I've been here a few times for sales and have generally had pretty fair experiences. Have gotten some great offers on cars in the past that didn't work out but finally got into a Supra at a decent deal. Not a fan of their mandatory add ons but you can typically negotiate the price down to cover that cost. I'd give sales a 3.5-4 star but this is about their service center. Took my Sienna in for its 5K toyota care service. Was informed that there was no oil change, which I figured so that wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket, about $130 which is kind of wild since it was $80 in labor for a 30min job. I'm still not even mad at that though since it is a dealer after all. Whats really annoying is that they scratched my cars side skirt during the service. I sent a message to them about it after I had picked my car up and went home...no response. Unfortunately I can't exactly hold them to it since I went home but I know that the scratch wasn't there prior to me bringing the car in. I walk my cars every day in the morning when I bring my kids to school and I would have seen it. No way it could have happened in the 3 miles back home. As a dealership this place is easy enough to work with, but for service, I'll drive over to someone that'll take better care of my car. read more

Also, I've never left with tire pressure not being checked/fixed. Lazy. I asked if he could call Toyota corporate and figure it out. He said NOPE. He wont do that. So I spent 40 minutes with a lovely woman at corporate who verified everything. Furthermore, the issue is something missing from my car that is STOCK thats missing. They sold me the car with missing badging. So even without this letter ... hello! Its pretty clear the dealership sold me an incomplete car. Service guy said not a problem 60-90 mins tops to get it done. After Approaching the 2 hour mark my frustration started and asked the service guy how much longer. He then gave me the excuse of how many cars were there they are backed up and I would be one of the next vehicles up which meant a minimum of another hour wait. I just am not a fan of broken promises when they know they have me waiting in the lobby and the place was packed with people. It felt like they purposely over book the schedule and hope no one complains. I took my truck and went home and will just have service done where i purchased the vehicle. So, I practically know much of the people who work here except the new salespeople who come and goes, every several months. In essence I keep coming to this dealership for service, parts and checkups for whatever I need. I also often browse around the sales platform to compare the prices and the ongoing new stuff they come up every year while my car is being serviced. The dealership is clean, neat, tidy and their bathrooms are super inviting. They also offer tea, coffee or other snacks while you wait for your car to be serviced. But I'd like to give my 5 stars to their parts department, they're ways polite, kind and willing to help you out whenever you need anything whether on the phone in person. I ended up donating my older Camry to charity to help our community center and had some of the air filters that I no longer need. I called Julio of the parts center and asked in I can still return some of the parts I bought for my cars. He willingly said to drop by and when I got there, these gentlemen made it easy for the exchange, who does that? Wow! I really wanted the Land Cruiser but it had just been released so there weren't many out. I get that the price may be a little higher when there is a limited quantity. After waiting months on the waiting list, they finally called me and were trying to sell a $56k car for $90k. They were not budging. I don't get what's with the price gouging. It's a very dishonest way to do business and total profiteering. After that I refuse to take my car in there again for service or to buy another car.
