Since owning the vehicle I had been to the shop three times and warranty would not cover because a body shop covered up previous problems. The dealership did nothing to make it right. Doug was great in sales and I highly recommend him. Michael in finance also was great with communication during the cancellation of my warranty. I will say Douvante in sales was the least professional to deal with but I should have escalated the situation past him because he seemed a little clueless. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything but just want to give a warning to others when purchasing pre owned!
