I had a very upsetting experience at this dealership. During my visit, a mechanic named Mathew…read more sexually harassed me, slapped my ass without my consent, and made inappropriate comments while offering to "teach me some tricks" for doing an oil change. He also said he wanted to be my "sex slave" and wanted me to use and abuse him. Afterward, I was given shocks and struts for free, which made the entire situation feel even more uncomfortable and inappropriate. I also later discovered RED Lock-tight had been put on my oil pan drain plug, causing concerns about the work that was done on my vehicle. And now I have to replace my whole oil pan.  No customer should be made to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or violated while simply trying to get their car serviced. I hope management takes both customer safety and employee conduct seriously.

Elvis took a look at it and said only one door needed to be replaced. He and his team replaced it in one day, tightened an offroad bumper, and even, without asking installed some bumpstops so that the wings of the offroad bumper would not hit - for a third of the cost. Nice! Nice to have a group you can trust. This is the second time Flagstaff Oxendale saved me substantial money. About 5 years ago I was told by a suspension shop in town that the top and bottom front suspension on a GMC van needed to be replaced. I took it into Flagstaff GMC and the tech told me there were no problems. I drove that van over hundreds of miles of dirt roads subsequently and it did fine. :)

While traveling in Arizona at 8pm, he noticed grease leaking from one of the trailer tires. My husband called and they were able to help troubleshoot over the phone to check a few things and make sure it was safe for him to travel to their location in the morning. When they opened, they were able to look at the issue, provide us with the help we needed and got my husband home safely this morning. Our BMW broke down after 5pm on a Thursday, with a long drive home scheduled the next day. It seemed likely we'd be stuck all weekend waiting on a part. Instead, by Friday morning Tino had found the part in Tempe, arranged a courier, and had his team ready. By 4pm Friday, the car was fixed and running beautifully, and we were on the road home.

They were able to get the part from LA in a couple of days and fix it right after that. They also found an unrelated issue and notified me.
