Ace wasn't on the insurance company's list of "preferred" shops; the insurance adjuster went as far as trying to talk me into sending my vehicle to another shop but I'm glad I never did!! It is very apparent that John and his Team at Ace Auto work for you, with your best interest in mind and not the insurance company's!! John kept me updated every step of the way while we waited for the insurance company to send out appraisers and rework their reports (he provided me with far more information on the status of my repair claim than my insurance company ever did!) Although my Durango ended up being totaled and Ace Auto didn't complete body work to it, John provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance claim that involved two insurance companies, 3 appraisers and 2 months of insurance adjusters dragging their feet handling my claim. John guided me to make sure I received a fair valuation of my vehicle, helped me research comps and valuations and helped settle my nerves when the insurance company was trying to strong arm me. He was available by phone, text and email even while on vacation, on a National Holiday and after business hours; you'll never find that with an insurance company's "preferred" body shop!! When it came time to clean out my vehicle and release it to the insurance company, John and Joe helped remove and load all my belongs into the car I was driving. Joe made sure I took my ezpass transponder and carwash pass that I would had totally forgotten. Even though they say they are going to contact you with updates on your car they never do and you will need to call basically everyday to make sure they are working on it. Also, they had my car for the majority of the summer and everytime I called there was a different excuse ("the part that was ordered arrived damaged", "the guy that was working on your car banged out for the last couple of days:, etc.) I had to bring the car back three times because they do not know how to correctly clip a bumper onto a Nissan Pathfinder. Also, I have the car back and just noticed that they did not correctly clip the panel above the headlight on. I will never leave any car that I own here or at any Nissan 24 dealership again.

I had a bad year where I had 5 accidents back to back, two months apart. I swear it wasn't my fault. The joke is I am their best customer. Mike, Dan and Blake were all very patient with me as this is my first car and I was always so heart broken after every accident. My last accident was a true test for them as the car's damage cost was over $10,000. I think it was just shy of being total lost. My car is fine now and the new joke is, it should last me for another 10 years since all the parts are brand new. Practically the whole casing of my car and doors are new at this point. Knock on wood as I haven't had another accident since. I am so grateful for Centerville and my insurance. My mom just dropped her car off on Monday, November 14th and she is so happy to be able to drop it off to get appraised and repaired and we wouldn't have to make multiple stops. She just had to sign two papers and she was on her way to Enterprise to grab her rental and that was not as smooth sailing. I already got the shocks from a friend that works at a dealership in Quincy. When I made the appointment the owner informed me he didn't really want to install other peoples supplies and preferred to supply and install his own equipment, which is fair. He told me he would do it this time only, I said great and if there was anything else that needed to be done just go ahead and do it. He call when the truck was ready, I went and paid my bill not paying much attention to it. (Extra needed work was done) When I got in my truck I noticed my shocks were still in the box not used on the back seat. When I asked about it, he claimed he wasn't there and someone else did the work. He didn't even offer to try and make it right, so much for customer service. I will never go back.
