Snowmobile tour was pricey $425per driver but really full.

Yes yes yes!! My family just got back from JH where we stayed at the Rockwell. The reviews on Priceline were right! 10/10. Staff so friendly, patient and helpful. The daily breakfast is good. They are centrally located to food, shops and all snow activities at Snow King or Teton Village. They have airport transportation included and the bathrooms have heated floors!!

The Lexington Hotel in Jackson Hole offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and is ideally located for exploring the nearby attractions. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of outdoor adventures. The hotel's amenities, such as the (small pool) and complimentary breakfast , further enhance the guests' experience, making it a top choice for those seeking a comfortable stay. We certainly enjoyed our one Bedroom Suite / King bed, Fireplace, and stunning view of the snow covered hillside right out our window. Staff: thank you Wen and staff for your welcoming touch.

Nice hotel close to the elk reserve! Loved the stuffed animal wolves on the bed! We ended up buying them! To take pictures everywhere since my friends and I missed our grandkids & our dogs! Silly fun! The breakfast had a lot options. Good close location to walk to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. There is a lot of construction on rooms going on at the hotel so expect some noise. Alot of the rooms are outside not connected to the main building in separate buildings. Parking spaces are small and parking lot with big cars is tight. Front desk and staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a keeper ! I usually don't do hotel reviews on Yelp but there's always a first Everything was great - the staff was friendly and knowledgable , complimentary breakfast was much better than many other hotels (even better than what you typically get at the Hyatt for comparison) , price was great , location is excellent (2 mins walk from downtown) , complimentary cookies, coffee and lemonade 24x7, large and clean rooms.. a good example to how awesome they are - Stayed here with my elderly mom, and they complimentary upgraded us to a nicer room with easy access ! Definitely recommended

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at when it comes to the full package. They provided airport shuttle pick up, free deluxe breakfast (better than regular breakfasts from other hotels), pool & hot tub access, daily shuttle service to Jackson Hole Ski Resort (one shuttle at 8am to the resort & one shuttle at 4pm to the hotel), & of course - coffee, tea, water, lemonade, cookies, board games, and information at all times. The hotel is centrally located at about a three minute walk from downtown Jackson and the main square where all the restaurants, bars, & shops are. On top of all this, I was staying here at the same time I proposed to my girlfriend on the mountain and Jesus went out of his way to help decorate the room with roses, champagne, candy, & etc. the day of. Really amazing service from this hotel and I will definitely be back here soon!

Lexington at Jackson Hole was an easy and great stay, especially for families! We were out most of the time exploring Jackson Hole. Parking: Numerous spots available throughout the hotel property. It does get mostly full in the evening, as most places around the area close at 9PM. Breakfast: Daily from 630-930AM. They do alternate the hot items every day or so. It's located above the lobby. You must wear your masks to get service. Service: No maid service during the booked stay. The maids come every now and then in the hall to clean the rooms of those who departed. Front desk service for everything due to COVID-19. Location: It is about 15 minutes from the airport. I like that it's located at the entrance of downtown, which avoids the walking and car traffic located in the heart of downtown. It is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and attractions. WIFI: It's kind of decent. The WIFI does kick you out after few hours, so you do have to log-in every time you are back in the room. Room: Somewhat outdated rooms but spacious with 2 queen beds and mini kitchen with mini fridge, mini stove, Keurig coffee, and microwave. Bathroom had four full-sized towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. We did not like the beds much, as they were not as comfy. My room had the street view, so it can be loud in the mornings. Would I come back? Yeah. We enjoyed the free shuttles to/from airport 7AM-9PM daily. Stress-free.

A little bit pricey, but a very nice hotel. And to be fair everything in Jackson, Wyoming is pricey. Room was very nice. Had a sitting area with a TV as well as a TV in the bedroom. There was a fireplace in the bedroom that didn't work. They offered to switch us to another room, but we figured we were only there for one night so why bother. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Sink is outside of the toilet and shower area, which is always appreciated when you're sharing a room. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the sitting room. Room was clean. Some construction was going on in the lobby, which was a little inconvenient but not the end of the world. Lots of parking. Great location; close to everything. Free breakfast was very good - included both cold items and hot. We didn't use the free shuttle to the airport because we had a rental car. We looked at the pool and the hot tub, but didn't have time to use either. They appeared to be a little outdated, but relatively clean.

We stayed in the Harlequin room which the owner told us that Cosmopolitan magazine declared in 2005 that the view from the balcony was the most romantic in the nation. I'd have to agree. We sat out there every night with a glass of wine. The trees rustled slightly in the soft wind, birds chirped happily and the soothing sound of the creek makes for a very enchanting place. The staff is very friendly, but not necessarily truly competent. I found that when I asked the staff about different issues, they were very friendly and appeared to be helpful, but really no follow through or accurate information. They made an error on our bill and frankly did not believe us. I had to point out their error after they showed us a receipt for a dinner that was not ours. It goes without saying, they were more than a bit surprised that we were correct. It's so true, if you want to stay in the city, this is a great location. We too wanted to stay at The Four Seasons, but I luckily realized it was way too far away from any Sumner/Fall activity. We were here in October and there's really nothing to do at the Teton Village where The Four Seasons is during off-season. If you stay at the Hotel Jackson you're right in the middle of the town (that was obviously made just for visitors, but still lovely) and you can go look at all the shops and walk to the restaurants. The breakfast were very good at the Figs in-house restaurant. Figs is a Lebanese restaurant which is fine, but if one is staying for any length of time, one does not want to keep eating that same food. There's nothing on the menu like a salad with protein or hamburger that one can order. The bar is extremely small only five chairs. Very inadequate. I was told they plan on adding a restaurant, roof top bar, and more rooms - - sorely needed. They did provide yummy macaroons at night and once while we were staying there another treat. Glad we stayed there, enjoyed it.

We walked to our cabin and although I didn't request a "creekside" cabin, the one they gave us still had views of the nature walk and creek. This was quite amazing when we woke up early one day for a tour (which we also booked through the hotel) and there was a family of otters in the water. Swoon!!! The room was lovely, decorated in a rustic, Western way. It was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was super comfortable. We like the size of the bathroom and the nice flow of hot water. I will agree that there was a little wear and tear with some wallpaper but I see that all the time, even at "fancier" places than this one. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour. I will say the biggest complaint I would have is the three windows on the wall across from the bed. I thought it wouldn't be a problem for us since we were visiting in the off season but wow does the sun beam down on you through those three little windows. We didn't eat here except for the free breakfasts because, again, off season. I loved the little buffet they had! There were rotating specialty items and an omelet station on weekdays. The food was good for a free breakfast buffet. The people working were also so kind and friendly. We utilized the hot tub and the sauna two of our three nights. We thought it was lovely and had a great time. I will definitely stay here again when back in Jackson.
