I rarely ever give locations 1 star but this by far was the worst experience I even had. My husband and I went to look at vehicles because we both needed new vehicles. When we first got there, we walked around the lot just looking at different vehicles. A sales associate approached us by the name of Tom Russo. We told him what we were interested in and he invited us inside. I was looking for an SUV of some sort. I looked at both the SRX and the XT5. He let me test drive both vehicles which all was going well so far. Then it came time for my husband to look at some vehicles. He wanted to test drive the ATS, CTS and CT6. Unfortunately Tom only allowed him to test drive the ATS which was last on his list of cars he wanted. We asked multiple times to test drive the CTS and CT6 but got ignored. Tom kept trying my push us to purchase an SRX that they did not have on the lot. I informed him that I was not purchasing any vehicle unless I saw it, felt good in it and was comfortable. Tom in turn said to us "You're not going to get what you ate looking for. If you come into a dealership, you have to do your research at home and be ready to pull the plug when you get here. No salesman will want to work with you if you don't know what you want at any dealership. " We were appalled. My husband and I refused to do business with anybody who tried to push something on us that we didn't want and would dare make a comment like that to us. We informed him that we will go elsewhere and walked out. We went to a different dealership which had 100 times better experience and purchased 2 vehicles! If I could give a location negative stars, I would give it at this moment. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody, not even my worst enemy. read more

I didn't buy from Ruggeri but from Faulkner. However, I have not had a bad experience from either. Ruggeri is closer so I get my complimentary oil change here. They are always courteous and professional. The lounge is always clean with extra commodities (including a charging station for electronics). This is my first car that I purchased, but not the first car I've owned. Both dealerships have made a loyal customer out of me. You treat your customers like your cars (valuable). I am so proud to be driving down the road with my car and knowing that my dealership has my back. read more

There are few things what I didn't like: 1) They didn't inform me that my car service has been done. I saw my car parked me in parking, I asked them is it done, then they said, ohh yes... 2) When I started my car it was still displaying Oil Chnage life 8%, which means either they didn't change the oil or missed resting it. I did reset it later on, assuming they must have changed the oil and oil filter. 3) When I made the appointment they said they will wash my car and clean interior as a part of service, but they didn't. 4) Staffs were not professional, one of them was rude. 5) Ruggeri was having some service special coupons over their website. I said the same thing while confirming appointment. But during billing when I said I have a Ruggeri service special coupon, the person over the counter rudely replied me, why didn't you tell me in the beginning. This was so weird. read more

I buy many cars ,either professionally or for friends. I am usually the "go to" guy when it comes to buying cars. So when I need to replace a car or shop for one I start on the web. I typically buy low millage used cars. Sometimes I buy new as well just not as often. So, that said I have NEVER had better service from a dealer. Let alone a Cadillac dealer. From start to finish everyone at this dealer, over Thanksgiving week no less bent over backwards to help me. They even brought that car over 90 miles to deliver it because I couldn't pick it up. From my sales rep, Owen Campana, to Scott in the office, to the guys that brought the car down, they all are just great people. Kudos's to all of you, you remember what service is about. Was sold a SUV and was assured that the 2016 SRX was a reliable vehicle. Little did I know that the days of doing honest business a long gone. I was sold that trash when it was already known that the transmission was a bad design. But that's not the kicker after they sold me it, because I don't know when you hear a name like Cadillac you expect more to say the least. But I continue to take it there for service not only the few months free oil change but also paid they have the oil change Lewis check you notice all the things they didn't say they include when you think that knowing that that specific year had transmission issues the service department well at least check the transmission fluid let alone you know the guarantee of topping off all fluids because once I couldn't get it there to get an oil change I want to evolving and found out that there was no transmission fluid in my vehicle at all. So after they close I take it to Armen Cadillac in Plymouth meeting pa and they drive it do a dynostic tests and tells me that it wasn't the transmission it was the bearings and charged me $2,000 needless to say at $149,000 mi my transmission is done still 28,000 out on the vehicle the company that sold me it and then rob me out of my money because they didn't maintenance it properly it's closed I'll never buy another Cadillac again. Worst dealership I've ever been to. Went here with my wife about three weeks ago set to buy two vehicles, one SUV for her and a sedan for me. Unfortunately we were helped by a man that wanted to do everything for us. Not only was he very picky with what cars that he would let us test drive, but one we were on the test drive he had to control everything and wouldn't allow us to do anything to get familiar with the car. This was a big turn off for my wife and me. The worst part about the entire situation is that I went in wanting to test drive a CTS and a CT6 because I was very interested in the too. Would you believe that the salesman only let me see a CTS from the outside and refused to ever show me the CT6, which I was very interested in seeing and test driving. This should've been this man's easiest sale, but it almost seemed like he was trying to find ways to get me to buy the ATS and make a snap judgement. After all this we still agreed to go to his office/desk and talk. He was then so rude to say, "When people come here they know what they want and have find their research." We told him we have been doing our research, but still wanted to treat drive the car/s that we would be potentially buying. He then got aggravated and said he'd call us when he found what we were looking for. Needless to say we left disappointed and went to our local Mercedes Benz dealership where the treatment was different like night and day. Our salesman at the Mercedes Dealership let us test drive any car we wanted and was not pushy at all and was willing to negotiate with us so after taking a night to think about it we went back and bought two cars, one Mercedes Benz ML350 for my wife and I got a Mercedes Benz E350 for myself. The saddest part about this entire experience is that this is the first time I've never purchased an American car. My first car was a dodge, then I had a Chevy, and then I had a Ford. I always wanted a Cadillac and I thought that my dream would finally come true until we were disrespected and basically pushed out of the dealership. With the service that Mercedes Benz gave us I don't know if I'll ever want a Cadillac. :-( read more

I could not be more disappointed with the lack of integrity and competence of this dealership. Not only were the repairs that I was billed $ 1,200 for not made, but I left clear instructions NOT to do the work when I was told the estimate. Those instructions were ignored. When I sent 17 year old son to pick up the car, Ruggeri refused to release it for the Memorial Day weekend unless the bill was paid. So: 1) specific instructions NOT to do the work were ignored; and 2) work was not done anyway, but bill had to be paid to recover the car. All Service Advisor did when confronted with these issues was argue with me. The General Manager is aware of these issues but refuses any contact or communications whatsoever. I represent GM dealers in my law practice, and would never allow this kind of abuse of any customer. The BBB, State Attorney's Office of Consumer Affairs and every other agency will be contacted. I informed Dealership of this, but it didn't care. Total cavalier attitude. Said 'Go ahead'. Ruggeri got $1,200 for unauthorized (and not done) repairs and held my car hostage from a minor child until it collected payment. Just obscene business practices. Ken J. read more
