This is the biggest grocery store in the Bruce canyon NP area, and comprises a small grocery store part as well as a gift store etc. The selection of groceries isn't huge but it's reasonable; they do have pre made stuff like sandwiches and I bought a can of soup here to have for dinner later. They have a limited amount of produce as well. read more

What a fun country store. This place sort of reminds me of the Cracker Barrel store, but offers even more things. You can buy local gifts like honey and salsa to various clothes items (mostly tourist stuff). There's even a grocery section in the back. That's fun too browse through. Just fun and very fitting for the area. What's even better is they will ship anything anywhere for you see if you wanna buy a gift, just buy it and let them ship it. Was in the store the week of September 22, 2025, walking around needing a few groceries (duh!). There's a wide selection of items - camping, hiking, prepared meals, frozen stuff (pizza, juice, ice cream, etc.), a small selection of fresh meats and veggies. Sure, it's higher price than at home, but you're most likely on vacation and you expected that. Staff were friendly, shelves are well organized and full of possibilities for us shoppers. Visitors (tourists) like us were walking around taking a gander at the offerings, sharing the space and offering up an occasional smile. All was friendly and easy going. read more

A little pricey on some products but they do have it all. When you need that probiotic pick me up you can get a Kombucha ($5.99) from the full fridge- though none of them were cold. This store doesn't appear that big from the outside but it inside it is like a maze. There is a grocery store that is connected to the souvenir store, which also leads to the hotel and then the restrooms as some other cool activities. A little post office lives inside too, super cute. The employees were kind and helpful when I was in search of an item. If you're searching for the perfect Bryce Canyon sweater or shirt you're in the right place, they have so many options! read more

What a cool place the general store was! We visited Bryce Canyon, and as we rode the shuttle, we asked the driver which stop on the line had the best souvenirs. He recommended we go outside the park to the Ruby's Inn General Store. I'm so glad he did, because not only did they have every imaginable type of swag available, they also just had so much cool stuff! They also had a small post office so I could mail the postcards I had just bought. Prices are pretty good, and every single one of the workers we interacted with were friendly and helpful. read more

A nice little store and loved learning about the historical aspect of it off of Autio. It is in the Bryce Canyon area so the prices might be a hit high, but what would you expect. It's a great spot with the needed necessities. I do believe Ruby's is half the town. Enjoyed the area and Ruby's. read more

I m gonna give whooping 4 stars. Yes, that seems to be lot but Ruby is doing doing good for the half starved half disoriented visitors to the Bryce Canyon. Its the Ruby's empire that owns everything on this side of the street and few more. This general store is filled with lot of gifts and things to gather for your trip of a life time that you will soon throw away or regret of paying so much for such useless items. Maybe my thinkings are very flawed and you may want to pass down to your kids and grand kids in the future. They have groceries at the back but lacking prepared ready to eat items like salad and such. I guess you can also stop by the other fast food restaurants nearby. I did pick up drinks and beef jerky for the road. Overall, nice general store with almost everything you will be needing. read more

This is such a cute and a fun store that you can spend hours window shopping or buying. They have lots of treasures and travel trinkets. So many things that I wanted but I had to make choices and settled on 2 things. I love the native American jewelry but very expensive and the t shirts are really cool. This store is massive!! We stopped in on a rainy day at Bryce and we're surprised by how many different rooms there were and how many different types of products, as well. I was personally impressed by the camping and groceries section at the back that really has everything that you could possibly need. The prices were super fair for the convenience factor. read more

The General Store has so much to offer and for everyone! Beautiful Native American works, cute t-shirts, and even a little grocery store! It's just a big mall with the Lodge, the store, the restaurant .. and all so pretty! Amazing heritage story as well! I love that the town is small. Getting here: There is no way to miss this stop, as you have to pass by to get to the entrance of the park. There is a huge parking lot so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. Experience: We're the type of group that likes to grab souvenirs at each National Park we visit, so naturally this trip was no different. Ruby's was the only one we could find that was open. They had a variety of different items to take home. I was a little disappointed in the sweater and patch selection, but they had so many t-shirts to choose from. This general store also had a grocery section, so if you plan to camp this would be a good place to refuel. read more

I was really impressed with this store. It's huge. I expected a small hotel gift shop - instead it is a large hotel gift shop, with a pretty big grocery store with tons of items (I got nasal spray here and wasabi peas and some cough syrup). They have tons and tons of gift items. They even had a small Christmas section with some stuff. You can find Utah-themed items inside and tons of natural sandstone art pieces. But if you are staying at this hotel - or anywhere nearby and need something - chances are pretty good you're going to be able to find it inside this store. They even had a photography area where they sold items for cameras, cameras themselves, lenses, and film. read more

This place has it all. We stopped here almost every night because it was about 25min from our airbnb. We were staying in Hatch. Now people may not see this as having it all but this is as good as it gets in this area. Tons of souvenirs for Bryce Canyon. Basic grocery with drinks, snacks, and even camping gear. There is also a hotel/inn and steak restaurant right by. Like directly in the store. You would not be able to fully feed your family from this store but it's enough. They have coffee and soda so what more would you need? The prices are good food/soda wise. But the souvenirs are comparable to the parks stores. read more

