Rather than encountering urban violence, I had a great shopping experience and picked up a lot of Latin food essentials. The selection at this market could be a little more expansive, but, it is a relatively small space. It is definitely more like a corner store than a real grocery market. However, they have an excellent selection of Latin spices, sauces and seasonings including varieties of sazon I had never seen before. Also, the prices on all spices, seasonings and sauces were very reasonable, even less than Shaw's. This will ensure that I'll be back! They also have a small selection of Latin cookies, sweets and snacks as well as your more everyday grocery staples. The man behind the counter was friendly when I inquired about some items that they don't carry. Looking forward to making this a regular stop when I am in JP.

Pita bread, ice cream, breakfast meats, teas, chocolate, milk (of course), (surprisingly) great canned foods, marshmallows, niche snacks, APPLES, fair trade bananas that are the best I've had. I love that they discount their day-old pastries and bagels by 30%, which are still quite yummy even a day later. I'm a big fan of their chocolate croissants, blueberry muffins, and chocolate chip cookies. The folks working at City Feed are always friendly. I also appreciate that they have a customer rewards program, so I just type in my phone number at checkout and can earn $5 off my purchase! I like shopping here whenever I can, instead of a big chain like the nearby Stop & Shop or Whole Foods.
