Updates: After speaking with the manager, they decided to honor the $500 test drive discount and the ad price, no add ons. Even held the car for me for a couple days, and stayed solid despite other interested buyers. Important notes Niko - Great salesman in the sense that's hes not super pushy and allows me to really feel comfortable and run my full PPI inspections and any other tests in order to feel good about buying the car. No more bait and switches after we agreed on an out the door price. One of the few honest ones out there. Managers Bryan Nguyen and Jan Jazwari were fantastic, kept to their word and helped me out. Super friendly, good on the negotiations, and held strong on our agreed price and when I would come in the pick up the car even after other interested buyers came in (Negative) Tim - Super pushy and shark like finance person. Tried to force me to sign and buy the car before I could come in to inspect the car and semi-tricked me by saying if I signed the documents and I dont like the car and it couldnt pass PPI, I wasn't on the hook, even though that was clearly not what was on the documents. Not super friendly, and I had to have Niko and Tim step in a room for a 3 way call and me to get very confrontational with Tim to call him out on his BS and for him to back off and honor the hold that the managers and I had agreed. In the very end, he tried to gaslight me by saying that he "never forced me" to sign any documents and wouldn't sell the car from under me when that was clearly the implication (said he had multiple interested buyers and wanted the car for his own daughter if I didnt sign). At the end of the call he said something along the gist of "well I dont control the holds so if sales said they would honor the hold, I guess you are good" and "I guess you dont have to sign". Too bad he controls all the final payments which were painless after I came in and actually finalized the agreements. Not a great guy to deal with if you want an honest seller, so I would watch out for him.

Pretty much everything about the experience there was so much better. The 40k mile service is basically a glorified oil change (oil change and new cabin air filter) I was a little early but was still checked in quickly and professionally by Tony prior to my actual appointment time. He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. The service was done quickly but the best part was that while checking out I was simply told that it was all green lights on my vehicle nothing additional was needed. I was honestly expecting a Jiffy Lube style full court press to add additional services. All in all, great experience.

Go to Galpin or Price. Avoid DCH because of one word: dishonest. And because of a culture that…read moreappears to condone dishonesty. Luis "Lou" Fajardo lied to my face. I brought my Ford Mustang Mach-E to DCH Ford of Westlake for a lease return. Lou told me I could not return it there because, according to him, "In California, you are required to return a leased vehicle to the same dealership where you originally leased it." When I told him that was absolutely not true (Ford Credit told I can take to any dealership), he doubled down -- and got condescending -- telling me this was the third dealership he'd worked at and that he knew the rules. And this wasn't a private conversation. There were three or four other dealership employees in the office with Lou while he was telling me this. They heard the entire exchange and stood by silently. Not one of them corrected him or said, "Actually, that's not the rule." They all watched while a customer was being given false information by someone in management. So I asked Lou a pretty obvious question: If I had leased the car from a Ford dealership in Eureka, California, would I really be required to drive hundreds of miles back to Eureka just to return it? That's when he suddenly pivoted. Now the "California requirement" disappeared, and Lou told me the real problem was that they didn't have room on their lot. He literally told me to go look at the lot because they didn't have space for the car. Even that explanation was bogus. This was a lease return, not me asking DCH Ford to buy my car and permanently add it to their used-car inventory. If the dealership doesn't want to purchase the returned vehicle from Ford Credit, it goes through Ford Credit's normal lease-disposition process. If "we don't have room" had been Lou's answer from the beginning, I would have been frustrated, but at least he would have been straightforward and honest with me. If you don't want to take the lease return, just say it. Don't lie to me about a fake California law to make me go away. That's not just poor customer service. That's an integrity issue. And when several other employees hear it happening and nobody says a word, it raises a much bigger concern about the culture of the dealership -- not just the behavior of one manager. Customers should be able to trust what a dealership manager tells them. If you don't want to accept a lease return, tell the customer the actual reason. Don't invent a California requirement to get them out the door. I can deal with inconvenience. I have a much bigger problem with dishonesty. I've leased a vehicle from Galpin before. I'm interested in Ford's upcoming Fathom EREV. DCH Ford of Westlake - the one in my backyard - will not get my business. If honesty and integrity matter to you when choosing a dealership, I'd seriously consider whether they should get yours.

The people here at BMW treated us with nothing but respect from the very beginning. Other dealerships lost good customers because they ignored us or snubbed us as "less than". All we were looking for was a dealership to treat us with respect and we would make it happen. The men and women here at Rusnak made that happen. Gabe met us at the door with a huge smile and a welcoming presence. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he let us test drive a pre owned m4 competition. The moment we drove it we knew that is what we wanted. We looked at the new inventory and found the exact build we were looking for and it just so happened to be on the lot upstairs. We are now the proud owners of a 2027 BMW M4 Comp Xdrive. Thank you Gabe for the amazing sales experience. Thank you Nancy for the incredible finance experience. I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn't be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back. The Service Advisor tried to sell me on two additional services because "they were almost due". Rear brake pads replacement ($327) and Brake fluid flush ($325). I declined both and later verified using my car's computer system that these services were not due for 8,000 miles and 4 months respectively. 8,000 miles is more than I drive IN A YEAR. Rusnak's service department is not what I would call reputable. By offering me a discounted ($120) oil change, they attempted to add on additional services that were not even close to being due. While I've never had a complaint with the actual work done by their service department, beware that they might try to sell you on additional services not needed.

