I've been to this shop before. A few times. But the most recent time I brought my car in to have a flat tire fixed and to inquire about getting a different spare because the one I had didn't fit my car. The flat was fixed quickly. But the spare I was rim I needed was not in stock and needed to be ordered. And the owner offered me to trade in the rim and tire I had to go towards the cost of the new. The guy has since refused to return my calls. I definitely I feel ripped off. The new guy that repaired my tire was rude. And definitely seemed to be on something. Then as I was driving away and behind the mounds of tires I saw a guy trying to be hidden and smoking out of some sort of glass pipe. Thus confirming my suspicions. This place is clutch. I called the place next door family tires, dude gave me attitude over the phone I was in a hurry to find a cheap tire place that was open at 6:45pm. Pulled up and they just closed the gate. Saw this place next door and it was open, cheap used tires, the owner was cool. Ya the worker looks like your drunk tio at family back yard party out at the birthday party telling you he loves you and your beautiful while his eyes tear up, but still very cool. Called in on 12/05/2020 to see if they had specific tire size pair in stock and manny said he had them in stock and then hung up on me . I still decided to go even after he hung up because I'm all about supporting small business. Once I got there I was told to pull in... after waiting he then tells me he didn't have them in stock. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Place is so small only can fit 2 cars at max inside otherwise you'll have to park in the street. They're always trying to rush you. I went in to swap some tires and it took over 2 hours with only 1 lifted up. Older man came rude asking for tools trying to rush me out since more people started coming. One tire had camber wear and he said he had a used one he brought me a old cracked tire that wasn't the same size he kept insisting to buy it which I wasn't. Now, if I want a set of high end tires installed on a high end car, maybe you'd consider another place. Manny's is for your everyday driver. Don't come to here expecting to find a nice clean waiting room with a big screen TV and an espresso machine. Nope! Not here. Your waiting roof might consist of a plastic chair next to a dog laying in the dirt. What you can expect is a gritty tire place that is still professional enough that gets the job done at a discount! Compared to the price of other places who can complain! They'll get you in and out in no time! Our daughter needed new tires so my husband called this shop and paid for the tires with a credit card over the phone. After that charge someone at the shop stole our credit card number and purchased a meal at Wingstop in Norwalk, and then proceeded to purchase at least 5 Airbnb charges totaling over $3,000. When I woke up the next morning I had text messages from credit card company wanting to verify the charges which were all fraudulent. My husband called tire shop and they denied it, which I don't believe for a minute! This place is dishonest and and fraudulent! Not to be trusted! read more

I tell him, I will be Wating inside my vehicle outside the shop.Then, 10 Mnts later a car pulls inside the shop & the owner starts working on that vehicle. I was towing a trailer last Saturday afternoon. I suffered blowouts on two tires. I tried calling several locations to find new tires. Unfortunately, my trailer uses 14 inch tires. No one could help me until Monday. I had no choice but to leave my trailer parked in a strip mall parking lot in Paramount and head home to Thousand Oaks. On Sunday, I called Manny's Tires. I was informed that two used tires were in the inventory. I was given a good price, and I was very pleased to get the tires. Shortly after I arrived at the strip mall, a tow truck arrived, the owner of the mall objecting to the trailer's presence (as was his right). Fortunately for me, the tow truck operator gave me the chance to get my trailer off the property. Once I removed the tires from my trailer and took the rims to Manny's, the replacement tires of high quality and low mileage were quickly placed on the rims and I was on my way. If I could rate less I would. I came to Manny back in July and I was quoted $147 for 4 used tires. Upon charging my credit card manny overcharged my card by $200 and proceeded to blame me and tell me it was my fault when he clearly didnt know how to use the machine. I called manny numerous times over the next week to fix the problem. We went to his bank and even there manny proceeded to blame me and kept stating that the charge never happened. His bank stated the charge hadn't posted yet in their system, but I showed them my bank had already processed the charge, which i also showed him, we were advised to come back after the holiday. Afterwards manny had never bothered to call or take charge in fixing his error, and after a week of him not getting in contact with me, I went through my credit card company to get my money back. After the problem was resolved, still no contact from the owner apologizing or even an acknowledgment of his error, now 4 months down the line, my front two tires are worn down and I called to ask about a warrantee and I was greeted by an employee who proceeded to patronize me. After speaking with me he spoke with my girlfriend who only wanted the price on two preowned tires for our car, and he began to yell at her stating he "already told the other guy there's no warrantee" when thats not what she was inquiring about. But don't worry, we wont be purchasing your tires anymore. I will just say save yourself some time and take your money elsewhere, there are better places to go with more reputable service and professional employees. Took my car there yesterday and the man sold me a used tire. This morning the tire was flat come to find it had a hole in it! Thats not good buisness. Then he put air in my fron tires amd when i took it to the shop inusually go to i asked him to check the pressure and the front tires had 52 psi!!! When they should of been at 32!!! If I could give this place ONE star, I would. Horrible service! A few months back we bought four tires for my car. Upon charging me, he "accidentally charged me $350 instead of $150 and then "didn't know how to void the transaction". He was ridiculously helpless and didn't even bother to attempt to find a resolution. I had to go through my bank to fix the issue that didn't credit my account for weeks! Ridiculous! Today, my tire literally popped! I of course immediately called to see if perhaps they had a warranty (considering they never discussed that with me upon purchase, especially with all the craziness happening with payment) and I was rudely told no. Then, I was simply going to ask how much another single used tire would cost and before I could even complete my sentence he rudely interrupted and rose his voice saying "I already said no warranty". Okay. So, I stated what I was actually going to say and he again snapped when I said I didn't know the size and only the make of the car and said "I'm not sitting in the car so I don't know the size of the tire". At that point I was ridiculously irritated. SO AGAIN, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY!! Save the troubles and go somewhere else. Not even worth the chance! Walked out of church today to find our car had a flat tire :/. Luckily we had a mini air compressor which inflated the tire enough to look for a tire repair shop. Problem is Sunday most shops are closed. We were blessed to find Manny's right away. We drove in and they attended us immediately. 10 minutes and $10 bucks later our tire was fixed and we were up and running. So grateful for the great service even in 90 degree heat.
