Decided to go here for my birthday was extremely disappointed. It is all al carte which seems odd when you're paying $52 for lamb chops so I ordered garlic mashed potatoes to go along with it another $10. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked but the seasoning was way over salted and the sauce was salted brown sauce with a hint of burnt flavor , it was awful so I ordered mint sauce that helped. But still had to use my bad tasting dinner roll to wipe off the seasoning just to make it palatable. My husband ordered chicken saltimbocca had lots of good flavors and a lot of heavy cream. The chicken was dry and was rolled up like chicken cordon blue, breaded and tasted somewhat fried. Very disappointing dish for the price. The atmosphere was decent nothing really special the temperature when the AC turned on was frigid I was cold the entire time. I mentioned how cold it was and the waiter just shrugged it off as if that was normal - Did not offer to adjust. I don't mind paying extra for high quality food but this place is not it at $138 bill for 2 people so stay home save your money. read more

Wow- this place was delicious! I would rank it up there with some of Tulsa's best places! It looks like the reviews are much much better as if late, which shows management must have made some changes which is awesome! Definitely give this place a try! I ordered the 8oz filet with a side of bearnaise sauce! Whatever they drizzle on top of the steaks is delicious! I order my steaks well done (I know- a travesty) which can be really hard to cook the correct way without totally charring the steak, and the chef cooked it wonderfully! Now, about the bearnaise- I'm a bearnaise sauce snob. There's only one other restaurant that I've been too that make it so wonderfully, and RC's was superior! My husband ordered the strip and asparagus and he joked about even the asparagus tasting great. We ordered the papas frites (they come family style) and MAN, another delicious item! Very good restaraunt in the heart of downtown bBroken Arrow. We both ordered the filets and they were pretty darn good. Started out with serving of bread that was not exciting, both rolls were cold and really had no taste and may have been stale. The honey butter was ok but not wow. House salad was presented well and the dressing was good. Once the steaks cam3 out the smell was great and the portions were good. Overall the food was above average and the staff was very friendly. Only thing i would change is the bread it was really not good. Just fyi we have tried to get in 3 weeks in a row and this was our first trip here. Call for reservations we will be back. read more

We went here for my friend's BON voyage dinner. The Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection and it was HUGE. Could have fed 4-5people if you order enough sides. The three of us were fully fed and had to pack about 1/2 the steak home. The meat was tender; however, needed more seasoning -salt. The Brussels sprouts side was below par, it's offensive to the other two sides as they were exceptional. The mash potatoes and mushroom Mac were superb. Their signature cocktails were great. I would recommend the whisky mango sweet tea. The employees were all wearing masks even though the city of Broken Arrow does not mandate it. Thank you! This place is really convenient to those in the Broken Arrow area. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The food was decent, nothing life altering and to be honest probably should be priced a little less. The server we had was not great. I don't want to post "bad" things about him but it made the dinner not as enjoyable for us. We are by no means needy people but because of the service we probably won't visit again. Lastly, I ate here while pregnant so I asked for a well done steak, and I received a burnt steak. Literally the steak was burnt. Well done is based on the cook temp and I'm confident the steak was over cooked even for a well done steak. Have been here multiple times and have had a good experience. Our last experience on November 12th, celebrating my husband and sons shared Birthdays was very lacking. Server seemed less than enthused. I guess they do nothing for Birthdays and was not even acknowledged. Food was good, service was okay but special occasions don't matter. It was fine. I've had better meals for less in areas with much higher median price points. We love good food, and never mind paying for it, but we did not get our money's worth here. I had the surf and turf and hubby had the filet. Steaks were very good-think Ruth's Cris. Not mind-blowing. My scallops, however, had the ammonia taste that indicates they aren't fresh (lived on the coasts for the last 20 years and don't mind paying for fresh seafood). For more than $90 in Tulsa, I expect my seafood to at least taste good. Carrots and Brussels were delicious. Our service was exceptional-thanks Rachel! And I had the Pony Boy martini that was also very, very good. The bar was busy when we arrived and there were two women constantly yelling the f-bomb. Went for our anniversary. Had reservations. No wait. Husband ordered the pork chop. It was atleast 4 inches thick. Cooked beautifully with a delicious apricot marmalade glaze. We did order an appetizer, it was $18 for 4 potatoe chips (frips) with cold beef on them. &18!!! I had the king crab legs. The clarified butter had a hint of garlic which was good. However if the crab had been grilled I couldn't tell, would have seen grill marks or something. And market price? Which market? $85 was ridiculous for four legs! read more

We were excited to try this place out, but ended up really disappointed. We ordered dinner to go, after a long day of youth basketball...I got the "chef specialty" chicken saltimbocca...not sure I would label that a specialty..IT WAS AWFUL! The chicken was inedible. It was hard & rubbery, I couldn't even sink my teeth into it. I picked the chicken out and tried to just eat the pasta, but the Dijon cream sauce is so overpowering, it was just mustard pasta. I ended up throwing it in the trash and eating leftover spaghetti from my fridge. My husband got a filet & he said it wasn't very good either. The bread pudding was delicious tho. read more

