The person who came (Brian?) patiently answered all my questions (being a newbie to this experience) and they were in and out within 90 minutes....once we found the tank! We had received a quote from another company that was extremely high, so, we decided to get a second quote from EGV Sewer. The staff is very nice, they had Armando come out the same day and provide a quote. When I tell it was significantly less, it was!!! EGV Sewer was even doing more work i.e. replacing the concrete sidewalk. Anyway, we had an issue last weekend as we were waiting for the work to be done. EGV Sewer again came out and quickly fixed our issue to give us piece of mind until the work was done. They came out on 7/8/26 and did the repair, we did have an surprise where we needed more work done; however, it was still overall 2k less than the other company. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great pricing, customer service, and quality work. Thank you Armando and team for fixing our issue. Also, shout out to Katie in the office, so pleasant, and always getting back to me promptly! I am certainly glad this is over but if we ever have any other plumbing issues, EGV Sewer will be my first call.

I am only guessing because they haven't returned any calls/texts on my inquiries to schedule the installation. Consequently, our permit has expired and we have FINALLY MOVED ON FROM AMERICAN SEPTIC. While we were waiting for things to get done on their end, they never responded to text message inquiries, or phone messages requesting updates.

I was treated like I was incompetent, that the work needed doing immediately by yourselves. When I got someone else out to look i explained I had another service guy out and what it was he said I needed and he said this was not a necessity but very common for companies to try and upsel on because the general customer wont know what it is. Im unsure of what it was but im happy to contact the other company if it helps you and your ongoing training of staff.

Will Update once job is done Update: Job is done ! the job was completed in only a few hours ! I had contacted about 6 plumbers and ANM gave us the most fair quote ! After contacting ANM sewer I got a reply right away with a quote over the weekend. They came out on Monday & did the job. They replaced 8 shut off valves, moved our toilet valves and installed a new drain in our shower. I would HIGLY recommend using ANM for any of your plumbing services ! They also send over photos and videos of the work that was done (incase you can't be there) which I thought was super helpful.
