Since it wasn't an emergency (backup was contained in tub), he didn't want me to waste my money and said I should call him if it happens again. Unfortunately, it kept happening. happens.. Next morning, he sent out Miguel and they found a clog. They explained everything and showed me the camera. If you have any septic issues, call Weidner!!

I then started to receive texts from Ability Septic saying that they were on their way. I replied to the text and asked why it was Ability and not Stark, but received no reply. I called Stark, and they told me that they were bought out, and Stark and Ability were sister companies under some larger corporation. The use of "Stark's" good name was deceptive, in my opinion. Don't pretend to be one company, send a different one, and never reply to text messages. I cancelled the service but received the same old song and dance about being a family company and "we'd love to help you out". They even had one of their workers (a very nice person) call me and ask me to reconsider. Nope. Not a great way to start a relationship with a new/old customer.

My tank kept overflowing and the lines were 100% blocked and 1st distribution box collapsed after 61 years of use. His team dug out, jet routed and pulled all the xxxxx out.
