Visiting from Nevada and was a little leary after reading some of the reviews but we had a huge party and this place offers a variety of food. So glad we came !!! Absolutely delicious !!! Brittany our waitress was amazing !! Handled the huge party with ease and grace. And a smile on her face . We had one small issue with shrimp being over done and Brittany took care of real quick. Went here for dinner, mostly because they had cocktails and I needed a drink after a long car ride from Chicago. They delivered. The 10 dollar long island iced tea got me nice and tipsy to the point where I didn't resent being stuck in a car for 8 hours with family. But I digress. First meal I got the Salmon covered in a generic BBQ sauce, a baked potato and spahetti squash. It was super filling and quite good. Service was fast, too. This is the worst Ruby Tuesdays I've been too and I've been to several across the US. The fact that their "Now Hiring" banner(!) across the front of the building is always up, says a lot. Cons: -The hostess take forever to seat your party. It doesn't take a college degree to figure out a seating chart. -Waiters/waitresses aren't any better, they're slow and rude with customers. -Their bartender needs to be schooled in pouring drinks, because there's little to no alcohol in those alcoholic beverages. -Salad bar looks like it hasn't been refreshed all day. -Their plates have changed to small white appetizer plates to look modern, but you get less food and pay more. -They're stingy with their biscuit basket. Your food takes forever to make so they need to keep the bread coming. -That lobster macaroni is pathetic. You get a few bites thrown on an appetizer plate for $15. Pros: -10% military discount. Worst Food ever!Waitress didn't know difference between Pita bread and a baguette, and never heard of Kalamata olives, whole experience so pathetic and funny we had to laugh. Ordered RubytoGo; when i got there no one was at the front. I waited around for about 2 minutes before some waiter got up from texting and told me to go to the bar to get my togo order. The whole restaurant had about 4 customers in it (6pm). the bartender gave me my order, etc etc. However when I looked over my order at home, they didn't include any of the extras stated in online, like the honey mustard and whatnot. I also specifically stated online to add extra as well. They only had 4 customers and couldn't bother to read an order correctly? It seems silly, but would you say, order and hamburger with everything and they give you no lettuce, tom, or anything? Aside from that error, the food was very bland. Typical for a chain, but with a twist of sorts. This particular restaurant seems to always be understaffed. Since it is generally crowded due to proximity to Ft Leonard Wood, this simply leads to longer that reasonable wait times almost every visit. That leaves it quite low on our list of favorites in the area. A shame because the Shrimp Shack Platter is a lunch time favorite of mine. And then, after writing a review the chain asks me to email them my review here on Yelp. Heck no. I wrote my review here. Take action or let your location suffer, but don't put work in a customer who offered co structure criticism. Now I won't waste my time going back to that location again. Decided to try Ruby Tuesdays today, post Covid shutdown. The Bar was disgusting filthy, after 15 mins the bartender took by order, 1/2 the order came in "to go" containers, still had no silverware, after flagging down a guy cleaning tables he brought me a fork, still no napkin, salt or water. Service Was good food was crappy, I ordered the jalapeño burger on a pretzel bun with fries. The fries were generic frozen fries, the burger was really burnt I asked for medium-rare but the part looked like it was out for a while once it was cooked. We are staying at the Fairfield so this was literally a short walk across the parking lot. 2nd time here. First time we bellied up to the bar and shared the sampler appetizer. It was very good. This time we ordered the Seafood Trio...which is just shrimp 3 ways. The grilled scampi portion was spot on. Very flavorful and tender. The fried shrimp was like chewing rubber. My hubby's wasn't? The Tai Poon Shrimp was just popcorn shrimp tossed in Big Mac's Special Sauce...or at least that's how it taste. I got the grilled zucchini intended of fries. They were delicious so between them and the scampi the meal wasn't a total loss. read more

We have been in the area 6 weeks and have dined there 5 times so far. By far the best Ruby Tuesday I've been to. We have had a different server each time and pleased with each. The salad bar is well stocked and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is good. I noticed several reviewers complained about long wait times but that hasn't been our experience. We have been sat immediately and the food was delivered rather quickly. Our last experience, my medium rare steak came out medium, the manager immediately fixed the situation and took very good care of us. I didn't even have to ask to see him. He was watching the dining room with an eagle eye, noticed me eyeing the steak and was on top of the situation in the most friendly manner. One of our favorite places in the area. read more

