They also erased the video footage so they wouldn't get caught. The garbage insurance policy they sold us on didn't cover the loss because of the way the sneaky scumbag staff was able to enter my unit, by using the lock code assigned to lock , that was available to staff on the iPad. There is a police report about it with NRH PD.

I then went to my unit and it had a lock on it from Public Storage. They then unlocked it for me and I was missing a scroll saw. They were only following orders and doing what corporate told them to do. In the invoice it stated $100 cleaning deposit (I had a crisp new $100 bill). No problem there. It also stated that they accepted cash. Every place accepts cash. And credit cards What they meant was they ONLY WANTED and would ONLY ACCEPT cash. Semantics I know, but accepting cash is a lot different from ONLY accepting cash. Had I known I would have brought cash! I had traveled 25 miles to get this thing started, and they tell me that can't have the unit until I get more cash!! I had to scramble around trying to find a ATM that was open as it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. This is where the young lady I was dealing with stepped in and offered to stay late till I got back. The staff did what was the right thing to do. She also loaned me a lock for overnight as I did forget mine I give the staff 5 stars and corporate 1 star. They kinda sucked at communicating and unreasonable policies.

This place is absolutely infested with rats yet they think it's acceptable to continuously raise…read morethe rent. We had nothing in our unit that would attract rodents and I had the wonderful experience of finding a decomposing rat on the floor. I had to clean it up and management never returned my call but they have the audacity to call if your payment is one day late. We finally were able to move what was salvageable out of this horrid place recgently. I had to leave a wagon and some broken pieces of boxes that were soaked with rats urine because I was NOT putting them in my car. Of course they deemed it appropriate to charge me a free plus the full months rent for that. Stay away from this place at all costs!

I rented it anyways and since I have had an increase In Rent 2x .. management is far from nice . They threaten to charge you for putting garbage in the dumpster, holding the door or elevator open or having drinks in the building. It's HOT I NEED A DRINK TO KEEP ME FROM PASSING OUT! But they will charge you !! Supposedly under new management now BUT SHE is even worse than the one before! THE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF WANTING TO WORK is ridiculous!! She won't even look up info on the computer that's how bad she doesn't want to work! Seems lazy and unprofessional to be the store manager . Why could we not be emailed, we are emailed when the rent goes up, when we are late ? So I'm in parking lot to write this when the old rude manager seems to still be here walked up to me with her wonderful attitude that she gives rolling her eyes . She said it's been off for two days and didn't tell anyone not even corporate cause they had no idea when I called . I asked if she had called electric company for an eta .. she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then came back and said why wouldn't I have not called . This was the last straw I'm moving out as soon as y'all can get the bills paid here ! This manager has no business being a manger or in customer service AT ALL !!!
