We didn't want anything too heavy so 3 of us opted for the chicken wings and a salad. You get 8 wings to an order. And my Dad got the 6 pc chicken tenders. The salad came first. A bit too much dressing. Had a pool at the bottom. Took a pic. The wings were OK. Various sizes. Not the best but just OK. They were crispy but not a ton of meat. The sauces are on the side. Overall good experience. Service was friendly, reasonable prices for the amount of food, and restaurant is large and clean with a large parking lot. We ordered the bone in ribeye and salmon dinners. Both come with a salad and a choice of a side like baked potatoes, fries, broccoli. You can also upgrade your side for a few dollars more. Steak was cooked exactly to our liking and the salmon was crispy where it needed to be and moist. Everything was seasoned appropriately. Warm bread came with the meal. Just as an update, it's nice when a restaurant has kids meals with healthier options. Longhorns has broccoli instead of fries and you can get plain milk as your drink. This makes me happy. I also would recommend getting your steak "without finishing sauce" which is some sort of oily mix that I just don't care for. We visited this location on a hopping Friday afternoon with two other couples. The food was very good. Caesar salad was well dressed. My New York Strip was cooked to order (medium rare). The asparagus side was as flavorful. My gf had ribs and took a good sized takeaway box. Folks had beers and mixed drinks. The ladies loved the dragon fruit drink with subbed vodka. Stopped in on our way back home from a show at Playhouse Square on a Sunday evening and had a great meal.  We were looking to avoid sports bar crowds and and this place has access on and off from route 77. Food was exactly as expected and service was way above average for a chain steak place. The seafood chowder was a pleasant start to our meals - Corn potatoes shrimp and a lovely spice. Steak was tender and cooked to order. Mashed were well seasoned creamy goodness.   The rib meat was literally fall off the bone.  Took some strawberry short cake cake to go. Out helpful server packaged the strawberry and sauce on the side for us to enjoy at home.  This place will be in our "places to eat on the way to/from CLE" list. read more

We have gone to the Longhorn Steakhouse for years and have enjoyed it totally....but we went today to celebrate my son's birthday and we ordered fillets 6 ounce fillets. They were not fillets. They were a tiny little piece of meat. I've had fillets for years. I know what a fillet is ! We will never go back again. I called and complained, and they said they would comp our dinner. Well they sent us a $20 gift card. Ridiculous. They have lost their business with us and I will never recommend them to anyone. We visited LongHorn Steakhouse after a long wait and not being seated at Outback across the street. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately and given menus. Our waitress took our drink requests, which included a Longhorn beer for me, water for my son, and a Sam Adam's for my wife. Then we were given a warm loaf of bread with butter, which we made disappear. The bread was not very tasty, however. I'll pass on the Longhorn beer next time. Looking at the menu, there isn't a large entree selection. The menu consists of mostly burgers, chicken, steaks, and salads. It is a steakhouse, after all. For dinner, my son ordered a large salad with chicken tenders on it. I requested salmon with a side salad and a sweet potato. My salad was served immediately and it was fresh and very tasty with ranch dressing. My wife said her French onion soup was very good. A little while later, our food arrived. My salmon was served over a bed of tasty rice and had a smoky flavor, which I enjoyed. It was a good portion as well. The service was fast and very friendly. We'll be back. read more

After a super long drive and stressful hotel check in, we decided to go to this location for dinner. For a Sunday evening it was very busy! Although it was busy it wasn't so loud so we were able to enjoy our meal. Lots of active and attentive staff. Everyone was very friendly. This place was very good. I have never tried Longhorns before. We were meeting with family we haven't seen in ages and some we haven't met before. Appetizers rolled around the table such as chicken wings (5/5), chili fries (5/5) and egg rolls (4/5). I really enjoyed the appetizers! Very tasty!! Yum! First time coming to a Longhorn Steakhouse, got to say, alright food! poor pricing. Yeah, you get two sides with your meal but I'm not going to eat all that. Pricing aside, staffing was a bit slow, i saw some employees standing around meanwhile our waiter seemed to be all over the place. Speaking of our waiter, he was pretty chill...no flamboyant personality but no cold or rude attitude which is respectable. The restaurant always has a crowd. There was a short wait, and the parking lot simply isn't big enough to hold the number of cars that come to visit. The salmon was an enormous piece of fish. I ordered it without the bourbon sauce. I asked for Lemon butter on the side, and it ended up being a bowl of lemon water. They offer a number of vegetarian sides, which was a great surprise. Broccoli was cooked perfectly. The salad ended up being my favorite part of the meal, with crisp romaine, and the best blue cheese dressing ever! The portions are enormous and the service was top notch. The wait staff is nearly running through the restaurant to keep pace. The bill was high, and not what I was expecting. So... let me start with saying it's been a while since I've been to Longhorn and today reminded me why... The food was good enough but the rest of the experience was as if no one trained the staff. The manager was no where to be found and it was quite frustrating. Went here with my 10 year old son because he was craving steak. They sat us promptly but only gave us one menu and one set of silverware. (I had to go fetch my own from the hostess table). Next we ordered... son ordered Ribeye...with fries and a salad. I ordered a cup of French Onion soup and was going to eat his salad. The waitress should have known we were eating together but thought it was a good idea to bring my salad and soup before my sons dinner... So I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting for his steak as I wanted to eat with him. Finally the waitress came and said she accidentally put in for a New York strip... and asked if that was ok... (uh... did we order the strip?)... no that was not ok. He ordered ribeye. So another 30 minutes and we have his steak and fries and a warm salad and cold soup. And no one seemed to have a clue as to any issues. I would have mentioned it to someone had anyone... Me and my boyfriend both noticed the general Manager or manager on duty Saturday 19, 2021 touched base with every table but ours. He made small talk with multiple tables near us, even stopped right by us, made eye contact with myself and my bf but never came over to greet us or say anything just continued to stair. I felt that way as we were there the entire time and my bf is the one who said something to me as we were heading to the car. Glad the feeling was mutually awkward and weird. We ordered carry out for 6 people. 