Do not call them if you ever want anything fixed. They are always 3-6 months our on any small equipment repair! Sad, as they are local.

Our family dropped off the snowblower that wouldn't stay running. Its been about 2 weeks and after multiple calls, visits, chatting with different staff members, still no fix. Multiple times we were promised that fixes were made and each time, they weren't. Today we finally got the truth - though we were charged for 'work' and still have a failing machine, the Service Manager finally admitted that 'said' work was never done. So essentially taking our money for no work or repairs while the machine sits there for weeks in the dead of Winter. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND YOUR SANITY and go elsewhere! read more

Recently made a large purchase from Russo power on the internet. Back in April I bought a new commercial mower. I needed a new bag and Russo Power had them listed on the website. I even called ahead and spoke to an employee who told me the part was in stock and that If I ordered that day It might get shipped out the same day or the next but that he could not take an order over the phone...... So I placed the order online and began the wait for the bag. I never received a tracking number so I assumed it was sent out. After two weeks I called and was told that anyone who could help me had left at 2:30 pm! However the next morning I got a tracking number emailed to me.......Low and behold Russo Power sent me the wrong part. It was a long piece of molded plastic. I don't know what it was for but it was used and obviously not what I ordered. So I called and emailed. I was rudely spoken down to in both the email and on the phone. I was told that I would have to pay to ship back when the snafu was on Russo Power. Fast-forward of wasting almost two hours on the phone getting to the bottom of this every employee as rude and acted as if I was bothering them. After getting a hold of a manager I finally got them to pay for shipping back. They did not even offer to make the snafu right or help me. Terrible experience. After two weeks of them getting the piece of plastic I did not order back I called to try to expedite getting my money back on my credit card. I was hung up on three times that day. At the end of the day I had to file a joint claim with paypal and american express. 0/10 don't give these rude crooks any business. read more

I went to Russo's to buy some snow shovels. I went and the store overall is big and clean. Their snow shovel rack was pretty empty, but i guess a couple of weeks of snow does that to a store. However, i asked a gentlemen that works in the service department if they had anymore snowplo shovels. He checked the computer and said they had some in the back. He told me they had to assemble it and it would take like 10min. He went and grabbed that shovel for me very friendly. He took someone with him to help. As i was waiting i walked around looked at stuff, I heard a young lady that works in russo's use a racial word. I don't want to spell it out but i starts with N and ends with A. Very unprofessional. I over heard her bad mouth a customer and she just had very poor manners. I couldn't wait to leave. The gentlemen took a little longer than 10min but still very helpful and apologize for the wait, I paid, and left that building. Wont ever come back to hear stuff like that. read more