There were 10 of us staying in three separate rooms, we had two together and one way across the parking lot around the back, it would have been nicer to be a bit closer. Very clean, and very kind and helpful front desk. The only downside was whenever we put the do not disturb sign on the door handle the wind would take it away, so housekeeping was knocking on the door bright and early when we were still asleep. It was nice having the general store and restaurants on the grounds. We will stay here again in the future. read more

Overall our stay at the RV park was lovely. One thing really pissed us off though and is the reason for the 1-star rating. We went to get groceries at your store. My husband was wearing his Vietnam vet baseball cap and his 5th special forces shirt. The cashier rang us up (older white haired slightly overweight woman---I'm overweight too, so this is just a description so you know who it is, she didn't have a tag on her blouse). After she finished ringing us up and we paid, she looked at my husband and said "If the baseball hat that you are wearing is really true, you can get a 10% discount." WTF?!!! Did she really say that?!!! Yes, she did! I get that people pretend to be military, but a Vietnam vet who has never been given the thanks from his country that he deserved???? And to see the cap and just not ask for proof (my husband has Distinguished Veteran status), not thank him for his service, not even ask for ID? This was offensive on so many levels. read more

Very large store for all of your necessities and souvenirs. Groceries and convenience store items are in the back. Got me some eye drops and fruit. Discovered the high altitude gave me headaches and irritated eyes. Their jewelry is very overpriced and not particularly unique that 50% off specials do not equal good buys. Some kids toys and stuffed animals/puppets are fairly priced. You can find nice gifts here like ornaments, t shirts and handbags. It's nice to peruse and conveniently next to the Ruby Inn hotel, restaurant and art gallery. read more

This is an amazing place. They have everything that you want and need. Groceries, shoes, clothes, gloves, books, DVD's, and a whole lot more. They also have a hotel and a post office located here. Most unusual as it is a Best Western after all. Some of the things that they sell are pricey. It is well worth checking out. read more

Ruby's saved me when I forgot to bring my hiking shoes for Bryce Canyon. For that they will always get 5 stars. Granted they were more than I would have paid, not the right size and not super comfortable but I was still able to have that priceless experience. Great store conveniently located next to the BW Inn. This general store serves the entire Old Bryce Towne, not just for BW Hotel guests. It has everything, and I mean... EVERYTHING: from leftover Christmas gifts at a steep discount, to women's purses, to jewelry, to leather goods & saddles, Indian arts, groceries and everything in between. It's also very nostalgic and its look and field, log-style and western decorations. Highly recommend! read more

Pretty much the only store between Zion and Bryce. Prices are high. $9 for a box of Fruit Loops high. Decent selection of beer. Semi decent selection of fresh fruit and veggies. Thousands of prepared sandwiches- you know those kind cut in half in a triangular container that you normally find in a vending machine. Small selection of breakfast carbohydrates. No muffins. I loved this little general store!! Sure the prices are a bit inflated but what would you expect for a store in the middle of nowhere. They had everything that you would ever need. From fresh groceries to gift trinkets to multitude of winter wear (Columbia, jackets, scarves, etc). They had a section for all sorts of frozen food, baked goods, even a full on tackle shop with fishing reels and rods. Quite honestly I was shocked at the amount and variety of goods available. It's also in a great location if you're staying at either of the best westerns or the many other lodges nearby. 5/5!! read more

More hiking gear (UV hats, cambelbaks, etc) would be nice since it's next to Bryce Canyon. Wow. What an amazing find in the middle of nowhere! This store has everything! They've got camping supplies, hiking supplies, hot food, frozen food, canned goods, sports wear, winter wear... and even cheesy souvenirs! The stuff in this store however IS expensive! For example, a frozen meal that you can get for about $2-3 is more like $6-7 dollars here. I didn't buy anything at the store as I travel well prepared, BUT if I did forget something, I'm sure I could find it here! The prices are expensive, but I guess it's fair since it is in the middle of nowhere. I guess they could always charge way more for things! This store is part of Ruby's Inn the hotel, restaurant, AND gas station! Ruby's Inn is truly a one stop has it all while visiting Bryce Canyon! Just know though, that if you get gas, you have to prepay for the gas! I didn't like that so I went across the street for gas where I didn't have to pre-pay. read more

The huge grocery store in the back of a gift shop was our place to get "provisions" for our two hiking days in the canyon. The were lots of dry goods - it looked like the town's grocery store for locals too. We decided to get items to make sandwiches each day for lunch and also got some gatorade to replenish those electrolytes! We were able to make tasty sandwiches with a loaf of cracked wheat sourdough (the bread was the only pricey thing, over $4), colby jack cheese slices, roasted chicken lunch meat, and black olive hummus. We got a bag of baby carrots to eat and they also because useful hummus spreaders :) I kept the cold items in an insulated bag with a bag of ice while we hiked, and it worked out perfectly both days. Definitely a useful stop. The grocery area sells beer, but the hotel itself a few yards away sells liquor and wine. read more

This is located in a small community just outside of Bryce Canyon, there is a complete Inn with a restaurant, general store, and fun activities like horse back riding and quad running. We stopped in to get a bite to eat and look through the store. It's huge, loaded with all kinds of things from produce and camping items, to t-shirts and sun catchers. They have the kiddie stuff like the wooden pop guns, to the high end paintings and bronze statues. A nice change to the usual tourist stop, found a couple of unique items and a fantastic leather purse. I recommend this place as a must stop place for those heading to the Park. read more
