Peter arrived with all the parts required to complete the job without interruption and most of the fixture assembly was done in the back of his "workshop like" truck bed eliminating a mess in our house. The finished product installed on the cinder block wall of the shower actually looks rather nice, considering this fixture is generally placed behind a wall, out of sight with only the shower head showing. In other words hot water came out first which is dangerous. So we thought fine if they have to make the repair go for it. First, rich the plumber was out in December and spent weeks on the plumbing and should've seen this and fixed this then. Second, they were here yesterday afternoon for around 3 hours and they just left around 5:30pm with our landlord. They didn't say anything to us about the water not being able to turn off in the master bath. I think they flipped the hot/cold correctly, but the water just won't shut off. Very disappointed they would leave a house like this. *How do you come in for a fix, make things worse than before you arrived, and then not tell the tenants who are right in front of you that their water will be running without any next steps?
