Cute little spot! Love the GF listings on their menu is great because there was a lot to choose from and gluten free buns! Food was great - comments from the table was "best chicken sandwich ever!" And fries are real - crispy and delicious! Will be back!

It was just ok for me. The wine selection was so-so and the cocktails were a lot of simple syrup sugary type things. Food was overly spiced but okay. Overall everything was Not bad but nothing to write home about either.

We stopped into NuVue for dinner last week and will definitely be back. The menu offers a nice selection of seafood and the ambiance is very cozy. They also had tasty cocktails (bonus points for offering blue cheese stuff olives with the dirty martinis). I will say service was a little slow for how small of a place it is, by the time we finally ordered they were out of my husbands first choice and then it was awhile before they came back for our new order, but the staff were friendly and clearly had a lot of regulars stopping in.

We had a very good meal here. Very unassuming casual spot. We had the goat cheese salad, ahi tuna, hush puppies as appetizers. All very good. Then we had the shrimp and grits, Philly steak, chicken fingers and lobster mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was claw meat only but still good. The rest was also good. The key lime pie and the biskoff cheesecake were really delicious for dessert.

We were traveling through Ohio and needed a late night Friday dinner. This venue is quite nice and our hostess directed us to a quiet table. We had the goat cheese medallions. They were very rich. The marinara sauce was great, but it was advertised as vodka sauce which I would have preferred. The fish sandwich was great. We opted for spinach instead of fries and that was a good choice. Overall a lovely stop.

Our food was good and so was the service. We went early and they weren't busy. I would NOT get the shrimp cocktail though. That was like grocery store shrimp cocktail.

The level of service didn't meet the prices imo. Food was just ok. The bartender didn't make drinks properly, the ratios were off (a Manhattan had way too much vermouth) the ambiance was ok.

The food was a solid 4. Service a 4.5 Ambiance a 4 we started with a couple salads. A side and a Caesar. The white french dressing is homemade and awesome. The Caesar I would have preferred a wedge and not chopped so small. Hard to fork it up. For entrees I had the hot wings which were just ok. A little over done forgot my blue cheese and a bit dry. The dressing would have helped. The wife had shrimp and grits. That's a go to dish for her and she LOVED IT. Said it was one of the better shrimp and grits she ever had. Lots of flavor. The drinks were great, the old fashion was legit. Lastly the key lime pie. Was good not crazy good. They have made a major change here. We were here when it was the previous restaurant and vowed never to return again. Well here we are and will return. Good job.

Friendly atmosphere. I had a very good pork chop. I might try a burger next time. Prices were very reasonable.

We sampled the scallop & mushrooms, steam buns and sake mussels, all of them layered with Asian flavors you won't get from most restaurants. Second course of "soup and salad" was anything but ordinary as evidenced from photos. We paired dinner with a couple of bottles of Cab from ZD; an excellent choice with the planned menu. Patrick provided excellent service throughout the 2 hour meal, and soon we were feasting on Branzino, Duck Confit ( not pictured here) & Umi butter noodles. Nice portions with excellent flavors, everyone was impressed and satisfied with their choices. Stuffed but wanting the full experience, we shared some Matcha Cheesecake that was perfect and not too sweet. The best part is the menu as it changes monthly. Focused on local offerings with Asian flare. The setting is reminiscent of dinner club with classy bar and decor. Do yourself a favor and make reservations soon at Stirling in the Valley; you will thank yourself.

We were seated quickly, and throughout the meal, we never felt rushed or forgotten. On Amara's recommendation, we tried the spicy honey Brussels sprouts, and they were a hit--crispy, flavorful, and gone in minutes. We also ordered a couple of mocktails, smash burgers, the French dip, and a half salad that was generous enough to be a full portion at most places. The food overall was really good--not quite exceptional, but definitely worth a visit. I'm still trying to pinpoint what sets Farmer's Rail apart from other restaurants in a similar category. It's well-executed comfort food with a thoughtful menu, but perhaps still finding its unique edge. If you're in Cuyahoga Falls and looking for a dependable spot with good food and great service, give this place a try.

The waiters behind the bar were attentive and in relatively short period of time we placed our drink, appetizer, and food order at once. We chose the calamari, my wife chose the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All were exceptional. So this spot give us a place to meet her food needs and for us to have a friendly compromise . I can truly say that the food doesn't taste Vegan. It is actually delicious. The service was very pleasant and inviting. Although the restaurant is on the smaller side it's quite cozy. If I would give one complaint I would say that they didn't have a large enough coffee cup. It was very tiny I would say a 4oz cup instead of a 6 or 12oz. Overall will I go back ABSOLUTELY..

I'm torn with this one…read more Taste-wise, most of our food was good, but the presentation was, well, bad. Let's talk about the rib dinner: it's made from jackfruit and really does taste like meat. It's pretty good, but it looked like it was just slapped down on the plate...bbq sauce smeared along the sides of the plate...pretty slapdash. It came with two sides, which, if plated with the ribs, might have looked better. But the side of Mac & cheese came separately in a cup, and the side of truffle fries came in a styrofoam clamshell. The Mac was decent... not cheesy but had a good flavor. The fries were lukewarm and soggy and left a greasy pool of oil at the bottom. It was definitely small portions.... Not enough to fill my husband's stomach. He ate half of my meal...which brings me to the next dish: burrito bowl. This was quite filling, flavorful, and large-portioned. It was nicely presented, even if in a plastic bowl. They were out of a lot of things on the menu, and there was no dessert to be seen, which was disappointing because vegan desserts are hard to come by. I was hoping for more creative dishes and ingredients, but it was mainly typical restaurant fare ( hamburgers, fish, tacos , fries) but just with vegan meat swapped in for real meat. Not saying it wasn't good...just not really creative. I can see this being more of a take-out place. I don't recommend it as a destination.
