It was my mistake that I didn't ask before I ordered. This matcha was premixed and came out looking a slightly greenish off white rather than a rich grassy color. I didn't dock points for the matcha though because a ton of places don't do this drink well. My sandwich was good enough but it overall lacked flavor. The eggs were under seasoned and I wish the waffle was crispy versus soggy. It also didn't have much bacon on it. The home fries were excellent though. Perfect color and seasoning, no notes. Everyone else in my party really enjoyed their meals and I'm sure we will be back.