He specifically told us it would be ready the following week when we needed it and that we could simply come in, leave the deposit, and pick it up. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership at the agreed time. The salesperson wasn't there, and apparently no one else knew anything about the arrangement. Then I spoke with the "manager," David. Instead of simply trying to honor what his salesperson had promised a customer who had just made a significant purchase from the dealership, he told me that all bow loans had to be personally approved by him and that he had never approved this one. He then supposedly tried to call the salesperson while I stood there waiting another 15 minutes, only to tell me - with a completely straight face - that he couldn't reach him and therefore couldn't approve lending us the bow. All of this over borrowing a CAR BOW for 24 hours with a $150 deposit. It wasn't the bow that bothered me. I ordered one online for about $20 (not the same quality but will do). What bothered me was the complete unwillingness to stand behind a very simple promise made by their own salesperson, particularly after we had just made a substantial purchase from them. They were willing to waste my time, send me home empty-handed, and create this much aggravation over something so trivial. If a dealership won't stand behind its word on something this small, it makes you wonder how they will behave when something actually important comes up. After this experience, their poor reviews make a lot more sense.

After being a loyal Audi customer for 10 years, this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, dismissed, and completely exhausted. I turned in my previous Audi on April 12 after a three-year lease with only about 16,000 miles on it. Despite that very low mileage, I later received a termination invoice for close to $2,000, including more than $1,200 for two tires, which Audi said were below the 1/8-inch tread requirement, a partial remaining lease payment, and a damage charge that included a ding/dent I am certain was not there when I surrendered the vehicle. The inspection used to support those charges was not performed until May 13 -- 31 days after I turned the car in. During those 31 days, the vehicle was no longer in my possession or under my control. There was no inspection documenting its exact condition or tire tread when I surrendered it. Audi Financial Services repeatedly focused on the fact that I could have had a pre-inspection before returning the vehicle, making it feel as though I had done something wrong. However, the pre-inspection was optional, not mandatory. No one at the dealership explained that Audi offered a complimentary pre-inspection before lease-end. After 10 years of leasing Audis and never owing a single dollar at lease-end, this was all new to me. If a pre-inspection was so important, why was that never clearly communicated? I also returned my old Audi approximately 10 days before the final payment was due. When I entered into my new lease, I was verbally told that if there were any remaining payments due on my previous lease, they would be taken care of. I am now being billed a partial payment anyway. Meanwhile, my current Q5 Sportback has had repeated malfunction, software, service and engine warning-light issues since I got it. The day I dropped my current Q5 off for service, my longtime salesperson was out on medical leave, so I spoke with a sales manager named Joe about the unexpected charges from my previous lease. The conversation felt extremely low-effort, and there was no meaningful follow-up. In addition to the loaner car they gave me on "E" lol. Two days later, I returned to pick up my Q5 after service. The sales manager I had originally been told to speak with was finally there, so I approached him about the lease-return situation. While I was sitting in his office with the door open, Joe came up behind the glass, behind me, and began signaling something to him rather than simply coming over and saying whatever he needed to say. Since I had already spoken directly with Joe about this exact issue two days earlier, I found the behavior incredibly unprofessional and it made me question how transparently I was being dealt with. I genuinely believe that if I had walked into that dealership with a man beside me, I would not have been treated the same way. That is my personal impression based on these interactions and one of the main reasons I am warning other women to be careful. Service on my current Q5 has been another frustrating experience. I have made multiple attempts to have the vehicle repaired and contacted Audi dealerships closer to my home. I have been told they will not reserve loaner vehicles ahead of time, even when service requires leaving the vehicle for at least one to two days, and I have been told to go back to the dealership where I leased the car. So Audi leases you a vehicle that develops repeated malfunction issues, expects you to leave it for days for repair, but cannot guarantee transportation while their own vehicle is being serviced. How is that luxury customer service? The service and engine warning lights on my Q5 are already coming back on again. I tried contacting my service advisor and received no response or return call. This has become the pattern: no follow-up, no ownership, and everyone tells you somebody else is responsible. Audi Financial Services tells me to deal with the dealership. The dealership tells me to deal with Audi Financial Services. The customer is left in the middle chasing both sides for answers. At this point, Audi is definitely not luxury in my opinion. You can get better communication and treatment at Kia. A luxury badge means very little when the customer service behind it is this poor. After 10 years with Audi, I will never lease or purchase another Audi again. Customer service is dead. Another one bites the dust for Audi. Women especially: get absolutely everything in writing before signing or returning anything -- lease-return promises, remaining payments, inspection arrangements, vehicle condition, protection products, and anything a salesperson tells you they will "take care of." Take photos/video at turn-in and document every conversation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership or Audi as a brand.
