    Just absolutely perfect interactions from beginning to end. Out of state purchase for a new Cayenne. From the initial email, Richie Garchitorena was extremely communicative and responsive to my emails, texts, etc. We got most all of the deal completed via email/text and then they were quick to help schedule transport from DE to TN. They let me know when pickup would be, sent pictures prior to pickup and everything went 100% as scheduled. I would also be remiss if I did not mention Jennifer Beamish in the Business Office for calling and getting all paperwork sent (most all via email and electronic with a couple documents Fedex to me overnight to complete all paperwork). In addition, they are able to complete all my TN state taxes, registration, title work, etc. I know a lot of dealers can do this for adjoining states, but had not experienced this for a state further away. This was done on their side, and a month later my registration and plates came to me with all taxes and fees paid. Just a completely well-organized and well-ran dealership, and will be my future Porsche dealer for purchases from here on out.

    Had a chance to purchase a new car from this dealership and treated very well. My sales person was Richie Garchitorena who explained in details the greatness of the 2024 Macan they had on the floor. Was given very good trade in value for both the cars I was exchanging, and in addition was given back the cost of my last service at the dealership. Was in and out in about two days with the Macan, and was given a few extras to boot. Would I shop here again if I was looking to get into a Porsche? YES for should, but I'll be looking for Richie when that time comes.

    Unprofessional. Not a proper steward of the Porsche brand. Mike Young lied to me and sold me a car with 4 year old tires after saying they were new tires. I have a text message affirming that "there are new tires on the Porsche" perhaps they ment someone else's Porsche, because there were not new tires on MINE (picture attached of the cracked tire) oh wow, this is pretty typical you must be thinking, dealer lied about some tires. Hold my beer. It gets better. So after the purchase i send my money and then it takes nearly an entire week for a transport to pick up the car. The worst part here is that the dealer keeps telling me "oh well probably today"... when they knew all along that the transporter TOLD them they would be there thursday or friday. Finally on wednesday they told me "oh we called them, for sure it's tomorrow or friday"... (Sophia the ABC dispatch told the dealer fri on monday - she told me so herself) Friday the vehicle was picked up. Mike Young, my sales man was on a personal day. Mandy handed over the vehicle to the transporter. She handed him a check for the delivery, written for the wrong company. Nobody noticed this yet. Then she sent me a picture with no BOL and ignored my immediate question on transit time. The next day a transport company reached out to me: "Hi it's Transportation company Did driver contacted with you already?" I said hi good morning, i have no message from him at this time. they said good morning and let me know when he will contact you. i said sure ofc. and so saturday passed and no call from the driver. sunday no call from driver, i think hm well ok he must be getting on here by now, so i'll text this lady about the dropoff arrangements She says "sorry but dealer gave your car to another carrier" nobody at the dealer answers - I start to worry. Mike Young answers text finally and says "hey she's lying to you, we gave it to them" We talk to Mike Young on the phone, and he agrees to call me first thing in the am Monday. Monday comes. Mandy is not in the office. I had her personal phone since she texted me the pictures of the pickup and i pinged her and she affirmed in writing that "company abc has your car" (company abc did NOT have my car) "he told me he was from ABC" says the message. I didn't answer u because you are not my client. Lies, and gee thanks... Now forward a few hours and the poor lady at ABC company is saying "sir call the police if you have to but i don't have your car". I called Mike DiDio the general manager at this time and maybe i mentioned i would call the cops i don't remember... i do remember that at some point i told him "hey ok fine, let's say i believe you and the car's really on its way to me... what are you gonna do about this now?? how bout those extended warranties eh? this isn't how you handle someones $xxxxx vehicle" "oh we can cancel the deal if you want, I don't respond well to threats sir" he said. I don't either i said and hung up. if my vehicle is on its way why would you be willing to give me my money? fishy. I called the police and reported it missing and gave their names. suddenly my car is found 2 hours later. The shipper contacts me and it's mostly clear sailing communicating with them. The driver was super nice and i felt super bad for him b/c he wanted me to pay and i had to refuse. The dealer had of course given him a check for the wrong company. He called his bosses and they ok'ed me. Thank you Porsche Delaware for nothing. you can't fix this with a phone charger.

    They advertise overnight delivery on parts for $110 and then when parts arrive 6 days later, they blame it on UPS.
