My person spent most of the time of my calves and not much on my feet. Her long nails dug into my legs. Lastly I really prefer no gloves but maybe that is everywhere!

Room wasn't ready & cold. During the massage, the two therapist kept talking very loud with each other, and was on the phone time to time. One even left to check the door when another customer walked in, and took a while to come back. Other massage therapist walked out for no reason at all. All this was inclusive of the hour massage we paid for. Massage was mediocre, didn't have any flow, and the pressure applied wasn't enough to alleviate any of my pain or knots. Was not very polite when requesting for us to turn over or letting us know that the massage was done. Didn't even massage the front of the body, arms, and legs. My BF said his massage therapy scratched his scalp for 15 minutes. The experience got even worse when the massage therapist said there is an additional 10% charge for the tip, meaning, if we were to tip $40 which would have been generous for the poor service and massage, it would have been $44. Upon dispute, the therapist claimed that they don't even see the additional 10% and that went to the house, which makes no sense at all but maybe an excuse for them to try and make a little more for themselves. So, leaving a little tip vs. No tip at all, the therapist raged out and started yelling at us, calling me crazy. Definitely one of the worse experiences and not recommended!

Morever, that is for an hour of work, not a half hour.) Telling me the owner got the $45 I had already paid. It felt terrible. I gave her the $20 but felt sick. I highly discourage anyone from going here. This place is truly awful.
