They offer food and drinks that you'd see at other venues, and the prices are about what you expect. The attendants are on the older side, but I suppose that would be expected for a performing arts center. They direct foot traffic and try to get everyone to where they need to be. They will check your ticket upon entry (not just security at the door) to give instructions on where your seat will be. They are pretty strict after the performance though and will usher you out.

Online it said it was $10 but on the event day they bumped it up to $20. I did not try the offerings at the concessions but they had the standard popcorns nachos and drinks available. They do restrict back sizes so do look that up on your specific shows instructions. Look forward to coming back for Opera performances and other shows.

I caught 3 of the 4 nights with my brother and they were a blast. Such a thrill to see a band I've been following for two decades in the place where it all started for them. The club itself is a gem-- easy entry process, clean restrooms, not a bad spot in the house, perfect size venue for an active but intimate show. Friendly staff who appreciate the fans and the music. To top it all off-- incredibly cheap drinks. I'm talking about $3-$5 beers (the latter for tallboys), $6 or less well drinks, and almost nothing for more than $10. Coming from Nashville where even the diviest of music venues are starting to charge 2-3x those prices during shows, it was a revelation. The club is steps away from great record stores, bars, and places to grab a bite. Highly, highly recommended.

They start around 8 Am or so and end...well...I do not know exactly if/when they end :) The conference is definitely family friendly, and they make it easy to search events to tell what age group they are for. You have to go in-person to get your badge and the lines on the first day can be LONG so we opted for Friday and we waited about 30 minutes.

The store feels like one big yard sale with majority of the items simply being used and old, not really antiques or collectibles. Due to this and the way things are stacked and shelved, a lot of items are pretty beat up. They have a solid selection of furniture pieces, but again they are chipped and worn. If you are after furniture and plan to finish it yourself, then MFP is a solid option for you! Prices are fair and decent for everything in here, even the furniture. The pricing reflects the condition, so again if you are a DIY-er, then you can really find some great deals and good pieces here. Overall, My Favorite Place is a combination of over and underwhelming. Overwhelming in the way of volume of items, haphazard organization and stocking and underwhelming in the condition of items. Once our server, Diamond, greeted us, we learned they were dealing with a few operational issues, including a limited food menu, a nonfunctioning call button, and unfortunately, no working AC in the theater. Despite the circumstances, Diamond was excellent. She was attentive, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the movie. Management also handled the situation well, coming into the theater to offer guests a full refund and a pass for another movie. We were also given the option to wait about 20 minutes and move to another auditorium showing the same film. I decided to stay and was still able to order a pepperoni pizza and some candy from the limited menu. The pizza was good, but that ranch deserves its own mention because it was surprisingly delicious. Technical issues happen, and I appreciated how both Diamond and management handled a less than ideal situation. iPic will definitely continue to be my theater of choice, and Diamond's service made a big difference in the overall experience.

To start, there was no air conditioning in the theater (specifically #6). It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the movie with no air. It would have been helpful to receive correspondence well before showtime about the condition of the theater, but we didn't find out until we arrived. After driving an hour and coordinating childcare, etc. this was a major inconvenience to our evening. The customer service was also seriously lacking. The call lights apparently didn't work so getting assistance was difficult. Also, there is a limited menu. A serious downgrade to what the menu used to be. Another major issue was being required to settle our tab before our food even arrived. That was extremely frustrating and made our entire experience feel rushed and poorly managed. Hopefully management is able to address these concerns and takes them seriously because this is not the level of service IPIC is known for. Otherwise, I don't see this location lasting long.
