could not help unless I had the servers name or the receipt. I offered the CC number, nope. Server name or receipt. Am I the only one that doesn't keep everyone of my restaurant receipts? Then she started asking why just now called about it if the charge was 3 weeks old. I tried to explain that the second charge just appeared on my CC. That did not seem register with her. Apparently she thought it was my fault. Anyway, no help there. Giving this restarting one star is way too generous!!! It all started with waiting to be seated... there were several tables that sat 6 people, however it took them almost 30 minutes to get us to our table. There were several waiters and waitresses waiting on one table at a time! It was ridiculous!!! Not to mention when we sat patiently forever to order our drinks. After we ordered it took another 25 minutes to bring them out. We waited for over an hour and a half for our food. When my steak came it was cooked all the way through (I ordered it medium). I may be lucky but I have experienced the worst service in my life with the particular Ruby Tuesday. My first encounter with them after coming in and requesting a table for 12 involved them giving it to someone else and waiting an hour for them to find another suitable area. The area they chose was far in the back with light out in a dark corner with a very very unlevel table. The food was decent but the environment was awful. A few months later I figure I try again with catering and after checking the website I'd give it another try.... bad idea they didn't even know they had catering. This place is TOO consistent. When they're busy, the service and food sucks. When they're slow, the service and food sucks. They have NO clue what a medium steak is, so I have to either ask for medium rare or medium well depending on what day it is. To be honest, it really doesn't matter what day, time, the cook, or the server, it is just CRAPPY. The manager (lady who needs to stay out of the tanning bed) just walks around looking at everybody while she's on her phone texting. I mean, how ridiculous and unprofessional is that? I waited almost 20 minutes for a to go order. You know what it was? It was 1 slice of cake. I drove all the way up there for a slice of cake and waited 20 minutes. No exaggeration either. The manager (Ms. Tan Tan) KNEW why I was waiting. She never once apologized or anything. You know how many cars were in the parking lot? 6... and one of them was mine............. This was my first time going to a Ruby Tuesday and I was very pleased with my experience. I was visiting the town for a graduation and this restaurant was one of the few around here where I could get a substantial meal as a vegan. They had a wonderful salad bar with a wide variety of veggies. They even had one of my favorites, edamame, which I was very surprised to find. I also ordered a side of marinara spaghetti squash w/o cheese. My non-vegan family also enjoyed their food as well. The only thing I can think of that was negative was that it was very cold where we were sitting however it could have been that we were close to the window. read more

After church on Sunday we went to Ruby Tuesday because Cracker Barrel is always so crowded. We got a seat right away. I ordered the salad bar and the tilapia, my wife ordered the fried chicken with green beans. She wanted the green beans on a separate dish so that the juice would not run into the fried chicken. Well I went to the salad bar there was very little lettuce. I scaped the bottom to make a plate. When the food came the tilapia had some foul smelling sauce on it. They claim its lemon butter but it stunk. The beans came mixed with the fried chicken which spoiled the meal for my wife. I doubt all the time and I would eat at Ruby Tuesdays more often if the cook could get the order right and the food was better tasting my problem is not with the atmosphere the service is not great but its ok but the food I tell you what they just need to get somebody who can cook. I keep trying to find something on the menu that is consistently good so that I can order it when I go there and I'm always disappointed I thought flatbread was going to be the solution but the second time I had it it was terrible my recommendation is go someplace else if you're looking for a quality meal if you're looking for drinks and slacks Ruby Tuesdays and fine, especially if you're looking for a salad bar. read more

Went to Ruby Tuesday as we received a coupon for $10.00 2 meals. This would have been great if we would have been served food. We arrived at 6:02 p.m. Was greeted by hostess and told about a 15 minute wait. We waited a few minutes and were seated in the booth not for from the hostess station. Waitress came over and got our drink order...we would have ordered a cocktail, but were unable to do so as they were out of orange juice. (Walmart is two doors down). She took our food orders at 6:30 p.m. Waitress never came by to ask if we would like a refill, would have been nice as it was 102* that day. By the time 7:15 p.m. came around, we were looking for our waitress, we were thirsty and hungry. At 7:30 p.m.. I went to the hostess station to see if we could get the bill to pay for our drinks, because no sign of our waitress to be seen. Hostess goes back and speaks to Manager, and explains to her that we were not served our food, and would like to pay for our drinks and leave. At that time our waitress appears and tells us our food should be up soon. I tell her we have canceld our order and were leaving, We had our 3 year old granddaughter with us and she was beyond ready to eat. Waitress says, Okay! and walks away. Manager finally comes over to table after checking hostess staion log and seeing our name on it and time we arrived. She tells us no charge for the drinks. She was polite to us, but I thought she would maybe try to make up for it in some way. Guess I was wrong read more
