    These people here are amazing. I bought my daughter a truck in 2021. She didn't love the gas mileage so I took the truck over and bought her a car that got better gas mileage. I took the truck over and I'm glad I did. Really love this Tacoma. It's almost time to trade it in and they are bending over backwards to help me and when it comes to buying cars, I'm hard to please. Really impressed with them. Katie in Service is 5 diamonds. She is the best. Matt B in Sales, the best Matt the owners son, the best Raffi in Sales, the best Michael in Sales, the best Just a kick butt team there! Even met Joe the owner, a couple years ago.

    Too big to be rock damage, too small to be a stick or something. It's in the form of a slit - like something like a jack hit it.

    I've been here a few times for sales and have generally had pretty fair experiences. Have gotten some great offers on cars in the past that didn't work out but finally got into a Supra at a decent deal. Not a fan of their mandatory add ons but you can typically negotiate the price down to cover that cost. I'd give sales a 3.5-4 star but this is about their service center. Took my Sienna in for its 5K toyota care service. Was informed that there was no oil change, which I figured so that wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket, about $130 which is kind of wild since it was $80 in labor for a 30min job. I'm still not even mad at that though since it is a dealer after all. Whats really annoying is that they scratched my cars side skirt during the service. I sent a message to them about it after I had picked my car up and went home...no response. Unfortunately I can't exactly hold them to it since I went home but I know that the scratch wasn't there prior to me bringing the car in. I walk my cars every day in the morning when I bring my kids to school and I would have seen it. No way it could have happened in the 3 miles back home. As a dealership this place is easy enough to work with, but for service, I'll drive over to someone that'll take better care of my car.

    Never have I ever encountered a more rude service advisor. I asked him to take care of an issue for which I received a letter for from Toyota corporate. He basically told me I was lying and if I couldnt produce the letter he wouldn't fix the issue. Why would I keep a letter when I assumed that the dealership would be aware of this known issue?! Also, I've never left with tire pressure not being checked/fixed. Lazy. I asked if he could call Toyota corporate and figure it out. He said NOPE. He wont do that. So I spent 40 minutes with a lovely woman at corporate who verified everything. Furthermore, the issue is something missing from my car that is STOCK thats missing. They sold me the car with missing badging. So even without this letter ... hello! Its pretty clear the dealership sold me an incomplete car. But no, rather than fix the issue Juan all but called me a liar and wasted an extra 40 minutes of my time. And of course the manager is busy and nowhere to be found... how convenient.

    In retrospect I didn't give this place a fair review. When Thousand Oaks Toyota made up some bogus reason why they couldn't service my vehicle under warranty Simi Valley Toyota stepped up and did. When dealing with other dealerships, I keep looking back to my experience with Simi Valley thinking, "Simi Toyota was way better." I would buy here again and I can't have a 2 star review on here since I send everyone I know here, telling them to avoid Thousand Oaks Toyota at all costs. The only thing I can say is there was 1 salesman here I didn't like, but that was just 1 of many I dealt with. Service here ended up finally fixing my brake problem under warranty and the car has been running great since. That's this critic's review.

    We purchased a Toyota Tacoma and all I could say is that everyone there is amazing. We were there for hours trying to figure out which truck to take, Felix was so patient and he just has an amazing personality. Manny was also amazing, seriously they made us feel so comfortable. We would change our mind so much and you could tell they didnt mind. Highly, highly recommend Simi Valley Toyota. Highly recommend you work with Felix and Manny. Mark was also amazing. We went to several dealerships and trust me this place was the place we're they made us feel comfortable. Felix, Manny, and Mark thanks for everything. Will be coming back for another car for sure.

I said okay let's go ahead a month out so that they the part (s) will be in . Well they never ordered the part (s)! And I had to call them repeatedly & even asked that the service manager call me which never happened!!! And I was being told the truck would be ready end of the following day !!! Which dragged to 11 days !! I never was told when it would be done and never offered a rental truck!!! Also they are scammers and tried to tell me I owed them $239.00 !!! I confronted them and they brushed it off !!! And said that it was a mistake!!! They kept my car for almost two weeks and couldn't be bothered to communicate like professionals. No updates. No courtesy calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get the most basic information about my own vehicle. That's not service -- that's incompetence. When I finally got my car back, it was disgusting. Covered in dust and dirt like it had been sitting outside collecting grime the entire time. After holding someone's vehicle for that long, returning it filthy is beyond disrespectful. It shows exactly how little they value their customers. And then the cherry on top -- I start the car and the radio is BLASTING at full volume. It nearly blew out my eardrums. There is absolutely no reason for employees to be cranking up my personal settings like that. It's careless, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Two weeks of silence. Zero accountability. Filthy return condition. Careless handling of my vehicle. This place operates with a shocking lack of professionalism. I would never trust them with my car again, and I would strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.

