The only thing I wished for was a side of lentils to round out the meal. My husband ordered the chicken and shrimp chow mein, and he said it was one of the best he's ever had--high praise! They are at this time only about five months in business, but the quality of their food should make them a place you need to seek out. Open 7 (!) days a week, they are located in a former donut shop. The tables and seats remind one of a 1950s soda shop, but it is quite clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, with Waseem greeting us and seeing us to our table. The menu is quite extensive, offering not only Indian food, but also Pakistani, Arabic, South Indian Fusion, and Indo-Chinese Fusion. We started with a Mango Lassi each, which was refreshing and a tasty drink of mango and yogurt. As an appetizer, we split a Vegetable Samosa order. Two good sized Samosas with very fresh ingredients and nice chutney dipping sauces. Then the main meal arrived, with one of us getting a Chicken Vindaloo (spicy hot, a tangy tomato-based vinegar curry), and a mild Chicken Palak Curry (which is chicken in a spinach curry) along with an order of Garlic Naan bread, consisting of four delicious pieces. Make sure you alert them to the level of spice that you enjoy. Everything tasted very fresh and oh so flavorful. We had some leftovers which we took home for lunch the following day.