3 of us had salmon salads. Salmon was cooked perfectly but each of us had less salad fixings than my son's side salad. No croutons, very little cheese and half of the dressing that comes with the salad at the restaurant. They gave us 1 loaf of bread and no butter. Normally at the restaurant this is an adequate amount of food that we're not hungry. Unfortunately, last night several of us needed to prepare additional food to get full. My uncle dedcided last minute that he wanted to go to LongHorn's for his birthday. Our family being as awesome as we are gathered 15 adults and 3 children in 1 hour to celebrate. The staff was able to get us fast seating and continue to add tables and chairs as people continued to arrive. We had two servers working with us. After everyone arrived, they began taking drink and food orders. The food took a bit to come, go figure, we had a large party. Granted my family ran the two servers ragged, they forgot a few things that had to be repeated mutliple times but we'll give them grace for that since it was a huge party. When the food came out, everything looked amazing. They were almost 100% except two steaks had to be sent back. Management handled that well! I ordered shrimp scewers with lobster mac and cheese, broccoli and a loaded baked potated. The mac and cheese was so good, I barely touched my food and was full. I'm pretty skeptical of chain restaurants near hotels. Our party of seven risked it anyhow and we are all very glad we did! I had the filet with Parmesan topping, a chopped house salad and steamed broccoli. My 12 year old had the 6 oz sirloin with a side of fruit (subbed for fries) and a Shirley Temple. The rest of our part had steak, shrimp, lobster tail, and some seafood Mac & cheese. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. The food we ordered was super salty, and my sweet potato wasn't cooked all the way through and the food was cold. When I told him about my sweet potato, he told me the only way I was going to get another was I had to give him that sweet potato. The reason I didn't want to give it to him was because I wanted a fresh one, not the same one reheated. Our server had an attitude along with not having a personality at all. The manager wasn't great either. Now I am one that will tip 20% or better but in this case, he didn't deserve anything thing but, you need to drop your attitude and get a personality. The reason they are getting two stars is mostly because of the service. Everyone was very friendly when we saw them but they rarely tended to us. Our waiter only came to the table 3 times throughout our entire time there during our 2.5 hours of being there. I never got my salad and since he never came to the table after we received our food I didn't have the chance to tell him until he brought us the check. The lunch rib eye special was truly disappointing the grilled steak was prepared and the French onion stop was a bowl of bread and cheese. Yesterday, my family n I had lunch @Longhorn Steakhouse in Copley to bring in the belated new year. This was my first time actually eating in this restaurant (the 1st 2x were takeout which were equally as good) n our waiter Jamal was very attentive service was efficient excellent outstanding n phenomenal, food was delicious steak was cooked to perfection tender juicy n exactly how we ordered it. While the hostess was very nice, we were told the wait was going to be about 20-25 minutes. Several people came in after us and were seated before us. We asked if they called ahead, and they had not. After speaking to someone for the second time, we were finally seated after 55 minutes of waiting. Our waitress was not very friendly, either. The only good thing about the place was the food, but it was not good enough to make up for the ridiculous wait time, being seated after parties that arrived after us, and being treated with sub-par service. Maybe I'll change my review if they can improve their service, but until then, this is what you guys deserve. Correction: Our waitress got progressively better throughout the experience. We had reservations for ten to celebrate a birthday at a popular restaurant when they told us it would be an hour wait. We called LongHorn and they said to come right over. They seated us right away, even though they were busy at the time. Our waitress (Ivy D.) treated us like royals and was very patient, understanding and helpfull with our order. The food was excellent and we didn't have to wait very long for our food to arrive and was delicious. I have been to a few other Longhorns but this one was the best and we made sure to compliment the manager on our service. Took over 15 min. to be seated; & we were the only ones waiting to be seated!! Place was basically empty! Young polite guydid not know where to put us. Only 9 cars in the lot! Blonde haired rude bimbo talked down to him; and tells him to put us in the bar... He seemed caught off guard how abrupt she spoke "at" him... not to him! Finally she says come with me... Seats us at a booth in the bar area. Seats were dirty & we told her we did NOT want in the bar... She quickly turned around and left! Waited a LONG time to be even get a drink. Finally waitress came over and we gave her our entire order. By this time we had walked thru the door 35 minutes ago!!! Finally got our drinks & stale bread. She commented they were not expecting to be busy, the day after a holiday. We then had to wait another 48 min. for our meals. When they came, the sweet potatoes were BLACK!!!! Over cooked, and not only were they ruined: but INSULTING!! Parm.-crusted chicken was soooooooooooooo over cooked, one could not cut it with a steak knife, let alone chew it! PATHETIC!!! The kitchen knew darn well it was ruined; but thought they could cover/hide the dark brown over cooked mess with extra cheese toppings!!!!!!! The waitress turned on us, like this was our fault! She went from friendly to RUDE!!! What a JERK!!!! Then we waited another 25 min. for the manager to doddle over. As we drove home we contacted our credit card, which was NOT denied... She obviously deliberately was messing with us for returning our meal...! She enjoyed insulting and humiliating us. Other servers kept going by our table and giving us glares. Could hear our waitress giving the bar order over the phone; and also talking to another manager at the bar, who told her; "the word of the day is patience"... Are you kidding me. Another waitress who talks really loud/classless kept telling her tables; "we never expected to be this busy on a random Monday!"