I was so excited to try this new place with so many amazing reviews. But after going we decided we'd stick with Molly's. The ambiance is amazing, well done on decor. I love that they let you choose your own knives. The Risotto is amazing. Why on earth they'd dumb it down by calling it Mac N Cheese is beyond me. Its not an accurate name or description. But amazing in flavor and consistency. Speaking of inaccurate, we really wished that the Tuna Tartare description had said it had corn. My husband is deathly allergic so we had to make a mess scraping it all off so he could basically have tuna on wonton. Mashed potatoes, honey if you'd let me in your kitchen I'd make mashed potatoes for you to show you how awesome and smooth they could be. Making it with chicken stock and leaving lumps ain't it. Alright. To the steaks.... They were cooked well, both to our choosing and even throughout. I had to salt mine 4 times because the only flavor was butter, making them a bit greasy. I kept seeing that the steaks were like butter to cut through but this wasn't our experience. Not completely tough, but sinewy. My husband had the strip which typically doesn't have much fat but this one was 1/4 fat. Me, I don't mind so I get ribeyes. It almost seemed like they got a few reviews saying the steaks were too salty so they went extreme the other direction. It made us sad. We really wanted exciting and amazing and I do see potential there, maybe they just lack confidence? Oh yeah, one last thing. Please for the love of all things beef...DO NOT ask your patrons to cut into their steaks to check the cook on it. You either are confident in your ability or you aren't. And when they refuse because it could cause the steak to become dry before they are ready to eat it and would prefer to let it rest, don't get an attitude with them and storm off like the manager did with us. read more

We tried RC tonight for the first time and we were so impressed with everything we ordered. We ordered three sides: Mac and cheese with mushrooms, creamed spinach, and the Brussel sprouts to share with our group. All were fantastic, but the Brussel sprouts were the winner. My beautiful Bride and i had the pleasure of celebrating our 44th anniversary at the RC in Broken Arrow this evening. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Small town, small restaurant ambience and friendliness. Rick, our Server, was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We felt we were appreciated immediately. My beautiful Bride ordered the lamb chops, i the 14 oz. ribeye. Our sides of Brussels sprouts and the wild mushroom mac were amazing. The sprouts were al dente but tender, seasoned perfectly. The wild mushroom mac was stellar. Beautiful bride loved the dish, and she is no fan of mac & cheese. Made with Orzo pasta instead of the usual elbow Mac or cavattapi, it is not at all what you expect when ordering, but so very much better! No yellow cheddar or Velveeta as most places, but a white, cheesy, creamy white sauce, with wild mushrooms throughout. Not only do we recommend this restaurant for special occasions, anytime you want a great meal with great service, this is one place to get near the top of your list!!! The place was worth it! We went with a group of 6 which allowed us to try most of the sides (which are served family style). Each couple ordered two sides: asparagus, creamed spinach, creamed corn, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and creamy mashed potatoes. Each side was a hit!! Very good portion sizes. We started with the Crab Cakes! These were awesome! (and I am a crab cake snob) My wife had the Caesar salad (which we shared) it was really good! I had the leek and potato soup...it was amazing! A friend had the Lobster bisque and she said it was equally amazing (she finished hers before anyone else). I had the 14oz strip steak. They can be served with a sauce if you wish, but I passed. I was not disappointed. While I'm sure the sauces are great, the steak was the star! So good! My wife had the salmon Wellington...I had order envy. We ended up sharing our meals. So worth it! One of our friends got the bone-in tomahawk...holy crap! This this was huge! They said it was amazing! Our other friends each got the filets. They both said their filets were amazing with flavor, and they were cutting them with a fork at one point to show us how tender they were. In all, this was a much needed restaurant for Main Street, Broken Arrow. We went on a Thursday night and every table was taken (including some of the seats at the bar). The price was more than fair for the great service and even better food. We were so full that we passed on the deserts...next time!!! And, yes, there will be a next time! The best steakhouse in the Tulsa area! This trump's Mahogany's or Fleming's by a mile! The most tender hearted staff, cozy environment, and location make this a go to spot for a date night or if you want some great food! Food is priced about same as Mahogany's. read more

It's not very often that I am still thinking of a meal the next day, but I think this was one of the best meals I've ever had! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and wanted someplace special. I love a great meal, but I'm not comfortable in the upscale steak places. This place was extremely nice, but with a casual feel to it. Everything tasted so good! The steak was out of this world! I got the petite steak and my husband got the small filet. They were both so tender and flavorful. We got the mushroom Mac and brussel sprouts for sides and they were delicious! All around a great experience- this is truly a hidden gem in Downtown BA! It was so delicious, that my very thrifty husband didn't balk at the bill! The meal was pretty average, other than the price. To start, rolls seemed like warm over from the freezer type. The lobster bisque was really thick and had very little lobster in it. We were up-sold a 35 day dry aged ribeye by our server over the tomahawk ribeye. The ribeye we got had no end cap, was pretty gristly, and looked like it was half the size of the tomahawk; however it was $120! That steak simply shouldn't be an option on the menu in a chophouse unless every steak is perfect. For our side we ordered the "creamed" spinach, which was anything but. What we received was sautéed spinach floating in watery milk. Pretty disappointed over all, especially when dropping $300. My friend Todd of Broken Arrow fame took an hour away from his work to join me at Broken Arrow's magnificent oasis the Rustic Chophouse. Todd had dined there before and we agreed on two sensational ribeyes. Their lobster bisque was great, raspberry vinaigrette dressing tremendous and their carrot cake will tantalize your tastebuds!!! Tara and Joe took perfect care of us as they were wonderfully attentive to our dining experience. The decor of the Rustic Chophouse was wonderful whether you sit at the bar, in a booth or a table.