I hadn't been here in a few years because of people telling me it wasn't that great so last weekend I decided to.check.it out myself. First the food wasn't bad that's the only good thing I have to say. The floors were so sticky my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor. The table cloths need to be updated they hang off the tables there heavy felt gross on my legs. They brought a highchair for my daughter which we had to.clean it had food in it from previous child. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible........ I think I gave a bad review for Ruby Tuesday in Hawaii but they all can't be the same. Well, guess what? I asked the lady for a table of one so she sits me next `to the bar in a booth. Cool. No one going to bother me. I sit there for almost 14 minutes before anyone even asks me if I would like a menu. I guess because if it was another minute I would of been walking out. My waitress finally comes over and asks me if I wanted something to drink. Yes please. I look at the menu. Steak sounds good. Waitress comes back. "Can I take your order?". Yes Please. I'll take a steak with mash potato and zucchini. Can I get a side salad with 1000 island. Thanks. 10 minutes later, my soda and salad comes to my table. No 1000 island. "How does it look?". Good if I had dressing. "Sorry". 5 minutes later my dressing comes. The main entree comes and it's typical Ruby Tuesday. Nothing great. Throughout my meal, she keeps on asking me how everything but fails to realize that my drink is empty. I finish my food and she's immediately there taking my plate. "would like a refill?". Nope. too late. Thank god I had a gift card because if I had to pay, I would be pissed. The service wasn't bad and people around us seemed to get there stuff at about the same pace. Just like every other ruby Tuesday's atmosphere was normal. but the food was awful i had the chicken fresco and it was tougher then a piece of rubber and dryer than the Sahara desert. Mediocre food and service. We stopped here on the way from Branson to St. Louis and my hubby wanted Ruby Tuesday because he loves the salad bar. I thought our service was slow, they did bring cheddar biscuits to our table which I don't think I've had at any Ruby's before and they were good, glad they came because though the place was empty, it seemed to take a while to get our food. Ruby Tuesday's commercials say that it's a new Ruby Tuesday's and more like a dining experience. It's true, the menu has been changed and they have a good salad bar, but again the word didn't get out to their service personnel who still think it's the old Ruby's with just a changed menu. For example, when you're having a "dining experience" when you finish a plate and you leave your fork on the plate and the server takes the plate away, you don't expect the server to return and hand you your used fork saying, "here, you might want to use this fork again." You expect a new fork. Ever see a plate of food that was left under a heat lamp so long that sauce forms a skin and juices on the plate have been cooked away? Yep - that's this particular place. What does this all mean? It means stick with basics, burgers, sandwiches, etc. and go somewhere else for your "dining experience." read more

Let me start by saying management was professional and swift in correcting an undesirable food order. This and the fact that our waitress was equally as professional is the reason for the third star or this could have easily been a single start experience. My husband and I rarely get out to enjoy a meal in another city with different choices in restaurants. We chose Ruby Tuesday's to "treat" ourselves. I was excited to see brussel sprouts on the menu especially since they were dressed up with parmesan or white cheddar dressing. I also enjoy seafood so i ordered the New Orleans platter with a salad bar and grilled brussel sprouts as my side. My husband enjoys a good burger so he had a bacon cheeseburger. When our waitress brought the food I instantly noticed that my shrimp and tilapia looked nothing like the picture and in fact looked more like it was put together in a cafeteria. The brussel sprouts though... The brussel sprouts looked amazing. Instead of be disappointed in the presentation of the shrimp and tilapia, I dug my fork right into the brussel sprouts... I eagerly anticipated the first bite to melt in my mouth annnnnnd *crunch* uncooked with little to no flavor was my brussel sprout I looked so forward to. So now I'm stuck... I'm hungry and I have to bank on the shrimp and tilapia to taste better than it looked. In goes the fork... Annnnnnd now the cafeteria is sounding really good. Okay, I'm not one to complain so i set the plate aside and head to the salad bar. Salad was good but needed to be stocked and cleaned. Your salad bar is the first thing people see and should always have curb side appeal. My husbands burger was average which is okay. Nothing to shout about but nothing to complain about either. The fries were cold but again nothing much to mention and he did at least eat. Our waitress immediately observed that I hadn't eaten and had the manager speak to us. The manager knew immediately when she looked at my plate what the problem was. She apologized and corrected our bill and we could hear her in the kitchen correcting the problem on that end. Once we sat down she said "James will be with you" and walked away. 6-8 minutes later "james" came by and said I'll be right back. 5-7 minutes later we got up and left.
