I really thought that the customer service had improved at this place. They use to be so rude on previous visits. I noticed that change within the last year, so I was pleasantly surprised. This past Saturday 1/5/2019 that DEFINITELY changed. I watched the game at the Owners box, and decided hey after it's over i'll slide by Rudy's. I live in North Dallas and was already over here so why not?? My sister and I pull up of course the line is wrapped. We decide to walk up to the order outside window. Figured it would be faster. We place our order, mind you the girl is also texting on her phone. No hello or nothing. Whatever, it's expected, we get our food and head back to the car to leave. She pulls out her food from the white bag and notices there was no pickles, jalapeños or ketchup. I then pull mine out, and notice the same. So I take my order back, tell the girl at the front we were missing condiments. Whoever that light skinned chic was who took our order had to audacity to to go put on gloves and dig her fingers through my food and pulled out 1 pepper, 1 ketchup and 2 pickles. The place was pretty busy with lines on both drive thru windows. They also had a line for the walk up window where they had the menu on the wall. After eating all the wings, we started on the whole chicken. The pieces were good sized and we even had 3 legs in there! The crispiness was much much more than the wings but the flavor was quite salty. If i were to come back here, I would only get extra seasoning on the wings but not on the whole chicken. So the woman opened the window and asked if I was the one that ordered the wings and I said no and told her I didn't know I was suppose to order back there since I didn't hear anybody. She kind of gave me and attitude at first and said "you suppose to order back there!" and then was like "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" My co-worker wanted the 5 piece tenders and I just forgot what I wanted and just blurted out "3 BREASTS!" when I really just wanted 2. Oh wells, got our chicken and boy did it smell GOOOOOOOD!! Didn't want to go all the way back to the office and let our chicken get soggy, so we hauled ass out of there and found a safe spot in the parking lot of a Fiesta supermarket several miles down. The seasoning on the chicken and fries is the shiz nitz! It was a good blend of spices and wasn't overly spicy. I was like licking my fingers clean. I only had the breast meat so I can't compare the tenders or other pieces, but I found the meat closest to the bone didn't really had as much flavor as the meat towards the outside.
