Food was delivered and missing my loaded fries (paid extra for) that I ordered with my chicken tenders (4 mini pieces of chicken) and missing extra sauces that we paid extra for. I called the store, very poor customer service from the start, was basically told it was not their fault and to contact DoorDash. Mind you, I did not order through DoorDash, I ordered directly through the restaurant. Reached out to DoorDash, they tell me that I need to contact the restaurant. Called the resturant back and same lady answered and put on a long hold. RT is clearly not in the business of making it right. If the store cannot handle getting the delivery orders correct then they need to focus just on in-person dinning. Will not be placing another order for delivery. read more

I ordered food from your restaurant, and I have never been so disappointed at the food from a restaurant. We ordered the Double French Quarter Chicken and Shrimp with mashed potatoes and another Double French Quarter Chicken and Shrimp with rice pilaf and I got a Birthday dessert because this was my birthday meal with my wife and daughter. Wow, were we in for a surprise. First, the French Quarter Chicken and veggies were so salty we thought we would pass out eating them. You couldn't taste the veggies or the chicken with salted seasoning covering the items. We ended up eating the rice and mashed potatoes only. Only one piece of chicken was edible out of the four. The rice had no flavor; it was like eating white rice. For the hefty price we paid for dinner we ate one piece of chicken and plain rice and mashed potatoes. The Calamari was the most tender we've enjoyed in many years, although the sauce served with this delight was on the bland side for us (we added the juice of 3 lemon wedges to improve the dipping sauce). The Scallops with Shrimp Combo was really delicious, a real treat! The scallops were smothered in a delightful buttery sauce that was so good we even dipped the grilled shrimp into it! My friends and I used to go to Ruby Tuesday's in high school for their unlimited salad bar. At that time, it was only $1.99 more with an order of an entree. When I went this past week, the salad bar was $4.99 more. They still had an okay array of salad bar items, but I miss their cold pesto pasta and found their dressing selection a little light. Our entrees on the other hand were disgusting. I ordered their penne bake with meatballs and sausage. I rarely call something disgusting on Yelp, but the sausage tasted to hard and gamy and the meatballs tasted like they came right out of the freezer. What a clusterf*ck of a restaurant! We were escorted, or rather, made to squeeze through the left side of the restaurant, which was entirely occupied by African-American diners, and sat at a table in the back. Minutes later, another waitress stammered that "maybe you would be more comfortable at another table". We squeezed past ten or more tables and were seated on the right side of the dining room, where all of the diners were Caucasian. Wow, segregation in 2025! My wife ordered chicken fingers and loaded potato skins. I ordered "scallops" and pan fried shrimp on "rice pilaf". My wife's chicken fingers were so overcooked, she had a hard time sawing through it with the steak knife. The loaded potato skins were nearly raw. My "scallops" which were imitation scallops, were in a sauce so salty that I could feel my blood pressure rise after one bite. They were literally inedible. The shrimp were so overcooked that I could have used them as pencil erasers. The "rice pilaf" was brown instead of yellow and it didn't have even a hint of saffron. Okay, so I only had a to-go order from this site. This is the 2nd time I've ordered the Bourbon Salmon from a Ruby Tuesday (1st time here) in the last month. I thought the first time was a fluke, and I should've left a review for Fort Robert, MO or wherever I was. What really impacted me is that I ordered salmon from Bonefish the following week. Both RT orders had perfectly cooked salmon. Slightly pink in the center, moist, just perfect. Bonefish was what I'd usually expect from a chain. Dry, way dry, way over cooked, killed the fish. I'm not knocking RT in general, but my expectations haven't been super high. I've really been impressed at the last 2 locations and how nicely the chefs have cooked the salmon. Well done people! The staff here was also very attentive and nice and smiling when I arrived, and my meal was ready exactly on time as ordered. It hadn't been sitting there getting coke for 20 minutes, and I didn't have to wait. I have never had a bad experience here but today's experience was even more great with my server Terrie. She is the best food service worker I have encountered in quite some time. I'm in management in this industry as well. I wish we had a Terrie on our crew! So kind, so efficient. I didn't have to "ask" for a thing after I placed my order. SOOO excited to see there is still a Ruby Tuesday's open and thriving! We were visiting Twinsburg from out of town for the annual Twins Festival, looking for a healthy meal and a light cocktail after a long road trip. Jason was a fabulous server, he even hand-crafted our drinks to perfection! The salad bar was fresh and hearty, and the attendant guy was friendly and focused! And HOW could we forget the host? Comical and unique fellow, (didn't catch his name), but he also greeted us our SECOND visit the very next night! Yep-we had to come back! Everything still consistent for round two, and Madely gave us EXCEPTIONAL service-she's very pleasant, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE and doesn't wear stretch pants to work, THANK GOD!! I must have been mistaken in thinking this was a more upscale all-American type place. This is an upscale train wreck. I realize they oversat this poor waitress and none of this is her fault in the least. But the food was terrible and the drink service was so delayed that I finished my meal and had time to post a review before we got our refills. The drinks were fine. But even a basic chicken salad was a clusterf*ck. The mashed potatoes must have been sitting under a heat lamp since Moses parted the Red Sea. And not sure what a was on top of the tilapia but it wasn't a cream sauce. It was more like something that was lurking around the pasta sauce and something rubbed off on it. They have made a lot improvements since my last visit. So let me get to it. First, the interior is now a casual upscale. Would not get too heavy on the upscale, but really nice. All of the seats are comfortable and well spaced. Don't need to worry about someone running into you. The bar area is great and I would recommend if it is only a couple of you sitting in there. They have bar only drink and food specials and their Bar Tender is flat out great. Their salad has gone through an improvement a well. This is one of the reasons I like coming here. I am not going to say it is 'great', but it is a lot better and it is hard to find a better one around. So getting the SB as side makes it affordable and a great compliment to the meal. The burgers are great. Made properly and lots of flavor. But, I am going to give you the real show. It is the new Pimento Chicken sandwich. Now just hold on there with the name calling and accusing me of being totally out of touch with reality. You are on Yelp because you are looking to expand your culinary experience. SO... the pimento cheese is made on prim. If you are just easing in you can take some off, just a little. The chicken is fried perfectly, the cheese is a great off set. the mashup will make you question your reality regarding said pimiento cheese. Don't let it. We came to Ruby Tuesday for our weekly date night. They had an awesome deal that we wanted to take advantage of. We started with 2 Garden Bars. Ruby has the best salad bar in NE Ohio. Everything was fresh and well stocked. They had 4 different lettuce/green mixes, a great selection of fresh veggies a couple different pasta salads, potato salad and coleslaw , fresh fruit and their amazing croutons along with other toppings. There was a good selection of salad dressing as well. I ordered a half slab of ribs that had a sweet tea glaze with grilled zucchini and my husband got the 6oz sirloin medium with mashed potatoes. We were still working on our mile high salad when our orders arrived. I tried the sweet tea glaze and immediately knew I needed some more of that! It was so good, I would've bought it by the gallon. The zucchini didn't look as good as it tasted. My husband was so happy with his that I looked up and it was gone. I was lucky enough to get a bite of steak which was perfectly cooked. Our server was wonderful. She was on top of the drinks, making sure we had more before our cups were empty. I had a late lunch/early dinner with a friend. The dining room was clean and the salad bar looked fresh (neither of us had the salad bar). We both ordered the fish and chips. The four pieces of battered fish were good and the accompanying fries were served hot. The cole slaw tasted like there was a cleaning chemical in it, although I don't claim that there was, it just tasted strange. I did not bring it up to the server since it was such a small portion - I just set it aside and enjoyed the rest of my meal.
