It's been awesome seeming all the progress pics and leading up to opening day. I absolutely LOVE the new space in the Coliseum. It's comfortable, modern, and memorable. I really enjoyed looking at all the photos they have up. Onto the main event. Whereas I do miss a giant pickle along with my drinks, Du Nord staff has really upped the game on their food offerings! The jalapeño cornbread had the perfect texture and just the right amount of sweetness. My watermelon salad was refreshing and done just right. And the drinks, as always, were divine.
