Drove in with my spare tire looking for a replacement. They were able to get me a deal for $35 and i was pleased. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and everything seemed to be great. Later that night my tire pressure light went on and the issue was the tire that they gave me. It went down to 13 psi by the next morning..I wasn't sure why as i didn't see anything wrong with the tire. I went to pepboys to have them check and they found a crack which was causing the leak. I understand its a used tire but I'm very disappointed that this didn't work out. I'm hoping i can get a refund since the tire they gave me only lasted 1 day. Lesson learned, just buy new tires and save the hassle and stress. read more

I came by and got a set of used tires for a good price. Seemed like a good deal. Drove off and one of the tires had a leak and then found out had a nail. Seemed a little odd that one tire had a nail in it that got replaced, so dealt with that and went somewhere else for the patch job. Mixed feelings about this place. I guess you get what you pay for. Another Tire Shop recommended that I get an Alignment for the vibration that I was feeling at high speeds. Off a recommendation, I went to Rulas Tires, I explained what was going on, and Henry told me that he really didn't think it was an Alignment issue and that Balancing the tires should do the trick. And sure enough.... IT DID!!! Appreciate the honesty, as they could have easily gone along with the Alignment, which I'm sure is a lot more expensive than a Tire Balancing. read more

I noticed my flat tire after arriving at work today and called Rula's Tires to see if they had some of my size in stock. They told me to bring it down when I got the chance since they had plenty in stock with lots of staff on site. I quickly put my spare on, drove down about 3 miles from work expecting to just drop the tire off and come pick it up later, but in less than 10 minutes they were able to remove my flat, install the new tire, and even removed the spare and put my regular tire back on to save me the work, all for a really great price.
