Typically if you're in the drive thru line, and there are 3 cars in front of you, you're looking at no less than 20 minutes from the time you get in line. Inside, they are only moderately better. But of course to write a review, there had to have been a deciding factor... I happened to drive by and there was no one in the line at all at the drive thru. Perfect opportunity to get in and out quickly. I pull up and see at least 3 people inside working. I know that not everyone can do the sales part, there may be an assistant who just works filling bottles. But three people. I waited. 10 minutes later I had not only not been served, but hadn't been acknowledged. It's one thing to not be able to get to me because you're busy, it's another altogether to simply pretend I'm not there. After that 10 minutes, I left. I think what is more annoying is I get daily robocalls from Walgreens telling me to come pick up my prescription. I TRIED, no one wanted to sell them to me... Trust me, were it not for the proximity, I would have left this Walgreens long ago.
