Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later. This company took my money, failed to properly diagnose or repair the issue, tried to charge me more when their repair didn't work, and then disappeared when I needed paperwork. The only reason they aren't 5 Star is that when we originally called, we were told our job would be about an hour at $125 total. We had already dug a trench, ran conduit, wire, had 95% of the parts ready before they came (they provided some end point pieces and fasteners and one breaker). All they had to do was make it connect up, swap some existing connections, and make it live at the box. (They did have to add a little junction box on the wall to clean up the wires, but that is really the only additional work). At the end, the bill was $525. I'm not one for confrontation or to suggest their work isn't worth the time, but at no point were we told it would be quadruple the cost. I could understand extra costs here and there, but I was a bit shocked. The labor was tracked at 4 hours. Even if that was how long they were here, that is an excessive amount of time for the work, especially considering the quote. My wife and I dug a trench, ran wire and conduit in less than 2 hours. It is hard swallow the connection point was a 4 hour job. I will end with saying that at no point did we feel like they weren't doing good work or that the electricians were unreliable or shady (in fact, it was totally opposite - they are great!) but we do feel that the time for the job, not only was wildly past their estimate, but just didn't seem to match the amount of work that was required.

I went to his place of business to nicely discuss it with him in person but from the moment I stepped to his office doorway, I was met with anger and hostility. He said the general public has no idea how many taxes and fees small businesses must pay both state and federal to stay in business and he offers no apologies for what he charges, nor would he consider changing it to a more reasonable amount. I have no issue with the work that was done - the workers were competent and respectful of me and my home. However, I will never do business with this company again and I strongly suggest anybody that does to get a signed cost appraisal before any work is done.

I used them for service for several years and for two complete hvac replacements to the tune of…read more$17,000. They replaced the units about 3 years ago and we realized that the drain line is plumbed incorrectly not allowing water to drain. All drain lines are clear of debris and unit has been checked by another hvac company. I can activity watch the water drain into the pan rather than the main drain line. I called and asked AAA Air Control to check it out and I could send pictures in showing that it is plumbed wrong compared to the same exact unit they installed on the other side of the attic. They saw if they would not come out, would not look at it and not to send pictures. I recently sent them a referral for a new install as well and they no-called, no- showed. They used to be great but now seem indifferent to any service standards or customer loyalty and any time I have requested a appointment for service now, they always say they are backed up a month or two and cannot come out. So disappointing to watch what was a great company become like this everyone else and take your money and run, like a grifter . About 6 to 8 months ago I asked the owners if they did emergency services since I knew there would come a time when I would need that. They said absolutely. Two weeks ago I had a family in our Lakeview House and they reported that the temperature was not going down in the house although the air had been on for 3 hours. I called Marble Falls Electric and had to leave a message and then subsequently called 2 other local companies who also did not answer. Within about 30 minutes Kim with Marble Falls Electric returned my call and told me that they would be on site shortly to look at the problem. This was on a Saturday evening. Glen and Kim, the owners, showed up within 45 minutes and spent about 1 hour doing everything to get the system back to cooling. They succeeded and the guests were comfortable for the rest of the time. We did decide to not gamble on the system lasting through the summer due it's overall condition and Marble Falls Electric and AC replaced the compressor within a few days. They gave me a fair price and completed the work quickly while the same family was in the house for their vacation. Even the family commented on the difference in the temperature and effort of the system to cool from the old to the new. They could feel a drastic difference. I want everyone to know about this company because they were true to their word about doing emergency service and they were fair with me, very fair with their charges. I appreciate having partners like them to work with. Only one of the other two companies returned my call but it was on the following day and one never called me back.
