    We scheduled a test drive in advance, but still ended up waiting a very long time when we arrived. On the day we were supposed to pick up the car, we had made the appointment four days earlier and even confirmed again two hours before our arrival via text. Despite that, we were kept waiting for almost 1 hour while they got the car ready. To make matters worse, they blamed us for not calling instead of texting, yet when we texted, Brandon responded. It's unclear why they didn't have the car ready as agreed. Additionally, they tried to force us to purchase an unnecessary theft alarm and increased the price upon arrival. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

    The entire team from Tim, my Sales Agent; Joe, the Sales Director; Heather, Finance - they were all superb. They were very professional, transparent, not pushy, and very easy to work with. They found me the Mazda car I wanted in the preferred version and in the color I wanted. No high pressure selling, just honest and straightforward information and details. They listened to what I said, and genuinely were there to provide me guidance on what I needed and wanted.... and most of all - not in a pushy salesmanship way. I love them! I love the car I got from them! And I definitely will continue to do business with them for the maintenance services on my Mazda. Thank you very much! The best, most honest and service-driven team

    Service is top notch, the support staff (Joe, Jake, Alex) provide excellent customer care. Many thanks to the work they do, it's greatly appreciated. Our two Mazdas keep purring like kittens because of the quality of the car and the mechanics working on them.

    Mixed Experience but Great Service from Anthony…read more I came to Pep Boys for a quick Lyft inspection, which usually takes about ten minutes. I didn't realize an appointment was required, and when I first arrived an employee snapped at me about needing one. Not the warmest welcome, and it definitely caught me off guard. I went back to my car, scheduled an appointment online for 45 minutes later, and returned. This time, the experience was completely different. The woman at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and let me know the inspection would only take a few minutes. Anthony handled the actual inspection. He seemed quiet and introverted, but he was polite, efficient, and made the process smooth. The inspection was brief but thorough, and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Overall, the visit started off rocky but ended on a positive note thanks to the staff who helped me during my appointment, especially Anthony.

    I visited this location on March 15 to replace four tires on my work vehicle. I was told the job…read morewould take about 2 hours, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. After that, they told me that two of the tires they installed were the wrong size and asked me to come back within three days to have them replaced. At that point, I was already frustrated with the wasted time and the need to return. I came back on Tuesday as instructed. The employee who helped me seemed unsure and told me it would take about an hour to confirm if they could fix the issue. After waiting 2 hours, I finally got my vehicle back. As soon as I got on the road, the car started shaking badly, so I had to return again. They rebalanced the wheels, which took another hour. By then, I had already spent around 6-8 hours dealing with this. A week later, I discovered that all four tires were losing air. On top of that, the TPMS system was not programmed correctly, and my dashboard showed incorrect tire positions. I tried going to other Pep Boys locations, but every time I was told the minimum wait time was 2 hours. Given how much time I had already lost, I couldn't afford to keep missing work. I called the company directly, explained the situation, and they scheduled me at a location near my home. I showed up at 8 AM for my appointment, only to be told the technician wouldn't be available for another 2 hours. At that point, I gave up and went to another tire shop, where they helped me immediately. Overall, I will go anywhere else for tire service but Pep Boys. I have never experienced such poor service from a chain. The staff were unprofessional, and their ability to fix their own mistakes was extremely disappointing.
