The employee who stands out the most is Tristan. He's quiet; yet friendly and personable. He is very patient and I saw him handle a frustrating guest very well. I'd be curious to see what he does in the future because he has so much potential. I used to manage a lot of adults from 18-24 and he's definitely exhibiting an aura around him that stands out.
