They also erased the video footage so they wouldn't get caught. The garbage insurance policy they sold us on didn't cover the loss because of the way the sneaky scumbag staff was able to enter my unit, by using the lock code assigned to lock , that was available to staff on the iPad. There is a police report about it with NRH PD.

I then went to my unit and it had a lock on it from Public Storage. They then unlocked it for me and I was missing a scroll saw. A bolt cutter was left in my unit and part of the lock was in there too. I thought my items would be safe. Not safe at this place. LOOK AT OTHER STORAGE OPTIONS. I now need to find a company I can trust with my items.

They were only following orders and doing what corporate told them to do. In the invoice it stated $100 cleaning deposit (I had a crisp new $100 bill). No problem there. It also stated that they accepted cash. Every place accepts cash. And credit cards What they meant was they ONLY WANTED and would ONLY ACCEPT cash. Semantics I know, but accepting cash is a lot different from ONLY accepting cash. Had I known I would have brought cash! I had traveled 25 miles to get this thing started, and they tell me that can't have the unit until I get more cash!! I had to scramble around trying to find a ATM that was open as it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. This is where the young lady I was dealing with stepped in and offered to stay late till I got back. The staff did what was the right thing to do. She also loaned me a lock for overnight as I did forget mine I give the staff 5 stars and corporate 1 star. They kinda sucked at communicating and unreasonable policies.

I rented it anyways and since I have had an increase In Rent 2x .. management is far from nice . They threaten to charge you for putting garbage in the dumpster, holding the door or elevator open or having drinks in the building. It's HOT I NEED A DRINK TO KEEP ME FROM PASSING OUT! But they will charge you !! Supposedly under new management now BUT SHE is even worse than the one before! THE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF WANTING TO WORK is ridiculous!!
