I was excited to come here for my father in laws birthday dinner; I got the baby back ribs (I thought they must be good) boy was I wrong the smell alone made me not want to eat it; I have Ms so I have an issue chewing sometimes, was too tough for me to eat and barely any bbq it's like it was put on when I ordered vs being marinated and cooked low for hours I'm going to try to make them edible at home. Husband ended up getting a prime rib was decent I choked on it but the salad was good but real start in my opinion was loaded potato; next time we're going to mahogany. Mother in law liked her lamb chops which is good because she never likes anything but everyone else liked their meals but we won't be coming back.

Possibly one of the best fillets I've ever had in my life. During my first trip to Oklahoma, a few people told me about the storied Spudder restaurant. I made a point of taking a few friends out to dinner there, with the hope that I wasn't making some sort of tragic culinary mistake. There was absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Spudder is the real deal: a nice, low-key, high quality steakhouse that also serves a mean Cornish hen, according to one of my friends. The ambiance is a hoot, and the service was superb. The next time I'm in Tulsa, I will absolutely be going back.

This is such a low key and nostalgic place with lots of oil and gas history and memorabilia. The staff is super friendly. We had stuffed mushrooms, potato and tomato soup. I had their filet and my friend had their pork tenderloin and everything was delicious. Loved that the rolls come in throwback lunch pails. Desserts weren't anything to write home about. Great place to enjoy good food and laidback atmosphere.

Overall a very good meal. I found the bread in the lunch pail very endearing. Bonus points for it being Peanuts. The Caesar salad was fantastic. We'd probably skip the ribs next time- they were a bit tough. Steaks were both cooked great. I don't think I'd do the peppercorn crust next time - it wasn't bad but it was a little much for my liking. Service was always very friendly and helpful.

I came from BENTONVILLE to see Clint Black at the casino tonight. Came in for dinner and shared the beef tips with the hubby! It was plenty!!! Came with a baked potato, salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and potato soup. It was very filling!!! Will come again and try and share that ribeye!!! Till next time!

The pork chop and baby back ribs were really good. Loved the rolls in the lunch pail. Chicken livers were not the best that I've ever had but all in all a good dining experience. Just wanted to post the drink menu because I like looking at things in advance. :)

The food was absolutely delicious and every bite was so amazing. Starting with the appetizers, we had pork belly and crab cakes. Both of which were spectacular. For dinner I enjoyed a seafood bisque. Next I had the trio because I just could not make up my mind on what protein I wanted to enjoy. Let me tell you, I didn't go wrong as having the pork belly again, the filet and the salmon hit the spot. As did the mix medley veggies. While it was a business dinner, others, like me, spent more time discussing the great food than anything else. The restaurant interior was cute and the overall air of the room felt classy and matched what was delivered on the plate. Last, our waiter was just exceptional. His recommendations and the delivery of the menu options was on point. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant.

Upon arriving at my table, I was offered still and sparkling water to drink and my server was very attentive to my needs and kept both of my water glasses full. I ordered the chicken piccata. The chicken picatta came with a generous helping of three pieces of chicken served with a buttery pan sauce and capers alongside whipped potatoes. The chicken was excellently cooked and was tender and moist with ever-so-slightly crisped edges. The sauce was tangy and the capers added a bite that worked perfectly with it on a way that really made the chicken piccata shine as a dish. The whipped potatoes did not have a lot of flavor on their own, but meshed well with the pan sauce. At the conclusion of the meal, the check came with an Andes mint. I love those, and while it is a small gesture, it made me smile and improved my evening just that little bit more. This was a great experience with great food! 4.5/5

Located downtown, parking appears to be mostly street parking--I didn't notice a dedicated lot nearby. Inside, the restaurant is long and narrow with bar seating, hanging plants, and an open wood-fire grill that immediately sets the vibe. We sat in the back room, which is darker and not quite as charming as the main dining area. It was also verrrry warm. When we mentioned it, our waiter's sarcastic comment about it being hot outside caught us a little off guard, but thankfully it did seem to cool down afterward. Now THE FOOD. The fire-roasted carrots with whipped tahini were unreal. Tender without being mushy, smoky, and absolutely packed with flavor. I ate most of the plate and regret nothing. The empanadas were buttery, soft and flaky with a chimichurri sauce I would've happily put on everything. My Campfire Atlantic Salmon was the star--perfectly cooked with this incredible smoky, citrusy flavor that carried through the whole plate. Even the kale had me excited, which feels like an accomplishment. The artichoke au gratin was creamy, loaded with artichokes, and had a great crunchy texture on top. Portions are generous enough that my dinner became lunch the next day. Our table also tried the filet, pasta, and another salmon. Everyone was happy. I sampled the crab-and-corn pasta--it was good, just not personally my thing. The filet was tender with a glaze my friend loved, although I'd probably order mine without it. We finished with the strawberry rhubarb cobbler + vanilla ice cream--tangy, sweet, warm, cold, crunchy, creamy...basically I didn't want to share. Service overall was attentive without hovering, plates disappeared quickly, and everyone's drinks were beautiful and well received. Bathrooms were clean and well-kept, too. Six years of walking past this place was enough. Those carrots and that salmon have officially brought me to my senses. I'll be back.

Happened to be our 28th wedding anniversary, and didn't have reservations, but were able to be seated immediately at the bar, with Brook(e)? as our bartender. First, the outdoor alley entrance is fun/non-assuming. Once in, the decor is moody and perfectly dark/speak-easy-ish, much like a private underground club. Very impressive. We had cocktails/wine and ordered the Wedge Salad and the Ceaser Salad. Both were amazing, but my husband stated that the Ceaser was the best he had ever had. My Wedge Salad had bountiful amounts of flavorful blue cheese and amazing bacon chunks that made this the best salad I had ever had. We then ordered the petite filet (Medium) and Brussel sprouts and put a chocolate cake on order "to go". Highly recommend all of the above. The chocolate cake is "go big or go home" for sure. It hardly fit in two combined to go boxes. It was chocolatey, not overly dense, and the frosting complimented it perfectly! We cannot give enough high praise to Brook for the recommendations and for just making it a super fun vibe. I would gladly book a flight from San Diego just to go to dinner again at this place! Their seasonal cobbler was blueberry and very tasty! I was hoping for peach. Maybe next time. Yes there will definitely be a next time. You order and pay at the counter. Then depending on how busy they are they will bring your food to your table or have you pick up at the counter. For me the cherry on top is their pay it forward meal. For $15 you can buy a meal for someone in need. They hand you a receipt that you pin to a board. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal.
