My internet has been on the fritz for the past few weeks, and earlier today I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with Breezeline Technical Support without reaching a resolution. At that point, I decided to visit my local Breezeline store to see if getting a new modem would solve the problem. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Sonia. She took the time to actually listen to my concerns, understood what I was experiencing, and offered me another modem. What impressed me most was her knowledge and willingness to explain what was really going on. Sonia informed me that my condo association is in the process of upgrading to fiber, something I wasn't even aware of. She explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and even scheduled a technician to come to my condo tomorrow. I'll be honest--I haven't always been the biggest fan of Breezeline as my internet service provider. However, excellent employees like Sonia can make a huge difference in the customer experience. Her professionalism, expertise, patience, and willingness to help really stood out to me. Sonia, thank you for listening, educating me, and taking the initiative to get this issue moving in the right direction. Breezeline is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company.
