We had an awesome buying experience thanks to Taylor. I found her through her Youtube RV walk thru videos and we found her to be incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. The best part is Taylor truly cared about finding the right fit and her sense of caring has continued on well past the sale. We're first time RV'ers so lots to learn but Taylor has been there with us every step of the way to ensure our questions have been answered. When I couldn't figure out how to make our hot water heater work, Bill H. was reachable on the first try over the phone and patiently walked me thru the process. When I couldn't complete a DIY suspension upgrade project and ended up not being able to remount the old rear bump spring, Billie got me in the next day to complete the job.