    I brought my mom's car to this dealership for a recall service related to the windshield wiper…read moremotor. During the visit, she also had new windshield wiper blades installed. About a week later, my mom noticed a crack roughly a foot long directly underneath the windshield wiper. The wiper had to be lifted to even see the crack in the windshield. I contacted the service manager and brought the car in person for him to inspect the damage. Unfortunately, he dismissed our concerns and stated it was impossible for the dealership to have caused the crack. This response was disappointing and felt dismissive. We are certain the crack was not there before the service because our service advisor, Jessica, inspected the area around the windshield wipers at that time. Given this and the crack's exact location directly underneath the windshield wiper, there is no other way this damage could have happened except during the recent visit. I am sharing this because I believe it's important for customers to be aware of this experience.

Everyone was so helpful and upfront about everything that it felt like they were treating me like family. I will genuinely tell you, I was searching for this family van for weeks, if not months. I had checked dealerships across Southern California and delt with many different levels of customer service. I had specific requests and needs that I wanted to make the sale and to top it off, had a trade in that had some custom work done to it. This ment that I have had dealers low ball me, try to gouge me on the new car and some that did not even give me the courtesy of a callback. (Looking at you Galpin ford!) Once I came to Price, that all changed. They welcomed me in and did not pressure me to do anything. They seriously just wanted me to get the best vehicle that I could and make sure the deal made sense for me and my family. I did not find a better deal for my trade in, got the new transit van for not only a fair price, but they gave me a heck of a deal! I cannot recommend them enough, I have been a repeat customer here for parts and service before and now I am a customer for life! I was working with primarily with Sales Associate Eric Rhoads, but also had help from Sales Associates Ahmed Karimi, Sales Manager Colton Stewart and General Sales Manager Henry Ford. I cannot recommend the staff here enough! This entire process was not just a 10 out of 10, it was an 11 out of 10!! We will absolutely be back for future vehicles because I can trust that they will treat me right at Price Ford!

Since that time, I have been through at least 5 service advisors. Tina being the only consistent one and now she is on absence. Yesterday, I had a scheduled 11am oil change appointment. I ended up arriving early by chance and dropped it off at 10:45. I was in no hurry so I decided to go for a good walk to kill time since they were not busy and were looking at a 90 minute time frame. When I came back from my walk at 12:30 (walked a good 4 miles) my truck was still in the service lane. I waited in the lobby for half an hour and it still hadn't moved nor had I been given any update. At one o clock I finally inquired and my truck had yet to been touched at all. I was offered a Lyft home which I accepted because I did have some work to get done. My service was finally completed and ready for pick up after four. I left the dealership at 4:30pm. That's a 5 1/2 hour oil change when I was expecting no more than 90 minutes. My job requires me to have a vehicle to drive around. Unfortunately I was unable to do any of my work yesterday once my service started. Imagine if that was played out the other way around? Dealership owners wouldn't be happy I assume. Highly debating where I will be taking my truck for my next service.

When I contacted my salesman, Nihad, he just told me to make an appointment with service. That's where the real problem started. Service (dealing with Ryan who was pretty rude to be honest) knew nothing about what sales had promised and treated me like a random walk-in needing a repair, not someone with a documented CPO issue. Each time, I had to make the case that I shouldn't be charged since it was clearly missed at inspection, then chase down the sales manager to back me up which, to his credit, he did. This same disconnect showed up with the two free oil changes sales said came with the car. Ryan would act like he'd never heard of it and ask for my salesperson's name to "follow up." When I went to book the second one, I got the same runaround, so I called the GM, Eric, to complain. He told me the free oil changes had a time limit, something Nihad never mentioned and that I doubt is even real. That was it for me. I skipped the second oil change and started going to my regular mechanic instead. It's a shame, since I like Hondas and First Honda is right down the street, but a dealership where inspections on CPO vehicles is so lax, sales and service don't communicate, and where service is flat-out rude, isn't worth the convenience. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I recently moved to Simi, just a few blocks from the dealership, so this was my first time visiting this location. Brian Fox was my service advisor, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on my vehicle and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. One of my coworkers also brings her car here and always speaks highly of Brian, and now I completely understand why. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a Kia dealership. They definitely have a lifelong customer in me now, and when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will absolutely be buying it here. And I keep trying to tell him that the car is under manufacturer's warranty, and he keeps repeating the same idiotic response that he'd been thought like a broken record. I made several attempts to reach this supposed GM character to no avail, and will certainly file a complaint against him with KIA MOTOR USA.
